Role Description: <ul><li>Company’s Global R&amp;D team is looking for embedded software engineers and technical leaders to help build the future of industrial Automation &amp; Solutions.</li><li>You will have cross functional interactions and working closely with hardware, software, and product management teams.</li></ul> Responsibilities: As a Lead Software Engineer, the individual will work be in Embedded Software Development team. <ul><li>You provide the embedded platform infrastructure to enable our Industrial Networking Products.</li><li>You dedicate your creativity to a cross-functional, self-organized, agile team of developers.</li><li>You communicate with product owners, software architects and application developers in an intercultural and global work environment.</li><li>You contribute to the implementation of a Linux based Operating system for in-field embedded device families.</li><li>You assure the secure development life cycle of the platform and harden the attack surface of devices.</li><li>You will be part of the Software Platforms Teams, working on the development of in-house cybersecurity device software development for Industrial networks.</li><li>You will be building Firewall software for industrial routers which are complex multicore, multi-threaded software systems supporting high-availability, hundreds of network protocols and delivering high throughput packet forwarding.</li><li>Building brand new products, supporting new features, feature enhancements and sustenance of products across the R&amp;D product portfolio, using company’s device software running on company hardware.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>You are a person with passion for coding and creating world class software systems for large organizations.</li><li>A Full time Bachelor/Master of Engineering Degree in Computer Science or equivalent.</li><li>You are able to abstract and use your creativity for disruptive solutions.</li><li>You are fluent in spoken and written English and have the ability or willingness to work in a Global environment</li><li>8 – 12 years’ experience in a product-based organization developing embedded software for Enterprise, Industrial Automation or Service Providers industry.</li><li>Solid understanding of embedded systems architecture, including microcontrollers, microprocessors, and real-time operating systems.</li><li>Ability to work on complex modular software systems, algorithms and be able to design, code, debug and automate software.</li><li>Expertise in C/C++ programming, data structures, Algorithms &amp; debugging tools.</li><li>Expertise in Linux based environment, with extensive knowledge of Linux Internals.</li><li>Hands-on operating systems, IPCs &amp; multi-thread programming experience.</li><li>Advanced working level knowledge of Computer networks and Network protocols in TCP/IP, switching (L2), routing (L3) &amp; security protocols.</li><li>One or more areas like QOS, Segment Routing, Multicast &amp; MPLS.</li><li>Ability to work with existing code base.</li><li>Hands-on experience in Versioning and Git/GitHub/Bitbucket repository.</li><li>Experience with Unit test strategy and execution.</li><li>Experience with Python or equivalent scripting languages</li><li>Experience with packet generating and network test tools.</li><li>Prior experience with any network OS provided by Networking companies like CISCO -IOS/IOS-XE/IOS-XR.</li><li>Designing &amp; understanding of network topologies &amp; deployment.</li><li>Linux containers and dockers.</li></ul>

Manage the tech support day-to-day operations to achieve qualitative and quantitative targets at team/staff level and to maintain overall quality standards.</li><li>You shall be responsible for achieving all metrics for the respective customer/partner, as defined by the management with particular focus on customer satisfaction. </li><li>Gather the required information necessary to best handle customer software and technical inquiries.</li><li>Resolving the issues through Phone, chat and ticketing tool - communication channels.&nbsp;</li><li>Collaborate with Technical Support team members to properly manage customer queries and escalate when appropriate.</li><li>Document solutions for knowledgebase.</li><li>Work to support customer technical issues encompassing hardware, software, and networking.&nbsp;</li><li>Create knowledge base articles on products.</li><li>Connect with wide range of people and teams to find these solutions such as Solution Consultants,Product Line Managers, and the various plants.</li><li>Provide technical service for products and solutions in India and deliver professionally and</li><li>disciplinarily.</li><li>Deliver end to end solution as per customer demand.</li><li>Assist customers with Support Requests and engaging with other Teams ensuring follow up on each request and solution is provided.</li><li>Continuous improvement of their professional certification level.