The RoleFinance Strategic Projects is responsible for leading strategic finance and SSC projects focused on driving and executing strategic initiatives, such as technology implementations, standardisation and centralisation of back office transactional processes and identify continuous improvements opportunities. Will be required to work on cross-functional projects that have a significant impact on the financial performance and operations of the organisation.&nbsp; Key Responsibilities1. Collaborate with finance leadership and other key stakeholders to develop and execute the finance and Shared Services functions strategic roadmap. Align finance and Shared Services initiatives with overall corporate objectives and long-term financial goals. 2. Lead and manage finance and SSC related projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the desired outcomes. Develop project plans, define milestones, allocate resources, and manage project risks. 3. Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency and effectiveness within processes. Streamline workflows, implement best practices, and leverage technology to optimize finance and SSC operations. 4. Conduct in-depth financial analysis to support strategic decision-making. Support the implementation of financial and other related systems. Coordinate with IT teams and&nbsp;end-users to ensure successful system integration and user adoption. 6. Responsibilities: <ul><li>Has strong impact in Advanced Manufacturing Technology Roadmap driven development projects.</li><li>Drives for excellence in existing Plating technologies and methods.</li><li>Strives to implement optimized or new manufacturing technologies to provide improved processes and tolerance control.</li><li>Act as a liaison between the Advance Manufacturing Process team and the manufacturing sites teams to collaborate with Product Development in the optimization of part and product designs for manufacturability, providing plating process expert knowledge and general knowledge of plating processes to realize product samples and prototypes.</li><li>Provides plating process expert knowledge and general knowledge and project management to liaise the Advance Manufacturing Process team and the manufacturing sites teams, deploying optimized or new plating processes to realize advanced manufacturing technology development projects.</li><li>Acts as the binding element between product development and advanced manufacturing &amp; process engineering, ensuring the effectiveness and efficiency of this critical interface.</li><li>Designs, develops, and qualifies plating processes in compliance with company EH&amp;S, quality and production standards, as well as recognized best in class and industry standards.</li><li>Documents all related processes in applicable company systems.</li><li>Supports supply chain to verify related suppliers’ compliance and capability.</li><li>Initiates and implements plating related programs to continuously improve quality, cost and cycle time.</li><li>Maintains and adheres to all appropriate specifications, regulatory and customer requirements.</li><li>Applies plating process expertise to resolve significant / unique / complex issues, where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.</li><li>Exercises considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignment, performing work without appreciable direction.</li><li>Drives results primarily through collaboration and influence, not through direct reporting relationships.</li><li>Provides training and mentorship to other professional employees.</li><li>Provides measurable input to the objectives and goals of the department in support of the function and business unit strategies.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>8 years working experience and above, Demonstrates injection molding process expertise (process optimization, capability, troubleshooting).</li><li>Deep technical knowledge of mold design, simulation (Moldflow), tool fabrication, scientific injection molding, molding processes (injection, insert, two-shot, etc.), molding equipment and ancillaries (FANUC, Engel).</li><li>Broad knowledge of stamping, plating, and assembly processes for connectors and sockets is desired.</li><li>NPI experience</li><li>at least 8 yrs related experience, but the candidates with good potential can be relaxed to 3-5 yrs of related working experience.</li><li>Relevant experience in connectors assembly.</li><li>Ability to design the fixtures independently and process development.</li><li>English is not required, but if the candidate can use English is plus.</li></ul>

The Role As a Staff Software Engineer, you will act as a subject matter expert. We are looking for technologists with the highest levels of technical talent, programming, and communication skills with a keen desire to deeply understand our product and how to make our systems stronger and more resilient. &nbsp;Responsibility <ul><li>Lead engineering efforts and team level processes by defining outcomes for others, refining ongoing processes, and providing technical advice to senior leaders on systems, solutions, challenges, and strategy.</li><li>Evangelist for technical standards, engineering best practices, and quality across larger Venmo team , Inc. Determines the technical tasks that other engineers will follow.</li><li>Support end-to-end ownership of design, implementation and operational excellence of software components while proactively improving existing structures and processes.</li><li>Contribute to the technical engineering roadmap by completing quality and thorough assessments of implementation alternatives and their associated trade-offs and providing recommendations.</li><li>Be consistently solutions-focused while contributing to the vision of domain and larger Venmo technical engineering roadmap.</li><li>Exercises judgement in reconciling diverse and competing priorities to identify optimal solutions to problems.</li><li>Leverage strategic thinking and experience to look ahead and anticipate consequences and risks linked to implementation choices; able to identify patterns to reduce repetition into meaningful general solutions.</li><li>A key voice on team-level processes (ex code &amp; design reviews) and oversees projects, ensuring an accurate, complete, timely and operable solution is delivered.</li><li>Serves as an expert to resolve technical inquiries of others.</li><li>Be able to provide technical leadership for a team with limited guidance from management or senior teammates.</li><li>Strong skills interacting and tailoring communication with various technical and non-technical stakeholders, such as product, support, finance operations, compliance and legal.</li></ul> Requirement <ul><li>At least 5+ years’ Experience developing and maintaining consumer-facing mobile applications at scale.</li><li>Strong Kotlin skills &amp; knowledge of multi-threaded, asynchronous code.</li><li>Deep understanding and knowledge around consuming GraphQL and REST APIs from Mobile applications.</li><li>Passionate about mentoring and developing software engineers.</li><li>Strong understanding of testing best practices and familiarity with at least one testing framework for Mobile Development. Skilled at writing Unit and Automation tests.</li><li>Strong knowledge of common design patterns, algorithms, and object-oriented programming with expertise in design patterns such as MVC and MVVM.</li></ul>
