Supply Chain Manager

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Drive, and implement standardized process of Inventory &amp; Logistics within AP which align with across AP and global strategies&nbsp;</li><li>Drive country and plants to meet SCM KPI (inventory &amp; logistics etc.) within business target.&nbsp;</li><li>Execute the lean tools to continuous improvement&nbsp;</li><li>Resolve conflicts cross sites and functions in accordance with targets&nbsp;</li><li>Plan, manage and track supply plan and be key players in S&amp;IOP process&nbsp;</li><li>Drive freight planning to minimize freightage, on time delivery and flexibility</li><li>Leverage on resources commonality across sites and work cross-regional collaboration</li><li>Conduct freight control and partner with global logistics to ensure streamlining of transportation and warehouse management</li><li>Strong execution capability to achieve the short term and long-term strategy and goals</li><li>Support training launch to improve the capability of APAC team</li></ul> Requirements:&nbsp; <ul><li>Bachelor degree, ERP expert, supply chain related certification preferable&nbsp;</li><li>Strong leadership and able to drive improvement of cross functional team&nbsp;</li><li>Over 10 years of on the job management experience with solid achievement</li><li>At least 7 years SCM experience in multinational companies in the automotive components industry&nbsp;</li><li>Over 5 years of job automotive plant and non-plant operation management&nbsp;</li><li>Focus on execution and ability to drive results</li><li>Fluent speaking in Chinese and English&nbsp;</li></ul>