</li></ul> Requirements : <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Telecom, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering/Electronics/ IT.</li><li>CCNA Certified. Hirschmann switches, router and security devices knowledge would be added</li><li>advantage.</li><li>Minimum 3-10 years working experience.</li><li>2~3 year’s implementation experience in Managed and unmanaged switches, Internet wireless LAN,</li><li>Industrial Security Systems, Embedded Ethernet modules, Fiber optic field bus repeaters, Secure</li><li>remote access, Network Management Software, Industrial Connectors, industrial network security</li><li>products for process control, SCADA manufacturing and automation sectors.</li><li>Experience in customer support, service or after sales in networking system will be added advantage.</li><li>Understanding of networking protocols.</li><li>Knowledge of transmission technology, OTN and Network Access control would be a plus.</li><li>Hands-on experience with monitoring, network diagnostic and network analytics tools/network</li><li>configuration experience with Cisco etc.</li><li>Ability to quickly learn new or unfamiliar technology and products using documentation and internetresources.</li><li>Basic Level of understanding of Routing and Switching, Basic Data networking, including DHCP, RSTP, VLAN, QoS, IGMP, network redundancy, IP routing protocols and standard VPN technology.</li><li>Industrial networking and IIoT/IoT digitalization knowledge would be added advantage.</li><li>Good English in reading and written, and good oral English is a must.</li><li>Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Collaborates with engineering, operations and customers to plan and test products.</li><li>Facilitates development processes, coordinates materials and component integration.</li><li>Execution and evaluation of tests.</li><li>Support of the laboratory team with special technical problem solving.</li><li>Scheduling and allocation of tests to be carried out.</li><li>Equipment utilization optimization</li><li>Clarification of the test conditions and the creation of the specifications for the test</li><li>Continuous improvement process,EHS</li><li>Disciplinary and methodical leading of the team Creates and monitors development plans; communicates working activities/status to team, management, sales and operations.</li><li>Supervises and supports development staff; participates in training, development and performance management of team members, as well as conducting annual employee evaluations.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering is a must. Master’s degree is a plus.</li><li>Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervising role in a test laboratory related to electrical testing.</li><li>MS Office.</li><li>Automation knowledge is an advantage.</li><li>Electrical schematic basics are an advantage.</li><li>CAD basics are an advantage.</li><li>Knowedgle of the system LIMS (Laboratory Information Managment System) is an advantage.</li><li>Electronic design and PCB routing is an advantage.</li><li>English fluent and fluent in Czech.</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Design and execute the standardization of workplace and infrastructure solution across the group, taking into consideration industry best practices and regulatory requirements.</li><li>Implement and manage workplace technology solutions including end users devices, telephony, collaboration and office productivity tools, managed print. </li><li>These will include the focus on Microsoft 365 suite, including emerging technologies like Microsoft Co-Pilot.</li><li>Implement and manage network infrastructure such as WAN, Enterprise LAN, firewalls, routers, switches, load balancers, remote access and other network enabling technologies and applications.</li><li>Implement and manage the Service Desk to handle service requests and incidents.</li><li>Drive workplace technology and infrastructure service recovery to reduce system downtime and impact to internal users and external customer.</li><li>Track service providers SLAs.</li><li>Experimentation and recommendation of new workplace technologies. Keep abreast with technology development in the industry and regulators.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a combination of relevant professional experience.</li><li>More than 5 year’s relevant working experience in managing Workplace Technology and infrastructure. Financial services industry experience preferred but not mandatory.</li><li>Experience in implementing and managing Microsoft infrastructure (i.e. Microsoft 365), including Active Directory, ADFS, Azure AD, SCCM, end point management tools.</li><li>Familiar with WAN routing protocols, QOS, COS and experienced with Telco’s business and operations and network protocols like DHCP, TCP/IP, and VPN.</li><li>Relevant certifications in Workplace Technology and Networking preferred but not mandatory.</li><li>Strong technical, analytical and engineering competencies with hands-on experience in managing workplace and infrastructure environments.</li><li>Customer and service centric and able to communicate concisely and clearly with non-IT-savvy users.</li><li>Knowledge of ITIL framework and IT service management concepts and Agile methodologies.</li></ul>

