Responsibilities: Leadership and Management The Business Intelligence Manager will oversee all activities that optimize the value, cost and risk of BI/analytics applications: <ul><li>Independently lead and deliver a few analytics projects at a time. Acts as the analytics translator and negotiator between the business and data teams.</li><li>Work with BU CIOs and collaborate with other IT leaders to develop overall IT strategy in the context of the business strategy.</li><li>Develop productive relationships with business leaders across the organization to influence how BI/analytics applications can enable new sources of value.</li><li>Define and enhance methodologies and practices for the application life cycle management in line with best practice and practical experience of continuous improvement.</li><li>Own all communication channels pertaining to assigned projects, including regular stakeholder review meetings</li><li>Assist in managing analytics group personnel and in developing their skills and capabilities to meet the needs of the organization.</li><li>Implement and manage application life cycle management status reporting, metrics, and benchmarks.</li></ul> Behaviors and Competencies The Business Intelligence Manager acts in a leadership role and must demonstrate the following leadership attributes: <ul><li>The ability to uphold the goals and culture of the organization.</li><li>The ability to lead, enable and motivate teams by providing advice and guidance in an inclusive fashion.</li><li>An understanding of strategic business objectives and the ability to drive results toward those objectives.</li><li>Openness to, and the ability to deal with, rapid change in business needs, processes, and technologies.</li></ul> Requirements: Skills The Business Intelligence Manager must be able to demonstrate the following: <ul><li>Strong communication skills with a proven ability to understand key concepts and communicate effectively with all levels of staff.</li><li>Proven ability to communicate technical concepts to nontechnical people to enhance understanding and drive decisions that lead to positive outcomes.</li><li>Proven ability to collaborate, build relationships and influence individuals at all levels in a matrix-management environment.&nbsp;</li><li>Strong organizational skills, the ability to perform under pressure and management of multiple priorities with competing demands for resources.</li><li>Strong analytical, data-processing and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Proficiency in process formulation and improvement.</li><li>Ability to operate and perform in a fast-paced environment managing few projects at a time</li></ul> Knowledge The Business Intelligence Manager must have an in-depth knowledge and experience of the following: <ul><li>Experience with data science, RPA, data visualization tools like Tableau and Power BI, UiPath and Python&nbsp;</li><li>IT BI/analytics applications, operations, service, and support organizations.</li><li>Data processing, analysis, and quality management tools.</li><li>Development and implementation of processes and policies.</li><li>Lean IT, agile development, and DevOps principles and frameworks.</li></ul> Experience The following experience is considered essential: <ul><li>Leading a team of at least 20 members in application development, implementation, or management.</li><li>Total 10+ years experience.</li><li>3-5+ years of experience in Software design/development, application architecture, project management, software as a service (SaaS), data management/governance, business intelligence and business process analysis.</li><li>3-5+ years of demonstrated leadership experience building cross-organizational consensus with exposure to technology providers and/or business clients.</li><li>5+ years of demonstrated experience in liaising with middle and senior management.&nbsp;</li><li>The following experience is considered desirable but not mandatory:</li><li>3-5+ years of experience working in the Manufacturing / Hi-Tech industry.</li><li>3-5+ years of experience in managing external IT service providers.</li><li>3-5+ years of experience managing the risk and cost implications of IT contracts or contract negotiations.</li><li>Membership of professional organizations, trade or user groups and a pattern of regular attendance at industry conferences to enhance knowledge of current technology.</li></ul> Education and Training <ul><li>An undergraduate or postgraduate degree in computer science, engineering, business management or a related field</li></ul>

Role Description:We are looking for an Account Executive, willing to travel between Capelle aan den IJssel and Amsterdam, with a strong network within Investor Relations.You will advise our clients in achieving their communication goals by using our services.Company Webcast has focused its activities on three tasks, namely Stakeholder Communications (Investor Relations), Internal Communications and Marketing Communications.Responsibilities:Revenue Management: Responsible for developing and maintaining revenue (of which at some frequency) by capitalizing on the value of each SaaS product with existing and new customers.Relationship management: Establish strategic and tactical contacts at management level (including heads of Investor Relations, Marketing & Communications, Sales & Purchasing departments) through customer networks and other channels.Product & market development. Building specific industry knowledge for the various formats. Identify market developments and translate these into (outbound) sales activities.Customer success: Motivate customers based on customer requirements and goals to strategically deploy webcasting and ensure optimal internal communication to achieve customer success. Identify 'cross-selling' opportunities of partner solutions, other Corporate Service products and other countries within Europe.Administration: Prepare, manage and follow up on quotations and contracts. You will also be responsible for handling invoicing within your portfolio. You ensure good internal and external communication for optimal service delivery.Integrated and comprehensive value proposition: Interact with internal stakeholders at our partners, our partners Corporate Services and Company Webcast. You will ensure that the webcast value proposition is fully integrated with our partners Corporate Services' other products. Responsibilities: Lead your team’s engineering efforts and demonstrate ownership of features, projects, modules, and services that you and your team deliver. Lead design and development efforts of existing and new payment experiences using a wide variety of technologies. Play a key role in the broader architectural decision-making processes. Act as a strong advocate for clean and scalable principles and practices in all areas, including coding, documentation, automation etc. Participate in formal and informal code and design reviews to hold quality high. Be a champion of high-performing, secure, and reliable software services. Identify critical non-functional requirements for the work your team is prioritizing (Availability, Security, Performance, Scalability, etc.) Provide technical leadership to your team across all phases of the software development lifecycle. Collaborate and communicate effectively with all technical and non-technical partners and stakeholders (Architecture, Developer Experience, Product, Design, Analytics, Legal, Marketing, etc.) Work with your Agile team to achieve shared understanding around the new products and features under consideration. Continuously learn by staying on top of the latest technology trends and share your knowledge and experience with your peers, adjacent teams, and across the organization. Collaborate frequently with other developers and teams to design and implement the cutting-edge reliable solutions. Understand and apply our technical architecture to ensure consistent, reliable, and secure deployments. Enhance and maintain existing product capabilities as required. Actively contribute to the test suites to enable speedy and reliable continuous integration. Guide continuous improvements to our build, deploy, and go to market processes. Bring fresh ideas for how to continuously improve our software, and your team. Advocate for ways to avoid and remediate technical debt on an ongoing basis. Actively participate in program planning, influencing the product and technology roadmap, and driving outcomes.  Requirements: You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, or a related field of study. You have 8+ years of professional experience in the software industry. You are proficient and have strong skills in Java, object oriented, and functional programming, and are familiar with all related and latest topics and technologies. You care about writing high-quality code, and you've written your fair share of automated tests to back up your code. You're passionate about high-scale, high-throughput, low-latency systems, and about creating compelling experiences and integrations.  You're a problem solver, and you enjoy working both independently and collaboratively to identify the root cause of any issue and solve it with a can-do mindset.  You have experience mentoring less seasoned team members. You are open to and enjoy collaborating with teammates in non-technical roles as well.  Experience in developing software for distributed systems with high performance, scalability, and availability. Familiar and comfortable with the technologies, the tradeoffs, and the design patterns emerging in application development. Experience in developing high performance, scalable and available web services using J2EE and frameworks such as RestEasy, Spring, Apache CXF and Jersey.. Good understanding of web services and SOA related standards like REST/OAuth/JSON and SOAP/WSDL. Experience in payments processing or e-commerce domains. Experience working in a global-scale SaaS environment. Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. You have a bias towards action and results.
