ABOUT: We are building a world class Global Trade Services (GTS) organization and the GTS - Automotive Business Unit senior analyst (based in Hungary) plays a critical role in supporting trade operations and compliance within the Business Unit (BU). The GTS AUT BU senior analyst serves as a trusted advisor and key team member within TE’s Operational Compliance team for the BU. The purpose of this role is to facilitate TE’s compliance, at the BU level, with import and export regulations globally to enhance global trade compliance, reduce risk, increase responsiveness to issues and opportunities, and support effective operational aspects of international trade. This role reports into the Senior Manager GTS Automotive EMEAI and is a key member of the Global Trade Services (GTS) team. As part of the GTS team, the GTS AUT BU senior analyst will join a group of professionals who are passionate about ensuring the future growth of the business by providing business solutions for compliance with global trade laws and regulations. Responsibilities:&nbsp; <ul><li>Develop the vision, strategy, and roadmap for future investments in developer products</li><li>Interact with developers and translate their needs into product requirements</li><li>Define key product indicators and success metrics for developer products&nbsp;</li><li>Partner closely with the User Experience team to build robust experiences and bring strong UX acumen.</li><li>Partner closely with the User Research team to help define and test hypotheses to uncover the developer journey and pain points</li><li>Manage stakeholders through communication strategies&nbsp;</li><li>Partner with cross-functional teams such as Product Marketing, Platform Engineering, User Experience, and User Research teams to define and ship developer products</li><li>Partner with the engineering team to ship functionality that delights users, has the right balance of impact vs engineering cost and makes a measurable impact on the business</li><li>Validate experiences and product prototypes with early adopters&nbsp;</li><li>Work closely with developer relations &amp; product marketing to launch new features and drive product awareness and adoption</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Deep empathy for developers and care about challenges a developer may face during their journey to build the right product strategy.</li><li>Experience delivering low-code solutions with self-service capabilities for developers</li><li>Knowledgeable of the tools and processes development teams use to develop, build, and, test integrations</li><li>Map a developer’s journey, translate challenges into a roadmap, and execute with precision and transparency</li><li>Understand how SDKs, and APIs are used to integrate products in sandbox and production environments&nbsp;</li><li>Cultivate a strong understanding of developer needs by being part of the developer community&nbsp;</li><li>Ship functionality after you’ve personally test driven it and you can edit technical documentation required for product releases</li><li>You enjoy using social media to interact directly with developers for feedback</li><li>You care about feedback from internal and external stakeholders</li><li>You engage with a cross-section of developers and/or internal developer facing teams to build a business case to continuously evolve the build/upgrade integration experience.&nbsp;</li><li>Provide the right level of support and direction to keep the engineering team working efficiently and aligned with the overall product strategy.&nbsp;</li><li>Engage with teams (Sales, Marketing, Professional Services) across to help Pilot and Launch enhancements/improvements to improve adoption.&nbsp;</li></ul> Preferred Qualifications: <ul><li>Bachelor’s in Computer Science or related technical field</li><li>6+ years of Product Management experience</li><li>Fluency in English</li><li>Links to your blog or your profile in online communities like GitHub, Stack Overflow etc are a plus&nbsp;</li></ul>

Job Description:&nbsp; <ul><li>Understand customers, customer segments and the core jobs-to-be-done to build solutions that exceed customers expectations and become an indispensable aide for them.</li><li>Utilize all means possible – internal data, stakeholder input, voice of the customer, market intelligence and independent research – to bring forth thoughtful and impactful solutions to market.</li><li>Partner with cross functional teams - product managers, program managers, engineering, design, UXR, marketing, and commercial managers - and collaborate with them to do right thing for the customers</li><li>A passion to help build right payment solutions for microbusinesses who have the highest ambitions and are price sensitive</li><li>Be nimble to adapt to changing business needs and team needs, yet stay focused on driving measurable impact</li><li>Be grounded in data and have a balanced view based on intuition and observation.</li></ul> Responsibilities: <ul><li>Responsible for owning, executing and maintaining a product roadmap leading from discovery to delivery</li><li>Define product requirements and lead successful execution of initiatives</li><li>Drive and/or take part in sprint planning, pre-mortems, post-mortems, and bug triaging</li><li>Partner with cross-functional teams at and external partners to design, build, launch new product capabilities or improve existing functionality.</li><li>Engage closely with engineering and architecture to help determine the best technical implementation/design while balancing time-to-market needs.</li><li>Use A/B Testing, analytics, market research, usability studies, and competitive analysis to drive decision making</li><li>Summarize product execution updates as well as KPI updates to stakeholders to help with decision-making</li><li>Work closely with commercial teams to align product goals with commercial outcomes</li><li>Define and proactively monitor key performance metrics to support and make product decisions • Partner with Customer Support teams in solving pain points for our users.</li><li>Partner with Legal, Privacy, and Compliance teams to ensure the products we deliver are within regulatory boundaries.</li><li>Define a product launch plan for your area, including identifying new opportunities as well as maintaining a rolling roadmap of projects or iterations.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>5+ years of consumer web or mobile product management experience</li><li>Experience in delivering successful large-scale mobile and web products</li><li>Ability to use data and analytics dashboards to inform product hypotheses and decisions.</li><li>Experience developing and delivering direct-to-consumer products to market successfully</li><li>Experience working with a full-stack engineering team, i.e., both front-end experience (mobile and web) as well as back-end services.</li><li>Experience in Payments and SMB is a plus&nbsp;</li></ul>
