Role Description: <ul><li>Marketing and Selling electrical/electronic components to key customers in Automotive Industry.</li><li>ROLE OBJECTIVE We are looking to hire an experienced key account manager to maintain solid relationships with the companys key customers.</li><li>The key account managers responsibilities include growing the companys revenue by ensuring that key customers are satisfied with the services provided, identifying new business opportunities, and attending all meetings, conventions and training workshops.</li></ul> Responsibilities: <ul><li>Managing Key Accounts with strong customer relationships for long-term success</li><li>Building strategies to increase CPV’s by promoting value propositions thru design speck inn’s &amp; Competition replacements.</li><li>Respond on new RFQ’s and developing new sales opportunities</li><li>Tracking accounts targets and ensure increased sales</li><li>Analyze data and sales statistics and improve business and marketing strategies.</li><li>Mapping competition activities &amp; preparing SWOT analysis to build further strategies.</li><li>Compiling reports on account progress, goals, and forecasts for internal teams and stakeholders</li><li>Developing a thorough understanding of key customers requirements and propose customized solutions</li><li>Communicating as the main point of contact between key customers and internal teams to ensure that customer needs are met</li><li>Negotiating contracts with key customers and meeting established deadlines for the fulfillment of long-term goals</li><li>Managing &amp; motivating the team to achieve the desired outcomes</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>BE/ B.Tech (Electronics, Mechanical), MBA (preferred)</li></ul>

Role Description: <ul><li>We are seeking a UI Lead to help create our next-generation products that satisfy our customer’s needs.</li><li>The UI Lead will use their deep professional knowledge and an understanding of the customer environment to propose and develop new and innovative solutions to customer problems.</li><li>They will use their understanding of applied engineering, product lifecycle and technology advancement to help align and solve problems across multiple product lines using similar technology.</li><li>The successful candidate will be hands on and curious with a focus on technology, remote collaboration, the application of engineering principles, and the ability to influence cross functionally to achieve department goals.</li><li>This role will report to the Technical Program Manager and will work from our Pune office</li></ul> Responsibilities: <ul><li>Define the infrastructure and the software architecture for the React-based Front End related to a specific set of products and projects.</li><li>Act as a lead and a mentor to offshore teams, including code review, best practices, architecting, product thinking, and code quality.</li><li>Develop platform software and collaborate across engineering groups to maximize the use of common emerging platform technologies, conventions, technological building blocks.</li><li>Collaborate with Product Management, Architects and Product Owners from various teams and Executive leaders to define the business and technical strategy.</li><li>Collaborate with global engineering leads at various businesses to establish and drive adoption of conventions and innovation.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Education: Bachelors or higher degree in a related technical field (Electrical, Electronics Engineering/Computer Engineering)</li><li>8+ Years in front end development</li><li>5+ years in architecture, design, implementation, and/or support of a micro front end that consumes high distributed service-oriented architectures, having an architectural sense for ensuring availability, reliability, scalability and security.</li><li>Experience with UI and UX concepts using modular and reusable UI components.</li><li>Experience with refactoring large code bases using safe techniques.</li><li>Experience building CI/CD pipelines. DevOps and Devsecops, version control, and system testing with Gitlab and Jenkins</li><li>Experience creating and obtaining actionable insights from Datadog, Elasticsearch, Prometheus, and Grafana</li><li>Experienced with programming and scripting languages such as JavaScript, CSS, React.js, GO</li><li>Willingness to learn and teach complex technologies.</li></ul>

Role Description: <ul><li>Company’s Global R&amp;D team is looking for embedded software engineers and technical leaders to help build the future of industrial Automation &amp; Solutions.</li><li>You will have cross functional interactions and working closely with hardware, software, and product management teams.</li></ul> Responsibilities: As a Lead Software Engineer, the individual will work be in Embedded Software Development team. <ul><li>You provide the embedded platform infrastructure to enable our Industrial Networking Products.</li><li>You dedicate your creativity to a cross-functional, self-organized, agile team of developers.</li><li>You communicate with product owners, software architects and application developers in an intercultural and global work environment.</li><li>You contribute to the implementation of a Linux based Operating system for in-field embedded device families.</li><li>You assure the secure development life cycle of the platform and harden the attack surface of devices.</li><li>You will be part of the Software Platforms Teams, working on the development of in-house cybersecurity device software development for Industrial networks.</li><li>You will be building Firewall software for industrial routers which are complex multicore, multi-threaded software systems supporting high-availability, hundreds of network protocols and delivering high throughput packet forwarding.</li><li>Building brand new products, supporting new features, feature enhancements and sustenance of products across the R&amp;D product portfolio, using company’s device software running on company hardware.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>You are a person with passion for coding and creating world class software systems for large organizations.</li><li>A Full time Bachelor/Master of Engineering Degree in Computer Science or equivalent.</li><li>You are able to abstract and use your creativity for disruptive solutions.</li><li>You are fluent in spoken and written English and have the ability or willingness to work in a Global environment</li><li>8 – 12 years’ experience in a product-based organization developing embedded software for Enterprise, Industrial Automation or Service Providers industry.</li><li>Solid understanding of embedded systems architecture, including microcontrollers, microprocessors, and real-time operating systems.</li><li>Ability to work on complex modular software systems, algorithms and be able to design, code, debug and automate software.</li><li>Expertise in C/C++ programming, data structures, Algorithms &amp; debugging tools.</li><li>Expertise in Linux based environment, with extensive knowledge of Linux Internals.</li><li>Hands-on operating systems, IPCs &amp; multi-thread programming experience.</li><li>Advanced working level knowledge of Computer networks and Network protocols in TCP/IP, switching (L2), routing (L3) &amp; security protocols.</li><li>One or more areas like QOS, Segment Routing, Multicast &amp; MPLS.</li><li>Ability to work with existing code base.</li><li>Hands-on experience in Versioning and Git/GitHub/Bitbucket repository.</li><li>Experience with Unit test strategy and execution.</li><li>Experience with Python or equivalent scripting languages</li><li>Experience with packet generating and network test tools.</li><li>Prior experience with any network OS provided by Networking companies like CISCO -IOS/IOS-XE/IOS-XR.</li><li>Designing &amp; understanding of network topologies &amp; deployment.</li><li>Linux containers and dockers.</li></ul>
