Responsibilities : <ul><li>Analysis of product and production systems to meet customer expectations.</li><li>Management of an engineering team of 8 people.</li><li>Training and motivating employees along the lines of quality efforts.</li><li>Perform quality control from materials to finished products.</li><li>Conducting quality audits and documenting their results.</li><li>Setting quality goals and coordinating measures to achieve them.</li><li>Preparation of reports and their analysis of internal processes.</li><li>Handling of complaints and blocking/issuance of products</li></ul> Requirements : <ul><li>Relevant college or university degree in a technical field.</li><li>Relevant experience in the automotive industry (5+ years): experience in customer and/or supplier quality matters.</li><li>Knowledge of quality assurance systems Knowledge of Core Tools (FMEA, Control Plan, MSA, PPAP, 8D, SPC).</li><li>Knowledge of IATF 16949.</li><li>VDA 6.3 process auditor qualification.</li><li>Strong computer skills, MS-Office tools (Power Point, Excel, Word and Outlook).</li><li>Fluent English and Hungarian language skills, spoken and written.</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Production area Key performance setting base on Quality strategy. To let each engineer clear understand own KPI and dedicate to quality improvement toward to corporate strategy.</li><li>Customer Complaint handling: Review 8D report, monitor customer complaint quantity, response time, 8D score, and improvement effectiveness.</li><li>COPQ Reduction: Direct and support to analysis the production data, find the quality improvement opportunity and lead team to determine the actions, follow up and verify the improvement result, take reaction base on the actual result.</li><li>People Management: Allocate work across direct reports; monitor and review their performance; mentor, coach and motivate them; and help resolve people/functional issues to achieve the targeted team performance and retain talent.</li><li>Promote continuance improvement culture through professional problem- solving tools to reduce quality cost and pursue 0PPM. In this process utilizing formal quality improvement methodologies and become a standard procedure.</li><li>Develop and implement a quality data analysis plan, monitor and evaluate data analysis results, and ensure that quality issues are effectively resolved.</li><li>Coordinate communication and cooperation with other departments, use data analysis results to guide the improvement and optimization of other business activities of the company.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Education: Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical, Electronics or relevant&nbsp;</li><li>Qualification &amp; Certification: GB certification: APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA certification</li><li>Experience: More than 8 years of working experience, and 3years at least in manager roles, automotive experience must be.</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Driving CCSI (Productivity saving) and OMP (Material saving) including identify new opportunity, work with cross functional team to build up project, calculation saving/ROI, maintain tracking for the project</li><li>achievement and reporting out.</li><li>Implement company OA (Operation Excellence) deployment plans as following; business unit/plant strategic and operational plan.</li><li>Lead in OEE and Change over improvement, collect relevant data, identify potential causes with manufacturing team, analysis and driving improvement solution.</li><li>Implement continuous improvement throughout the organization using Lean and Six Sigma principles and eliminate waste in all areas throughout the manufacturing areas.&nbsp;</li><li>Lead problem-solving through Lean - Six Sigma, root cause analysis and verify that permanent corrective actions are implemented.</li><li>Implement new technology/processes to drive continuous improvement through company Best, COE (Center of Excellence).</li><li>Support plant in achieving their continuous improvement goals; cost-saving and SQCDP.</li><li>Support for digital transformation and digital engineering to implement new digital solution to shopfloor area.</li><li>Initiate actions to prevent the occurrence of any nonconformance relating to product, process &amp; systems.&nbsp;</li><li>Engage the Manufacturing team in the continuous improvement process to ensure that projects are identified, prioritized, and implemented in a timely and effective manner.</li><li>Initiate, recommend or provide solutions through appropriate channels and verify implementation.</li><li>Stimulate management thinking by proposing new ways of doing things.&nbsp;</li><li>Challenge conventional wisdom by demonstrating successful application of new methodologies, seeking out and piloting new tools, and creating innovative thinking.&nbsp;</li><li>Document all activities as required.</li><li>Comply with company procedure and environmental and safety regulation.</li><li>Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisor / Manager.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelor of Degree in Industrial Engineering or any related field.&nbsp;</li><li>3-5 years relevant working experience in a Continuous Improvement, Industrial Engineer, Operation Excellence and Manufacturing environment.</li><li>Lean Manufacturing methodologies and Six Sigma Problem Solving experience preferred.</li><li>Have experience in project management.</li><li>Have experience in industrial digital transformation.</li><li>Knowledge of Assembly process is advantage.</li><li>Excellent problem-solving technique; Lean and Six Sigma.</li><li>Proficient computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office: Word Excel, Project and Minitab, SolidWorks or AUTOCAD, Visio.</li><li>Knowledge in GD&amp;T/SPC/FMEA/DOE.</li><li>Good mechanical / technical skills.&nbsp;</li><li>Good Project Management skill and effective in report writing.</li><li>Able to prepare and present technical knowledge.</li><li>Good attitude with growth mindset.</li><li>Able to work under pressure.</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Quality point of contact for assigned Southeast Asia customer accounts.