Responsibilities:&nbsp; <ul><li>Agrees on performance expectations with the commercial team and works with GM/Unit staff to deliver against these expectations&nbsp;</li><li>Approves (w/GM consent) specialty orders, uplifts, and responsible for invoice accuracy and timelines.&nbsp;</li><li>Works closely with the production team in order to maintain a continuous knowledge of current specifications and customer expectations through routine audits.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Ensures supply chain/purchasing has current up to date data and support purchasing requirements.&nbsp;</li><li>Ensures that all processes and procedures related to specific flights are completed, quality standards are met, and additional revenue opportunities documented on invoice.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Communicates the customer goals and represents the customer interests to the local GGI team.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Strong understanding of unit capabilities and services, and effectively communicates all offerings to the client w/GM approval.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Reports to the GM and or Account Director, providing regular input on all account activity, including service status and call reports on a weekly basis.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Provides coordination between customer and GGI on special events such as Menu Presentation (scheduling, transportation, security, specs available, tent cards, tasting equipment, unit tours, beverages, etc.).&nbsp;</li><li>Owner of T-minus schedule to facilitate changes and bringing all departments together for success.&nbsp;</li><li>Maintains a professional appearance at all times. Results reviewed before submission to the customer. Communicate to the customer when par levels need to change. SR&nbsp;</li><li>Provides customer feedback to help customer reduce costs through inventory management.&nbsp;</li><li>Warehouse space, issue here is to not be a warehouse for obsolete or excessive inventory. SR&nbsp;</li><li>Ensures that Customs requirements, GGI Bonded policy and local Agriculture (compliance agreement) are implemented. Responsibilities:Provides expert and objective advice to executive management to support decision-making in respect of all aspects of transactions. Is a core member of multi-functional transaction execution teams, providing end-to-end finance support to transactions.Screens and evaluates commercial options and evaluates transaction counterparties and joint venture partners.Is responsible for the valuation aspects of transactions, ensuring that financial models and outputs are prepared according to standards, that risks are considered, and that input assumptions are robust and documented, and that deficiencies and risks are considered.Prepares bid price recommendations for senior management reflecting competitive landscape.Manages the financial due diligence process (coordinating the activities of advisors as required), ensuring that due diligence findings are communicated to executive management and factored into valuation and/or definitive agreements.Advises on the accounting aspects of transactions.Contributes to definitive transaction agreements and is responsible for purchase price adjustments and post-transaction purchase price allocation.Is a member of the integration planning team, advising on finance aspects of integration.Coordinates the inputs of other finance experts to transactions.Develops, coaches and mentors team members on transactions.Contributes to the continuous improvement of processes and methodologies to become a center of excellence of M&A execution for the Company.Provides ad hoc financial analysis activities including on transfer pricing, impairment reviews, government incentives, and group policy reviews.Manages external Financial Advisors and consultants on transactions. Develops relationships in banks to bring external perspectives on the M&A landscape to the Company.Requirements:10+ years relevant experience in conducting financial analysis in M&A transactions, likely gained in leading investment banks, accounting firms, or large international corporations.Significant experience in large and complex cross-border transactions with a strong preference for experience in energy, natural resources, or infrastructure sectors.Expert level knowledge and use of financial analysis tools and methodologies, understanding of financial statements, familiarity with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and international taxation.You will hold a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Management, or Engineering.Possession of an advanced business degree (e.g. MBA) or Accounting qualification is preferred, but not required.
