Responsibilities:Design & Development of Electrical Drawings –SLD’s, wiring diagrams, cable routing layouts, lighting & earthing layouts etc. based on Scope & inputs provided.Design & development of I/O list, instrument loop diagrams, instrument location layouts, JB connection diagrams & PLC enclosure layouts etc.Collaborate with inter disciplines to get the required inputs to update the drawings.Ensure quality of the drawings as per Standards.Requirements:Candidate with 4-6 years’ experience in electrical design & detail engineering in Oil & gas/Chemical/refinery industry.Expertise in AutoCAD/MicroStation tool Hands on experience in designing the electrical and instrumentation drawings like single line diagrams, schematic diagrams, GA’s, Panel drawings, cable routing drawings, loop diagrams & connection diagrams etc. Familiar with electrical design calculations (Cable& conduit sizing, Transformer sizing, lighting calculations, earthing etc.) Able to manage multiple projects at the same time.Good at communication skills.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Role Description:Company is seeking a Senior Process Engineer to join the Transport Technologies Division of Company's Research & Development Center.The Transport Technologies Division conducts research and technology development in the area of transport fuels chemistry and advanced engine technologies.Our research focuses on the co-optimization of fuel and engine systems while we demonstrate the commercial viability of competitive internal combustion engine (ICE) platforms and low climate impact fuels, which will address the environmental and business sustainability of transport fuels for road, marine and aviation applications. The Process Engineer’s primary role is to provide engineering and process optimization support on developing sustainable synthetic fuels and chemicals production facilities including liaison with leading technology and engineering solution providers.Responsibilities:Participate in a unique, world-class project on innovative process design for transport fuels and petrochemicals production.Develop, configure and optimize industrial processes and participate in engineering and process design studies.Address technical challenges associated with adopting new process and retro fitting to existing refinery configurationsPerform financial modeling, cost estimates and projections on transport fuels and petrochemicals.Conduct techno-economic analysis and benchmarking of R&D projects against commercial and existing technologies Analyze the carbon footprint and energy intensity of new and existing refining/petrochemical processes; and suggest process improvements to reduce the carbon footprint and enhance energy efficiency. Liaise with business proponent and engineering teams within company. Mentor and oversee development of young engineers in the area of specialty. Find creative solutions to technical problems, both working individually and within a team.Requirements:Advanced degree in Chemical Engineering or relevant discipline from a recognized and approved program.At least 10 years of experience of process engineering in refining/petrochemicals industry.Experienced in refinery and petrochemical flowsheeting (PFD and P&ID), and equipment sizing and capital cost estimationKnowledgeable about standard refining, petrochemical processes (e.g. fluid catalytic cracking, hydrocracking, reforming,…etc.) and utilities process. Able to conduct detailed techno-economic assessment of R&D projects. Experience with R&D projects, process development and/or scale up is a plus. Strong project management, interpersonal skills and the capability to work effectively across multiple functional departments.

Role Description:We are seeking a skilled and experienced Risk-Based Inspection (RBI) Facilitator Engineer to join our Ras Tanura Refinery Engineering Department, Corrosion Management Unit.Your primary role will be to lead and facilitate Risk-Based Inspection processes for various assets, equipment, and facilities.You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess risks, develop inspection plans, and optimize maintenance strategies to ensure the integrity and reliability of assets while minimizing operational risks.Responsibilities:As the successful candidate you will be required to perform the following:Lead and facilitate Risk-Based Inspection (RBI) assessments for critical assets and equipment.Develop and implement RBI methodologies, processes, and procedures to identify, assess, and manage risks effectively.Collaborate with engineering, operations, and maintenance teams to prioritize inspection activities based on risk assessment results.Utilize risk assessment tools and software to analyze data and generate reports to support decision-making processes.Review inspection reports, findings, and recommendations to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.Work closely with reliability engineers to optimize maintenance strategies and improve asset reliability.Provide technical guidance and support to field inspection teams during on-site inspections and evaluations.Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate personnel on RBI concepts, methodologies, and best practices.Monitor and track key performance indicators related to asset integrity, reliability, and risk mitigation.Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and advancements in RBI technologies to continuously improve RBI processes.Requirements:You must hold a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.Advanced degree or certification in Asset Integrity Management is a plus.You should have a minimum of 10 years’ experience.A Proven experience in Risk-Based Inspection (RBI) facilitation, implementation, and management within the oil and gas, petrochemical, or related industries.In-depth knowledge of RBI methodologies, risk assessment techniques, and inspection planning strategies.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.Proficiency in using RBI software tools and platforms for risk analysis and reporting.Familiarity with relevant industry standards and regulations governing asset integrity and inspection practices.Willingness to travel to various project sites and facilities as needed.

