Job Overview: <ul><li>The Americas Sales/Account Manager (SAM) is responsible for promoting the IVD Business Unit products and services.&nbsp;</li><li>This position is responsible for developing and executing an account target plan which delivers profitable growth, by leveraging the full range of IVD Services, Products and Core Competencies.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>The Sales/Account Manager serves as the primary interface with customers while collaborating with internal teams to achieve customer satisfaction and the goals of the business unit.</li><li>The SAM drives the growth objectives in our key segments of microfluidic consumables including IVD Point of Care / Point of Need, Cell Analysis, NGS and other key Life Science Applications (e.g. Cell Therapies) while identifying new areas of opportunity.&nbsp;</li><li>Partnering with marketing to identify and target customer organizations to develop new sales leads and opportunities.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Aligning with NPD Engineering to generate winning value proposition proposals to grow the business and meet or exceed FY targets.</li><li>This position has principal sales responsibilities in the Americas, helping the EMEA team, if necessary, on UK and Ireland Markets.&nbsp;</li><li>Reports to the Global Director of NPD Commercial.</li></ul> Responsibilities: <ul><li>Function as a principal point of contact and support to customers for product development and manufacturing fulfillment activities from the discovery phase into manufacturing and support a successful ongoing relationship with our customer through proactive account management.</li><li>Develop proposals and quotations structured to satisfy the organization’s revenue and profit objectives by collaborating with Engineering, Operations, Project Management, Quality and Finance. Manage assigned customer accounts for new projects and follow up ongoing projects activities.</li><li>Maintain or increase customer satisfaction by delivering extraordinary customer experience including collaborating with Department Heads to monitor and improve the overall customer experience.</li><li>Promote sales actions to keep and win new business, finding opportunities to cross-sell capabilities, e.g., Clinical Regulatory services. Participate in industry trade exhibitions and visit customer sites as necessary. Contribute to and align with Marketing programs.</li><li>Contribute to forecast accuracy and budget preparation.</li><li>Document activities and opportunities via Salesforce to maintain a current and accurate depiction of the sales funnel.</li><li>Maintain a high level of awareness about IVD/Microfluidic trends and competitive activity.</li></ul> Accountable: <ul><li>FY sales revenues / margins supporting growth targets and supporting OPS, Technical teams</li><li>Prospecting of new accounts and new Opportunities in existing accounts and region, promoting cross-selling activities</li><li>Quoting process – Scoring OPS Opportunities, moving proposals to a winning outcome</li><li>Preparation of new proposals and those requiring modification with Commercial NPD, TTM &amp; Op’s Team engagement</li><li>Input and management of Forecast</li><li>Managing issues that may arise from time to time with accounts pertaining to Quality, Delivery or other customer satisfaction situations.</li></ul> Consulted: <ul><li>Refine IVD ‘Go to Market’ strategy with Commercial Team</li><li>IVD Industry Segmentation and priorities with Commercial Team</li><li>Lead Generation process with MKT e.g. Digital and fairs</li><li>Liaise with MKT and Commercial Team to define marketing channels and content.</li></ul> Informed: <ul><li>Global Sales strategy (By Global Commercial Head)</li><li>NPD/OPS Program evolution vs commercial expectations of the customer (bi-weekly basics by PMs and/or customer iterations)</li><li>Capacity / Bandwidth / Execution of the programs (by PMO and Global Operations)</li><li>Marketing KPI (by MKT Head)</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelors Degree required</li><li>10 years of experience in the bioscience field</li><li>5 years of experience in consumable manufacturing for life sciences</li><li class="ql-align-justify">3 years of experience working with contract development services</li></ul>

Responsibilities : <ul><li>Develop and execute customer growth plans aligned with our client business strategy to ensure revenue growth, account penetration, and customer satisfaction. Include key details like buying cycles, customer goals, market information, and competitive analysis.</li><li>Coordinate with the BDM team and technical experts to influence key market players and expand our client presence in the renewable energy sector.</li><li>Communicate customer growth plans clearly with internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment across Sales, Engineering, and Product Management.</li><li>Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, positioning our client as a preferred supplier by understanding customer needs and promoting relevant products and solutions.</li><li>Actively manage project pipelines and ensure timely involvement in new opportunities. Keep reporting tools, like Salesforce, updated.</li><li>Address customer issues proactively, ensuring quality resolution and timely delivery of quotes and technical information.</li><li>Prepare budgets, monitor KPIs, and report on project performance while promoting our client value to the customer.</li><li>Provide after-sales support through regular follow-ups and site visits.</li><li>Oversee the engineering project pipeline and align with growth strategies.</li><li>Support marketing efforts, demonstrate our client products, and participate in industry events.</li><li>This version keeps the core responsibilities while trimming the details.</li></ul> Requirements : <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in business administration, engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.</li><li>Minimum 4 years of experience in sales or product management within an industrial or energy market.</li><li>Fluency in English is required</li><li>Experience in the renewable energy sector is mandatory.</li><li>Proven ability to develop and execute strategic growth plans and identify new business opportunities.</li><li>Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills, with a history of managing complex accounts and contracts.</li><li>Proficiency in using CRM tools like Salesforce, Excel, and Tableau.</li><li>Strong communication and presentation skills.</li><li>Willingness to travel regularly within the Nordic region, with a valid driver’s license.</li></ul>

