Responsibilities: Quality Documents Preparation and Revise: <ul><li>DQIP Workmanship Control Plan.</li><li>Identify the key process basing on quality control and assure process quality.</li><li>Prepare DQIP, workmanship and Control Plan, and quality control document according to procedure.</li><li>Setup &amp; FAAR。</li><li>Basing on product, Process and procedure, review and approve Setup and FAAR report.</li><li>MSA (GRR) gage</li><li>Do assessment on product and measurement tool, prepare MSA (GRR) report. Calibrate the inspection equipment as gage and process inspection machine to assure the efficiency.</li><li>PFMEA，</li><li>Assure the process risk control basing on efficient PFMEA.</li><li>NCR &amp; QA instruction&nbsp;</li><li>NCR&amp; QA instruction prepare and confirmation, assure the good control on non-confirming parts.</li></ul> Customer Quality: <ul><li>Fast response for customer complaints to drive customer satisfaction</li><li>Drive internal improvement and expansion based on customer complaints</li><li>8D TECHS - 8D report prepare and TECHS system handling.</li></ul> Process Improvement: <ul><li>In association with engineering department and production department to identify and analyze problems of production process, find out the root cause of failures</li><li>Do process capability analysis and defect statistic analysis, to increasing the product &amp; process quality</li><li>NPI product and process study to assure the NPI goes well on quality control.</li><li>Engage process improvement, confirm implementing and tracking effects and results</li></ul> Training: <ul><li>providing practical training to QC and operators</li><li>Quality Improvement Summary and Sharing</li></ul> Requirements: Education, Technical Qualification &amp; Experience: <ul><li>Bachelor degree in technical or related major.&nbsp;</li><li>Minimum 1 year working experience in Quality management， connector working experience preferred.</li><li>English can be working language</li><li>MSA、SPC、FACA</li><li>Familiar with quality management tools, such as MSA, SPC, FACA etc</li></ul>

Responsibilities: Planning and Budgeting: <ul><li>Develop and implement production operating budget and plan; monitor the achievement of the budget; Cascade VS target to subordinates and monitor team and indivisual performance; and develop VS headcount planning and budgeting in order to achieve targeted VS performance.</li></ul> Compliance: <ul><li>Promote values. Oversee the implementation of TE global and Qing Dao-released policies, procedures and systems; </li><li>lead and monitor the development and implementation of localized policies and procedures in order to provide working guidelines and direction for the VS team members to ensure zero compliance incidents in your team</li></ul> Team Development: <ul><li>Allocate and balance the allocation of work across direct reports; review and provide timely performance feedback; mentor, develop and motivate them; </li><li>and resolve people/functional issues in the team in order to achieve targeted department performance and retain key talent. Collaborate with function team leaders to support related engineers for continuous success ,development and highly engagement; Facility resource sharing and encourage rotations between VS teams</li></ul> Continuous Improvement (TEOA &amp; digital in VS): <ul><li>Develop the manufacturing technology strategy road map in VS</li><li>Develop and implement the strategy of individual VS to achieving efficiency improvement</li><li>Develop and implement the digital strategy of individual VS to achieving efficiency improvement;</li><li>Improving safety , quality, delivery and cost metrics to meet yearly, monthly, weekly and daily operation targets</li></ul> Cost Control: <ul><li>implement NPI, expansion, migration projects and VS transformation projects to maintain productive operations;</li><li>Tightly control variable cost including the consumables, OT, IDL HCs to have competitive cost in the market;</li><li>Make proper decision on quality scrap, COPQ to eliminate operation loss;</li><li>Driving OEE improvement though daily operations and projects developed;</li></ul> Inventory , LT, and material productivity: <ul><li>Working with related functions to driving inventory , LT and cost reduction using tools</li><li>plan and control your WIP through applying flow in VS;</li><li>Driving material productivity improvement by working with related function teams;"</li></ul> Capex and Asset Management: <ul><li>Manage the capital investment plan in VS;</li><li>Applying TPM practical in VS to driving the machine up time and reducing the spare parts inventory ;</li><li>Monitoring the depreciation cost in VS and overhaul fixed cost;"</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Education, Technical Qualification &amp; Experience:</li><li>Bachelor in Engineering</li><li>8 years experience (5 management experience)&nbsp;</li><li>Fluent in English</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>VAVENPI project mold to complete the sampling work and make FSR samples</li><li>Analyze abnormal molds in the process of mold sampling, summarize improvement plans, and make suggestions</li><li>Improvement of abnormal quality process and mold, optimization of common defects of products (short shot, bubbles, burns, weld marks, burrs, size)</li><li>Be able to provide repair solutions for abnormal problems according to the on-site production status, and assist in mold maintenance</li><li>53P standard molding parameter table production</li><li>Assist the team with difficult problems to troubleshoot and solve difficult problems</li><li>Experiment, promotion and application of new injection molding technology</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>More than 5 years of relevant work experience as an injection molding process