</li><li>Provide the Voice of the Customer feedback to product management, product engineering and manufacturing locations for characteristics that can become quality or application risks to the customer.</li><li>Manages Quality / Reliability interactions with the customer, including regular communication and escalations.&nbsp;</li><li>Provides technical support in evaluating products from a quality and reliability standpoint.</li><li>Leads cross-functional problem-solving teams to investigate quality issues and minimize customer impact, Company PPM, cost of poor quality and drive timely resolution.</li><li>Influences without authority in efforts to achieve 5D/8D response time within 10 business days or less.&nbsp;</li><li>Responsible for coordinating and ensuring completion of customer quality requested activities across design and manufacturing. This includes coordinating globally for all sites, factories, and associated teams within company.&nbsp;</li><li>Carries out the customer quality improvement strategy.</li><li>Ensures compliance to company quality policies and procedures related to customer requirements.</li><li>Partners closely with sales, engineering, and operations to ensure organizational alignment regarding setting targets and achieving quality objectives for our customers.</li><li>Partners with engineering and sales to establish trust with our customers by sharing our DND strategic quality roadmap as well as resolving problems in a timely manner.</li><li>Regularly conducts reviews with key customers regarding DNDs quality &amp; delivery performance.</li><li>Drives systemic corrective action and continual improvement for customers through training and implementation and use an array of quality improvement tools.</li><li>Regularly reports to management on the overall performance and effectiveness of the assigned strategic customer account.</li><li>Manage quality issues or inquiries for parts in assigned Global Product Lines. The parts may be made at a company facility or at a sub-tier supplier.&nbsp;</li><li>Supports the MRB team functions for disposition of non-conforming products.</li><li>Visit local customers and travel within Southeast Asia to customer locations to review company product and application as it is being used by the customer and to foster productive working relationships.</li><li>Conduct audits at manufacturing sites and attend to customer audits.&nbsp;</li><li>Work with DC, Planner, Sales &amp; CCP on block stock &amp; RMA return.</li><li>Coordinate onsite sorting at customer site with Sales, Planner &amp; CCP.</li><li>Coordinate RMA request &amp; return with manufacturing.&nbsp;</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelor Degree in Engineering with technical focus.</li><li>5+ years minimum quality assurance experience working in a global capacity.</li><li>Preferred customer quality experience in the electronics industry.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to lead teams, forge strong internal relationships, and drive transformation globally.</li><li>Knowledge and application of quality system regulations (ISO 9000, 14000 and 18000).</li><li>Experienced in the use of Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, 8D and other advanced statistical methods including Design of Experiments (DOE), Statistical Process Control (SPC), and Process Capability (CpK) techniques.</li><li>Possesses strong leadership skills and executive level presence.</li><li>Self-motivated, efficient, ability to work with little or no supervision, and committed to a team approach.</li><li>Strong interpersonal, organization, and project management skills.</li><li>Ability to prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced work environment.</li><li>May require travel to customers and other company locations, including overnight and multi-day trips.</li><li>Experience in core processes such as stamping, molding, plating and assembly preferred</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Organize and facilitate Design Review (DR) and Design Failure Modes &amp; Effects Analysis (DFMEA) reviews.&nbsp;</li><li>Implement quality planning and controls for prototype and/or sample builds and manage build te</li><li>Complete measurement system analysis for inspection systems and gages to be utilized for the project.</li><li>Review and analyze samples, quality issues and improvement actions during developing stage.&nbsp;</li><li>Involve and drive for design verification before design freeze and product qualification testing before Gate5 of project.</li><li>Conduct and analyze process capability studies in support of Final Tool Approval (FTAR) for all tools and production lines associated with the project using the Comprehensive Tool Approval Report (CTAR).&nbsp;</li><li>Implement quality controls and documentation needed for production shop floor.</li><li>Monitor process capability and oversee ongoing corrective actions as required.</li><li>Review and approve the measurement and cosmetic inspection.</li><li>Support the customer and quality system audit as required</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>At least Bachelor degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or related field</li><li>Quality control experience in cable assembly / connector / Socket or relevant industry.</li><li>Good written and oral English communication.</li><li>Understand ISO9001 quality system.</li><li>Be good at SPC, FMEA, MSA, and 7-QC tools.</li><li>Experienced in Statistical Process control techniques.&nbsp;</li><li>Understand Model Based Dimensioing (MBD) and requirements</li><li>Understand GD&amp;T definition and requirements.</li><li>Be good at APQP procedure and requirements.</li><li>Be familiar with EIA-364 test procedures.</li><li>Ability to foster teamwork and internal and external relationships.</li><li>Excellent organizational habits and priority management</li><li>Customer focused with a commitment to quality.</li><li>Internal / External Auditor</li><li>Six Sigma (preferred Black Belt)</li><li>Design of Experiments</li><li>Uplevel Communication</li><li>Strategic Planning</li><li>Skilled in using software (Mini Tab / JMP)</li><li>Quality Leader</li></ul>
