Customer Service Manager

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Be responsible GL and FA functions for middle-size legal entity</li><li>Prepare manual GL journal entries, review system generated journal entries and propose adjustment if necessary</li><li>Perform month-end closing activities, including closing checklist preparation, posting periods maintenance, and GL closing</li><li>Generate and review TB, BS and P&amp;L, prepare financial reports including statutory reports, Hyperion reports, etc.</li><li>Coordinate and perform monthly accounts reconciliation, follow up to resolve variances</li><li>Prepare ad-hoc reports and analysis as required</li><li>Prepare SOX documentation on GL related functions in order to ensure the documents represent the companys existing situation; and implement an action plan to address the SOX findings in order to ensure compliance with SOX regulations and other Corporate policies</li><li>Provide support in external and internal audits</li><li>Assist GL Supervisor to identify potential areas for improvement, support the implementation of the initiatives in order to drive continuous optimization</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>College degree or above, majoring in accounting, finance or a related field</li><li>More than 3 years’ working experience in GL, experience in multi-national company or shared service environment is preferred</li><li>Good knowledge of US GAAP, PRC accounting standards and related statutory regulations&nbsp;</li><li>Good communication (written and oral) skills in both English and Mandarin</li><li>Proficient in MS Office, SAP and Hyperion system experience is preferred</li><li>Integrity, accountability, proactive working attitude, customer-oriented, self-motivated, ability to work under pressure</li></ul>

Responsibilities:&nbsp; <ul><li>Agrees on performance expectations with the commercial team and works with GM/Unit staff to deliver against these expectations&nbsp;</li><li>Approves (w/GM consent) specialty orders, uplifts, and responsible for invoice accuracy and timelines.&nbsp;</li><li>Works closely with the production team in order to maintain a continuous knowledge of current specifications and customer expectations through routine audits.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Ensures supply chain/purchasing has current up to date data and support purchasing requirements.&nbsp;</li><li>Ensures that all processes and procedures related to specific flights are completed, quality standards are met, and additional revenue opportunities documented on invoice.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Communicates the customer goals and represents the customer interests to the local GGI team.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Strong understanding of unit capabilities and services, and effectively communicates all offerings to the client w/GM approval.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Reports to the GM and or Account Director, providing regular input on all account activity, including service status and call reports on a weekly basis.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Provides coordination between customer and GGI on special events such as Menu Presentation (scheduling, transportation, security, specs available, tent cards, tasting equipment, unit tours, beverages, etc.).&nbsp;</li><li>Owner of T-minus schedule to facilitate changes and bringing all departments together for success.&nbsp;</li><li>Maintains a professional appearance at all times. Treats the customer with dignity and respect.&nbsp;</li></ul>&nbsp;Internal &amp; External Communication:&nbsp; <ul><li>Daily reconciliation of delays and communications need activities as required.&nbsp;</li><li>Communicates daily to the GG operations team of any spec changes, performance issues, call backs, inspections, etc from previous day. Drives root cause analysis.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Weekly recaps of delays vs. targets, FAC’s, and Update with customer on weekly basis and local station management. SR (Shared Responsibility)&nbsp;</li><li>Ensures that customer issues are dealt with in an efficient manner, informing the General Manager and Commercial leader (PAM. Local Director) of any problems that may arise.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Weekly inventory status checks. SR&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Provides regular two-way communication between the client and local GGI, to provide strong team representation and set proper client expectations.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li></ul>&nbsp;Inventory Management: <ul><li>Ensures customer inventory sheet to be current and up to date par levels.&nbsp;</li><li>Manages inventory process taken accurately and on time. Results reviewed before submission to the customer. Communicate to the customer when par levels need to change. SR&nbsp;</li><li>Provides customer feedback to help customer reduce costs through inventory management.&nbsp;</li><li>Warehouse space, issue here is to not be a warehouse for obsolete or excessive inventory. SR&nbsp;</li><li>Ensures that Customs requirements, GGI Bonded policy and local Agriculture (compliance agreement) are implemented. Responsibilities:&nbsp;<ul><li>Lead the sales back-office team in maintaining accurate and up-to-date sales agreements and service portfolio.</li><li>Lead the accounts receivable team in building and delivering accurate and timely customer invoices.&nbsp;</li><li>Review invoices prior to issuance to ensure that they are correct, adhere to company policies, and are following contract terms and accounting standards.</li><li>Drive and refine collections procedures and strategies to maintain and reduce Days Sales Outstanding (DSO).</li><li>Oversee the application of cash receipts and posting. Actively reconcile payments and resolve any discrepancies in a timely manner.</li><li>Coordinates the sales and Accounts Receivables team to resolve any customer billing escalations. Work with the accounting team to identify and reserve for bad debt appropriately.</li><li>Evaluate, suggest, and manage credit limits for both new and existing customers and identify any credit risks.</li><li>Establish and nurture robust relationships with customers to address billing inquiries proactively and facilitate prompt payments.</li><li>Work closely with the revenue team on billing flows from Salesforce, and with the implementation team to coordinate on invoicing, in line with company service level agreements and terms and conditions.</li><li>Compile and present comprehensive weekly accounts receivable reports to drive insights on aging, collections performance, and cash flow forecasting.</li><li>Identify opportunities for process enhancement and automation within the accounts receivable domain.</li><li>Spearhead, participate in, and execute initiatives to streamline workflows, increase efficiency, and elevate accuracy (inclusive of process changes and/or system migrations).</li><li>Other duties or functions as may be needed and assigned.</li><li>Perform periodical tasks relating to the function (reconciliation, reporting, and review).</li><li>Assist with the coordination of Internal Audit.</li><li>Maintain Internal Control documentation in the best order.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business, Economics, Math, or a related field.</li><li>A minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in Sales and Accounts Receivable roles, including a minimum of 3 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity.&nbsp;</li><li>Strong understanding of Accounting and Financial Reporting.</li><li>Strong communication (written and verbal), negotiation, interpersonal, and managerial skills.</li><li>Proficiency in using advanced accounting software (ERP and/or Accounts Receivable software systems; knowledge of SAP Cloud is a plus).</li></ul>