engineer;</li><li>Master the production and process of injection molding products, and master the injection molding process of connectors;</li><li>Proficient in the material characteristics and processing parameters of plastics;</li><li>Master the principle, structure, function and maintenance of injection molds, and have the ability to assemble and repair conventional molds;</li><li>Familiar with the overall development process and acceptance process of injection mold trial production; Summarize according to the mold test problems and maintenance plans;</li><li>Able to operate Sumitomo, Fanuc injection molding machines and peripheral equipment;</li><li>Master the ability to find the best process through the waveform analysis of the injection molding machine, and set the process parameters of the best molding cycle and the best product rate;</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>End to end connector manufacturing process development (From raw material to components process and to final assemblies), overall manufacturing process owner, guiding team for the best manufacturable process &amp; the best cost process development.</li><li>Concept design &amp; proofing for overall assembly process and tooling, Process development DOE.</li><li>Technical leader and trouble shooter from LVM to HVM in process development, tooling design &amp; qualification, issue finding and problem solving</li><li>Platforming manufacturing process development.</li><li>Provide detail process definition and requirements to automation team for Auto MC development&nbsp;</li><li>Challenge product design for manufacturability and cost feasibility.</li><li>Launch product at rate through FACA/QCPA tools (yield, CPK, OEE…)</li><li>Launch product on time with cross function team.</li><li>Process documentation (DFM，FMEAs, WI, FACA/QCPC…)</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelor or above degree in mechanical engineering or related background.</li><li>8+ yrs. in connector assembly process development or automation development.</li><li>Data oriented issue finding and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Sensitive on product cost, know how to drive cost through manufacturing process development &amp; design optimization.</li><li>Fluent in using of basic process development related tools like DFM, PFMEA，DOE，FAA, CTAR， CAD，Pro E</li><li>Knowledge of quality control and quality issue analysis and improvement</li><li>Good teamwork and communication skills&nbsp;</li><li>Fluent in written and Spoken English.</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Has strong impact in Advanced Manufacturing Technology Roadmap driven development projects.</li><li>Drives for excellence in existing Stamping technologies and methods.</li><li>Strives to implement optimized or new manufacturing technologies to provide improved processes and tolerance control.</li><li>Act as a liaison between the Advance Manufacturing Process team and the manufacturing sites teams to collaborate with Product Development in the optimization of part and product designs for manufacturability, providing stamping simulation and process master knowledge and expert application of stamping processes to realize product samples and prototypes.</li><li>Provides stamping simulation and process master knowledge and project management to liaise the Advance Manufacturing Process team and the manufacturing sites teams, deploying optimized or new stamping processes to realize advanced manufacturing technology development projects.</li><li>Acts as the binding element between product development and advanced manufacturing &amp; process engineering, ensuring the effectiveness and efficiency of this critical interface.</li><li>Designs, develops, and qualifies stamping processes in compliance with company EH&amp;S, quality and production standards, as well as recognized best in class and industry standards.</li><li>Documents all related processes in applicable company systems.</li><li>Supports supply chain to verify related suppliers’ compliance and capability.</li><li>Initiates and implements stamping related programs to continuously improve quality, cost and cycle time.</li><li>Maintains and adheres to all appropriate specifications, regulatory and customer requirements.</li><li>Applies stamping process mastery to resolve significant / unique / complex issues, where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.</li><li>Exercises considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignment, performing work without appreciable direction.</li><li>Drives results primarily through collaboration and influence, not through direct reporting relationships.</li><li>Provides training and mentorship to other professional employees.</li><li>Provides measurable input to the objectives and goals of the department in support of the function and business unit strategies.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Minimum 12 years of related experience.</li><li>Bachelor’s Degree (Mechanical Engineering or related) required, Master’s preferred.</li><li>Demonstrates stamping simulation and process mastery (tool design, process optimization, capability, troubleshooting).</li><li>Tight tolerance electrical connector experience is a plus!</li><li>Working knowledge with quality tools (FMEA, Six Sigma, DOE, 8D/Continuous Improvement), is a plus!</li><li>Fluent in English (read, write, and speak).</li><li>Broad knowledge of stamping, plating, and assembly processes for connectors and sockets is desired.</li><li>Practical application of MS Office software (Word, Excel, PPT, Project, &amp; Outlook).&nbsp;</li><li>Broad project management skill and experience – Ability to work on several projects at once.</li><li>Based in China-Qingdao or the Philippines-Batangas mfg. sites and willingness to travel up to 25% average.</li></ul>