Responsibilities:As the successful candidate you will be required to perform the following:Provide engineering technical support to the Refinery Operations.Perform unit monitoring and performance evaluations.Conduct troubleshooting/assisting operations divisions in resolving Operations related problems.Monitor Advance Process Control and alleviate the constraints to maximize APC utilization.Conduct catalyst performance analysis, yield estimates and life cycle estimation.Lead HAZOP, MOC, Root Cause analysis and incidents investigations.Prepare annual and long range operating plans and objectives.Identify the units constraints and perform debottleneck studies.Conduct engineering studies to improve refinery gross margins.Conduct energy audits and surveys to improve refinery energy performance and energy KPI’s.Provide capital project design reviews and commissioning support.Involve in development of procedures and reviews.Requirements:You must hold a Bachelors degree in Chemical Engineering from a recognized and approved program. You should have a minimum of 10 years of experience in CCR/Platforming and Naphtha Hydrotreating.Experience in the Crude Unit, Diesel Hydrotreating, Penex ISOM, Merox Units, Amine Treating and Sulfur Recovery Units will be an advantage.You must have a thorough knowledge of engineering practices, international standards, and economic principles.

Responsibilities:Review and monitor the performances of existing SRU & SWS facilities through key performance indicators (KPIs) representing the process plant’s optimum operability, profitability, reliability, and process safety. Issue quarterly SRU & SWS performance benchmarking reports highlighting the KPIs, analysis, and performance improvement recommendations.  Monitor and support the facilities in implementing the recommendations and closing the gaps identified in the quarterly performance benchmarking reports.  Conduct benchmarking and best practices exchange workshops internally among Global Manufacturing facilities (wholly-owned and affiliates) having SRU & SWS process technologies. Execution and deliverables of the workshops will be based on Benchmarking & Best Practices Exchange Agreement among Global Manufacturing facilities.  Issue by-monthly SRU & SWS technical best practices bulletin for sharing within Global Manufacturing facilities. Provide on-demand remote and/or field technical advisory support to Global Manufacturing facilities on matters concerning the operation of SRU & SWS which may include but not limited to process troubleshooting, start-up and shutdown activities, capacity test runs, technology pilot testing, and process design. Issue service report for every support activity provided highlighting the facilities need, actions taken, results, and lessons learned. In collaboration with Global Manufacturing facilities engineers, propose cost optimization or process improvement initiatives focusing on ‘low-hanging fruits’ with no or minimal capital investment required, through operational adjustment or design modification. Conduct internal assessments on SRU & SWS process engineering standards using  engineering standard references. Highlight any deviations or better standards applied by affiliates for endorsement to facility management or  Central Engineering. Support the implementation of relevant engineering standards to SRU & SWS across Global Manufacturing upon each facility management’s approval. Act as the Admin Area overall coordinator for cascading and driving Global Manufacturing and Corporate programs to the operating facilities for execution and effective monitoring. Participate in Business Plan development and coordinate with stakeholders for any capital investments on assigned process units and support techno-economic evaluations. Recommend and coordinate proven technology deployments in SRU & SWS process units. Liaise with Global Manufacturing Excellence-Manufacturing Technical Support Division and Engineering Services for any technology assessment and piloting support. Participate as subject matter experts on external benchmarking with 3rd party entities, which include but not limited to, Japan Cooperation Council Petroleum (JCCP) and Gulf Downstream Association (GDA). Participate in SRU & SWS hazard operability (HAZOP) and safety integrity level (SIL) studies as required by operating facilities. Participate in incident investigation activities concerning SRU & SWS process technologies as required by operating facilities. Act as overall coordinator on any SRU & SWS data required by Global Manufacturing Affiliate Affairs from  wholly-owned facilities.Requirements:You must have a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or related specialization. An advanced degree is preferred.You should have a minimum of 15 years total refinery or gas plants process units experience (process engineering and operations) with at least 10 years’ experience in handling SRUs/TGTU/SWS plants.Exposure to different SRU/TGTU process licensor technologies is a plus.

Role Description:Downstream Strategy & Planning Engineer to join our Strategy & Capital Planning Division within the Business Optimization Department (BOD) of our Downstream Business Line. BOD is responsible for all Downstream assets’ operations, planning, profit and loss, and capital plans for wholly-owned and affiliates.The Downstream Strategy & Planning Engineer’s primary role is to review and recommend capital plans in line with our Downstream strategy.ResponsibilitiesAssist in the technical development and economic justification of capital programs and alternatives to proposed capital projects. Evaluate margin improvements opportunities in current refining and chemicals assets in context with the competitive landscape and market fundamentals. Liaise with other departments to identify growth opportunities and capture synergies between assets.Support sustainability projects in line with environmental standards and decarbonization targets.Provide commercial and technical expertise in executing the downstream strategy, including appraisal of strategic options, identification of strategic tradeoffs and implementation plans.Assist in developing and reviewing commercial agreements and Progression.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering related field, MBA or a relevant advanced degree is strongly preferred.Minimum of 15 years of professional experience in business development, with a strong track record of economic and commercial evaluations for major chemicals and refining projects, and a deep understanding of associated operations and integration of assets.LP experience, preferably with PIMS, to evaluate business cases in different development scenarios.An in-depth and current understanding of the global energy market and its trends, as well as economic and financial models.Expert in international business and cross-cultural professional practices.
