Responsibilities: <ul><li>Be responsible on GL (including generate &amp; review BS and P&amp;L) and Statutory Reporting (external and internal audits) functions for middle-size legal entity, Hyperion reports, and other ad-hoc reports and analysis as required.</li><li>Conduct the daily accounting activities related to the general ledger and accounts payable in line with Malaysian Private Entities Reporting Standard (MPERS).&nbsp;</li><li>Perform month-end closing activities and prepare manual GL journal entries, review system generated journal entries and propose adjustment if necessary.</li><li>Coordinate and perform monthly accounts reconciliation, follow up to resolve variances.</li><li>Prepare SOX documentation on GL related functions to ensure the documents represent the companys existing situation; and implement an action plan to address the SOX findings to ensure compliance with SOX regulations and other corporate policies.</li><li>Support plant controller in identifying potential areas for improvement and contribute to the implementation of initiatives aimed at achieving continuous optimization and potential projects. This may include projects related to the E-Invoicing System, SAP Migration, and other endeavors aimed at aligning with corporate objectives.</li><li>Skilled with QAD, SAP, and costing related experience is plus.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelor degree holder or above</li><li>Minimum 4-5 years of GL experience</li><li>Proficiency in Mandarin is a MUST</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Function as the voice of the customer regarding quality issues and to represent Laird to the customer.</li><li>Develop working relationships with assigned customers and team members.</li><li>Develop, revise, and maintain Quality documentation as necessary.</li><li>Facilitate and participate in the Continuous Improvement efforts utilizing Quality Tools.</li><li>Facilitate and participate in the Corrective Action process (8D), the MRB (Material Review Board) process, the First Article process, Part Certification process, and the Business System Auditing process.</li><li>Oversee and direct the activities of Quality Inspectors as assigned to achieve quality objectives.</li><li>Monitor partners and suppliers regarding effective and on time failure analysis; review their 8D-reports.</li><li>Advise in Advanced Quality Planning for New Products as required by Project Management</li><li>Advise Departments with Quality System and Product Quality related issues and coordinate the Quality effort.</li><li>Supervise failure analysis of components returned by the customer as required.</li><li>Create quality related reports for internal and external distribution.</li><li>Perform supplier audits, internal audits and participate in customer audits.</li><li>Establish and maintain quality data like PPM, D/P-FMEA, 8Ds, PPAPs, SPC, MSA and others as appropriate.</li><li>Work with manufacturing partners and suppliers regarding their specific requirements.</li><li>Coordinate the PPAP process (including developing, reviewing and approving FMEAs, Control Plans, MSA, SPC, etc. as appropriate) working with all parties involved (e.g., engineering, suppliers/manufacturing partners, operations…) to ensure customer and Laird.</li><li>Provide training on quality related topics to others in the organization.</li><li>Adheres to quality and safety systems or maintenance of quality and safety standards.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Excellent communication skills</li><li>Effectively present information and respond to questions from groups</li><li>Ability to work with management to establish and execute project milestones.</li><li>Ability to work toward defined objectives, targets, and goals with minimal supervision.</li><li>Demonstrated strength of new product development processes and work flow.</li><li>Works well in a team environment and guides the team as the “expert” in a particular field.</li><li>Demonstrated experience in participating on multi-disciplinary product development teams</li><li>Good knowledge of a particular technical area within the job responsibility.</li><li>Able to work successfully in a deadline-driven, fast paced environment and effectively multi-task multiple priorities in a team-oriented environment.</li><li>Must be flexible and able to adapt to changing requirements and schedules</li><li>Knowledge and experience with TS16949 and ISO9001: 2000.</li><li>Ability to read interprets and analyzes blueprints.</li><li>Advanced Flowcharting ability and procedure analysis.</li><li>Advanced knowledge of statistical process control.</li><li>Ability to use precision measuring instruments.</li><li>Bachelors Degree in Engineering or related field, Masters Degree preferred.</li><li>8 or more years of experience</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Apply open- and closed-source collection and analysis skills to author threat and risk intelligence reports and briefings. Identify and assess all-risk events and/or changes in the operating environment that have the potential to impact company people or operations.</li><li>Serve as generalist with broad knowledge of information collection protocols and company global risk priorities while maintaining subject matter expertise within their region.</li><li>Stay up to date on global developments, including but not limited to geopolitics, relevant regulation, natural hazards, physical and cybersecurity, industry trends, and organizational changes that might influence company people, operations, or shareholders.&nbsp;</li><li>Ensure the timely and accurate communication of risk information to ERSM and cross-functional leaders to support business decision makers and crisis management efforts.&nbsp;</li><li>Support the regional ERSM leader in the execution of security and resilience programs administration, travel safety, data integrity, compliance tracking, and reporting.</li><li>Support the development of key strategic deliverables, such as risk modeling, recurring emerging risk reports, and bespoke customer-driven requests.</li><li>Develop and maintain technical knowledge of systems and data. Develop and maintain datasets from various internal and external sources to identify trends, extract insights, and measure performance.</li><li>Engage with relevant risk information and industry networks to develop and maintain appropriate skillsets and cultivate a professional network.</li><li>Work collaboratively as well as independently to advance the security and resilience of company people and operations around the world.&nbsp;</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree, local educational equivalent, or commensurate experience in relevant fields.</li><li>Advanced / native fluency in English and Chinese languages (speaking and writing).</li><li>Additional language proficiencies are a plus.&nbsp;</li><li>Strong organizational, written, and verbal communications skills, including exceptional time management.</li><li>Skilled using Microsoft Office 365 (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, etc.).</li><li>Familiarity with data management tools (e.g., MS Excel, SharePoint) and analytic tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.&nbsp;</li><li>Flexibility to work outside of traditional hours for meetings with global colleagues in other time zones and/or to support crisis activations.</li><li>Experience or familiarity with continuous improvement models and processes is a plus.</li><li>Understanding of basic security, risk management, crisis management, or business continuity principles is a plus.</li><li>Ability to balance multiple priorities.&nbsp;</li><li>Interest in developing in the security and risk management field.</li><li>Critical thinking skills and an innovative mindset.&nbsp;</li><li>Interest in continuous learning and skills development.</li></ul>
