This job oversees the delivery against project planning and prioritization, coordinates collaboration with cross functional teams, and allocates resources effectively and efficiently.</li><li>The job also leads the team to implement best in class industry standards to continuously improve the development process&nbsp;</li><li>PROJECT MANAGEMENT: Oversees the implementation and delivery of software projects, including resource allocation, to ensure they are completed on time and within scope.</li><li>TECHNICAL GUIDANCE: Leads the team to apply internal software deployment platform, continuous integration or continuous delivery pipeline and twelve factor development methodology to automate the deployment process, ensuring smooth and reliable releases.</li><li>QUALITY ASSURANCE: Leads rigorous testing, code reviews, and adherence to best in class industry standards to ensure the quality and performance of software applications.&nbsp;</li><li>PROCESS IMPROVEMENT: Suggests continuous improvement initiatives and leads the implementation of approved standards to improve software development and deployment processes and operational excellence, applying test driven development as needed.</li><li>COLLABORATION: Coordinates collaboration with product managers, designers and other cross functional teams to gather requirements, set priorities and deliver resolutions to meet business objectives.</li><li>DOCUMENTATION: Leads and reviews the creation and maintenance of comprehensive documentation for software applications, deployment processes and system configurations.</li><li>TECHNICAL SUPPORT: Leads technical support and troubleshooting for deployed applications for minimal downtime and fast resolution of issues.</li><li>STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT: Maintains partnership with key internal and external stakeholders, understanding their needs and enabling effective communication to assure project alignment and success.</li><li>TEAM MANAGEMENT: Manages team members to achieve the organizations goals, by ensuring productivity, communicating performance expectations, creating goal alignment, giving and seeking feedback, providing coaching, measuring progress and holding people accountable, supporting employee development, recognizing achievement and lessons learned, and developing enabling conditions for talent to thrive in an inclusive team culture.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Minimum requirement of 4 years of relevant work experience.</li><li>Typically reflects 5 years or more of relevant experience.</li><li>Supervisor experience in software engineering.</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Strong attention to detail demonstrated by ability to follow and develop specific, outlined, and detailed procedures (must have)&nbsp;</li><li>Work with multiple vendors to resolve daily BAU issues.</li><li>Work with Stakeholders to identify Business requirements and their processes.</li><li>Perform triages to keep updated on the daily issues and as well to prioritize the issues</li><li>The SCD Front Office Resource will be responsible for doing production support for TS/BidFX.</li><li>Perform heath checks for both systems.</li><li>Work closely with vendors and business.</li><li>Enable broker onboarding</li><li>Support incidents</li><li>Support enhancements.</li><li>Co-ordinate with various IT teams to ensure systems are up and running as per SOP.</li><li>Participate in DR and BCP activities.</li><li>Participate in Audit and yearly upgrades</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Any Graduate (Preferably graduated in IT)</li><li>Minimum 10 years’ experience in application/production support</li><li>Experience in supporting third party and internal Applications.</li><li>Experience in trading applications (Trading Screen, BidFX) or other Trade Execution systems</li><li>Monitoring batches</li><li>Broker /LP onboarding</li><li>FIX knowledge</li><li>Business domain knowledge of equities /FX/derivatives</li><li>Can write SQL queries for troubleshooting. 10.	Trade flow and compliance knowledge.</li><li>Have worked with external vendors and business users.</li><li>Knowledge of ITIL process</li><li>Domain knowledge of Financial Asset Classes (Equity, Bond, FX)</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Develop and implement marketing strategies for promotion and growth of the medical device’s portfolio</li><li>Define target market, identify targeted HCP’s speciality for each medical device, positioning of medical device and messaging for each device.</li><li>Lead launches of new medical devices – coordination with OEMs, regulatory, development of launch plans, engagement of KOLs, preparation of promotional materials and sales enablement tools</li><li>Collaborate with stakeholders – OEMs, regulatory, BU Head MD &amp; D, Sales, Finance, etc. to align marketing strategies with device division’s goals</li><li>Manage P &amp; L (marketing budget) of each Medical Device to optimize ROI</li><li>Participation in various conferences / trade shows for engaging KOLs, lead generations for supporting sales team</li><li>Work in field along with sales teams to identify customers’ needs, competitors’ strategies and to adapt our strategies accordingly</li><li>Training of sales team along with Application Specialist and external trainer, if required</li><li>Develop content for digital marketing through social media, email campaigns, website, etc and measure effectiveness and ROI of digital campaigns</li><li>Achieve / surpass the sales target for each medical device</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelors degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Biomedical Engineering and master’s in marketing management</li><li>In depth knowledge of medical device industry</li><li>Proven track record in developing and execution of marketing strategies for medical devices</li><li>Expertise in launch of new medical devices and lifecycle management</li><li>Excellent in written and verbal communication skills, analytical skills and presentation skills</li><li>Willingness to travel extensively across India</li><li>5+ years marketing experience in medical device industry</li><li>Experience of handling digital marketing campaign</li></ul>