Responsibilities:&nbsp;<ul><li>Lead the sales back-office team in maintaining accurate and up-to-date sales agreements and service portfolio.</li><li>Lead the accounts receivable team in building and delivering accurate and timely customer invoices.&nbsp;</li><li>Review invoices prior to issuance to ensure that they are correct, adhere to company policies, and are following contract terms and accounting standards.</li><li>Drive and refine collections procedures and strategies to maintain and reduce Days Sales Outstanding (DSO).</li><li>Oversee the application of cash receipts and posting. Actively reconcile payments and resolve any discrepancies in a timely manner.</li><li>Coordinates the sales and Accounts Receivables team to resolve any customer billing escalations. Work with the accounting team to identify and reserve for bad debt appropriately.</li><li>Evaluate, suggest, and manage credit limits for both new and existing customers and identify any credit risks.</li><li>Establish and nurture robust relationships with customers to address billing inquiries proactively and facilitate prompt payments.</li><li>Work closely with the revenue team on billing flows from Salesforce, and with the implementation team to coordinate on invoicing, in line with company service level agreements and terms and conditions.</li><li>Compile and present comprehensive weekly accounts receivable reports to drive insights on aging, collections performance, and cash flow forecasting.</li><li>Identify opportunities for process enhancement and automation within the accounts receivable domain.</li><li>Spearhead, participate in, and execute initiatives to streamline workflows, increase efficiency, and elevate accuracy (inclusive of process changes and/or system migrations).</li><li>Other duties or functions as may be needed and assigned.</li><li>Perform periodical tasks relating to the function (reconciliation, reporting, and review).</li><li>Assist with the coordination of Internal Audit.</li><li>Maintain Internal Control documentation in the best order.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business, Economics, Math, or a related field.</li><li>A minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in Sales and Accounts Receivable roles, including a minimum of 3 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity.&nbsp;</li><li>Strong understanding of Accounting and Financial Reporting.</li><li>Strong communication (written and verbal), negotiation, interpersonal, and managerial skills.</li><li>Proficiency in using advanced accounting software (ERP and/or Accounts Receivable software systems; knowledge of SAP Cloud is a plus).</li></ul>

Role Description:This specific position is for the Corporate Development team. The M&A Integrations/Separations Consultant EMEA position will lead projects and specific operational work streams related to a) the evaluation, planning and carve-out of targeted businesses in the portfolio and b) planning and execution of post-acquisition integration for acquisitions, to support the realization of our strategic and financial objectives.You will collaborate with various corporate functions and business units, incl. with senior executives, to achieve objectives of maximizing value in such transactions.Responsibilities:Separation Planning & Execution:Support initial validation to understand the operational, financial and legal complexity of a potential divestiture.Work closely with Corporate M&A and the business units to understand performance trends, stand-alone financial results, stranded costs and tax impact, gain approval, structure and program manage the process of actual separation.Provide thought leadership in defining and creating standalone operating models including viable and possible alternatives on sub-streams like core technology, organization structure, human capital, legal entity structure/formalities, commercial contracts (client and vendor), communications and change management.Work closely with the business, corporate functions and external providers in executing the separation and post-close activities including creating and managing detailed transition services arrangements where necessary.Manage the program: create, manage and report on the project plan spanning various streams, milestones, interdependencies from Day 1 to end of potential TSAs.Highlight ongoing risks and validate financials, especially stranded costs and options.Acquisition Integration:Create post-merger integration project plans: Day 1-100 planning, post-close medium-term implementation, transformation, organizational change priorities, communications, change management & performance tracking with a focus on realizing deal-book synergies and achieving top line revenue growth.Support/lead post-close implementation of key milestones as agreed in the integration plan.Identify key value drivers and help manage to achieve the required results, including adoption of best practices like pricing, sales management and digital marketing.Identify key risks and dependencies leading to slippage from deal-book: key talent attrition, salesforce churn, client attrition, migration of business services etc.Drive alignment between the new entity, the business unit and appropriate functions by assisting in designing/implementing the new organizational model.Analyze financial impact and drive alignment with business plan/budgets.Work with acquiring business units and corporate functions to execute and manage the plan, reporting on key milestones/metrics (financial and other) to help realize the synergies.Support due diligence efforts for key transactions to understand the business and its issues prior to close; working with the business and corporate M&A teams.Requirements: Minimum Requirements:5-7 years of hands-on experience in leading complex divestitures as well as post-merger integration for transaction sizes of $50-150MM in revenuesExperience in leading and managing multiple streams in dynamic and complex environment within the complete M&A life cyclePreferred Requirements:Experience as part of a corporate development team with operational exposure across primary corporate functions and domains (e.g., HR, IT, Procurement, Finance, Legal, etc.), AND / OR Experience within a bulge-bracket consulting firm within post-merger integration or divestiture planning and execution practice areasOther Requirements:Strong people leadership, process management and communications skills in multi-geography, multi-division environment is a plusStrong foundational consulting skills: analytical, written and verbal communication, problem solving, collaboration, change management and a bias towards execution and ownership of solutions.Occasional (10-25%) travel required.