Responsibilities:Design & Development of Electrical Drawings –SLD’s, wiring diagrams, cable routing layouts, lighting & earthing layouts etc. based on Scope & inputs provided.Design & development of I/O list, instrument loop diagrams, instrument location layouts, JB connection diagrams & PLC enclosure layouts etc.Collaborate with inter disciplines to get the required inputs to update the drawings.Ensure quality of the drawings as per Standards.Requirements:Candidate with 4-6 years’ experience in electrical design & detail engineering in Oil & gas/Chemical/refinery industry.Expertise in AutoCAD/MicroStation tool Hands on experience in designing the electrical and instrumentation drawings like single line diagrams, schematic diagrams, GA’s, Panel drawings, cable routing drawings, loop diagrams & connection diagrams etc. Familiar with electrical design calculations (Cable& conduit sizing, Transformer sizing, lighting calculations, earthing etc.) Able to manage multiple projects at the same time.Good at communication skills.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Responsibilities:Provide day-to-day technical support to Operations and Maintenance Units to troubleshoot and fix electrical systems including reporting and documentation.Provide expert advice and assistance to design, construction, maintenance engineers and operation personnel on all matters related to electrical systems.Develop engineering conceptual plans for the new installation and upgrade projects including development of work scopes, calculations and detailed technical specifications.Review Project Proposals and Detailed Designs packages for new facilities.Develop and maintain the UR engineering standards and design best practices.Participate on the testing & commissioning of the new facilities and Turnaround and Inspection (T&I).Update and maintain engineering documentation and drawings.Analyze system performance and find solution for Energy saving.Ensure quality, cost effective and timely solutions to any upgrade.Report and analyze key performance indices.Make recommendations for technical/economic optimization of existing facilities.Assists in the training, development and mentoring of younger staff.Provide analysis, evaluation and interpretation in support of projects, processes, and financing related to capital investment decisions.Regularly interact with other professionals in various company organizations involved in capital planning and economic analysis.Requirements:Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited university. A higher degree is preferred. A Professional Engineer (P.E.) registration is desirable but is not essential.Minimum of 15 years working experience in Electrical engineering, with at knowledge and experience in the field of Oil and Gas Industry.You must be conversant and have working knowledge of industry codes and standards, such as NFPA, ANSI IEEE, IEC, API, NEC, NACE and others.Experience with specifications and data sheets for Electrical equipment like EHV GIS/AIS Switchgear, Power Transformers, large synchronous/induction motors, HV/LV Switchgears and Control gears, EHV/HV/LV Cables, Bus ducts, EHV GIBs, UPS, Battery Charger, NGR, Panel boards is a requirement.You should also have experience in preparation of Single line diagrams, protection and metering schemes, motor schematics, Hazardous area classification drawings, substation automation architecture, synchronizing and bus changeover schemes.Experience in electrical engineering calculations like Grounding/Earthing, Battery charger/Battery sizing, Transformer sizing, Cable sizing, Electrical Load schedules, Lighting. Also knowledge of Electrical Power system studies including Short Circuit, Load Flow analysis, Motor starting, Arc Flash Hazard studies, Relay coordination and setting using software like ETAP is essential.You must also demonstrate the ability to work with design contractors to review contractor design packages, provide input to FEED packages, introduce new technology to enhance company productivity, suggest innovative solutions to optimize equipment performance, demonstrate safe working practices.Be able to conduct failure analysis and provide recommendations for failed electrical equipment. Experience with electrical equipment field Installation, Commissioning and testing as well as in Electrical Equipment layouts, plant cable routing layouts, lighting and grounding layouts is preferred.You should be able to communicate with multidiscipline engineers to complete projects.Have proven ability to communicate effectively with strong written and oral communication skills.You must be willing to work in remote areas depending on the project or task assignments.
