Responsibilities:You will be required to perform the following:Execute capital projects according to the scope, schedule and budget.Perform complex technical and administrative tasks relative to the Design and coordination of civil & structural packages.Provide technical input and review of the design, construction, pre-commissioning, commissioning and startup of facilities.Address technical issues arising in all phases of the project development related to civil & structural packages of the facilities.Responsible for project development: engineering studies, technical bid reviews, preliminary engineering, detail designs, materials procurement, construction, pre-commissioning, handover, commissioning and startup.Review/provide input to the design of civil/structural packages that fully complies with standards and specifications.Manage GES design contractor activities during the development of Pre-FEED & FEED, including definition of project work scope and schedule requirements. Development of detailed estimate leading to funding appropriation and approval.Stay up to date with international procedures of Projects Phases, Engineering Phases, Bidding procedures, Procurement Processes, Construction Requirements and up to date Best Practices.Have full understanding of contract documents (inclusive of appendices, drawings and specifications), project execution plan, interface management, change management, construction sequencing, standards specifications and project schedule to ensure timely completion of projects.Review and resolve day to day contractors’ activities related to assigned project work during construction and ensure HSE compliance.Participate in developing civil/structural packages deliverables and others such as plot plans, Piping Plans, foundation details, load assessments, stress analysis, Data Sheets, structural details, BRAs, geotechnical & soil tests, etc.Provide design input in identification, sizing, selection, procurement of civil/structural material.Provide design input to facilities such as pipe racks, substations, PIBs, control buildings, valve stations, process plants of Oil, Gas, refining, NGL, utilities etc.Perform change order scope definition, cost estimation and assist the PM or Company representative in change management process.Review weekly/monthly reports on the status/progress of contracts, including project costs and schedule. Attend project meetings e.g. progress, stakeholders, design review, value improvement.Review project schedule, coordinate/monitor assigned project progress and challenge below par performance of contractor.Review, coordinate, monitor invoices (claimed vs actual) and contractor’s submittals.Perform Project Reporting and implementation of company initiatives during project execution.Review design/study civil & structural modifications to the facilities.Provide routine civil & structural (design and construction) support to facilities.Develop and/or review testing procedures for civil & structural packages.Requirements:As the successful candidate you will hold a Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Structural Engineering from a recognized and approved program. An advanced degree is preferred.You will have fifteen years of experience in the Oil, Gas, and refining industries with a specialty in Civil & Structural Engineering, such that the incumbent is clearly recognized as an expert in this field, including at least five years of field

Responsibilities:As a subject matter expert, you will:Develop conceptual scope of work for oil and gas upstream facilities and reviewing engineering design packages.Develop annual business plans and long-term investment plans.Very well acquainted with risk assessment approach and HAZOP studies related to upstream facilities.Develop and analyze pipe hydraulic simulation models of three phase flow on PC-based software packages e.g. PIPESIM, OLGA and HYSYSDevelop artificial lift studies including different scenarios of options with cost analysis.Provide cost optimizations and perform economic analysis to identify the most cost-effective alternative for upstream facilities development.Requirements:The successful candidate should hold a bachelor degree in engineering from a recognized and approved program.MSc or PhD is desirable, but not required.You must have minimum of 15-year experience in an Oil&Gas organization with a minimum of 5 years in project related work.

Role Description:The Unconventional Resource (UR) Operations Dept is responsible for operating all the surface facilities which include the field wells and processing facilities. Their role will be to operate the well manifolds, provide field services, maintain the facility and reduce the equipment down time, perform the PM activities, provide maintenance services in addition of providing all the technical engineering and inspection activities. Additional manpower is now required to meet the significant increase in operation activity.They are looking to appoint a Process Engineer to lead the process design review, follow the construction and leading the commissioning and testing activities for the new shale gas facilities. The candidate will have a thorough understanding of plant operations, process technologies, supply and product logistics, business drivers, cost drivers, and feedstock sensitivities. In addition, the incumbent will have a detailed understanding of product properties, customer applications and requirementsThe Process Engineer must also demonstrate the ability to work with multidisciplinary teams producing reports, studies and presentations that are pivotal in shaping management’s decisionsResponsibilities:Provide day-to-day technical support to the Operation and Maintenance to troubleshoot and fix process equipmentDevelop the engineering designs packages for the new installation and upgrade projectsReview Project Proposals and Detailed Designs packages for new facilitiesParticipate on the testing & commissioning of the new facilities and Turnaround and Inspection (T&I)Update and maintain engineering documentation and drawingsAnalyze system performance and find solution for Energy savingEnsure quality, cost effective and timely solutions to any upgradeMake recommendations for technical/economic optimization of existing facilitiesLead feasibility/profitability studies for new facilitiesAssists in the training, development and mentoring of younger staff.Provides analysis, evaluation and interpretation in support of projects, processes, and financing related to their capital investment decisions.Maintains and expands on contacts within the industry.Regularly interacts with other professionals in various company organizations involved in capital planning and economic analysis.Requirements:Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering, MS is preferred. A Professional Engineer (P.E.) or Chartered Engineer (C.Eng.) license or registration will be desirable but is not essentialMinimum 15 years of working experience including knowledge in the industrial operation facility, Shale gas facility is preferred.Also, has a good knowledge of the Modular skids mounted process unit.Detailed knowledge of industry standards and procedures such as API and ASMI codes is required to support the review of company standards, project reviews, and implementation of plant modifications to process systems.Experience with creating/modifying PFDs, and P&IDsExperience with troubleshooting process equipment and systems failures, including pumps, compressors, pipe line/piping, and dehydration systems.Knowledge of HYSIS and other process simulation softwareExperience in creating schematics and piping diagramsConduct failure analysis and provide recommendations for failed process system, sequence of event reportingExperience with process equipment and systems field Installation, Commissioning and testingExperience in specifying piping and equipment layout

Responsibilities:As the successful candidate you will be required to perform the following:Install, maintain and repair piping systems in an industrial facility, including pipework, pressure vessels, heat exchangers, boilers and ancillary equipment.Determine the nature of repairs to be made and replacement parts required.Perform cut, thread, bend, join, remove, install and assemble carbon steel, stainless steel and non-metallic pipe fittings.Remove, repair and install tubes in heat exchangers and condensers.Clean, and repair boiler tubes and burners as well as install, expand and plug boiler tubes.Perform minor rigging operations and assist rigging crew on large lifting operation.Perform piping hydro-test.Requirements:You must hold an associate degree in mechanical and fabrication engineering from a recognized and approved program an advanced degree is preferred.You must have a minimum of eight years’ experience with providing work direction, technical guidance, and supervision for work crews in the fabrication, welding, and repair of plant pressure vessels, piping, and auxiliary equipment.You must have a full understanding and adherence of all work permit type requirements.You must have a full understanding of all field mechanic and fabrication principles.You should be able to demonstrate strong analytical and troubleshooting skills in the field of piping and construction installation.
