HR Generalist

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Incorporate best practices in developing, implementing, and executing processes related to recruiting, onboarding, policy administration, employee relations, performance management, payroll and benefits administration, employee development, and regulatory compliance, primarily for the Operations division.</li><li>Support performance management life cycle to include goal setting, mid-year, and annual performance reviews.</li><li>Consult with employees and plant leadership to raise and resolve minor workplace issues. Regularly assess the plant climate and employee engagement.</li><li>Make recommendations to improve and ensure a vibrant culture and good work environment.</li><li>Administrative HR duties include answering general employee questions, maintaining employee files, data entry, managing job descriptions, unemployment claims, employment verifications, and creating KPI dashboards/reports.</li><li>Respond to employee HR-related questions regarding benefits, paychecks, leave of absence, PTO, etc.&nbsp;</li><li>Coordinate onboarding for new employees, including temporary plant employees.</li><li>Create and conduct HR-related presentations such as supervisor training, Code of Conduct training, goal setting, and new hire orientation.</li><li>Led the Leave Administrative Process for our client regarding FMLA, Worker’s Comp, Personal leaves, military leaves, STD, and LTD; initiated leave cases and serve as a liaison between the company, employee, and our third-party leave administrator.</li><li>Assists with recruiting functions such as scheduling interviews, reviewing job openings, and reviewing resumes with hiring managers.</li><li>Reviews, maintains, and inputs employee data into UKG and runs regular reports to validate data entered into the system.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Minimum of five years of recent work experience as an HR Generalist, including two years in a manufacturing environment working with an hourly population</li><li>Strong knowledge of FMLA and workers comp laws</li><li>Bilingual fluency (English and Spanish) - Ability to read, write and speak</li><li>Proficient in PC skills, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint</li><li>Ability to travel as needed to support business client groups (Approximately 25% domestic travel, which may require overnight stays)</li></ul> Education: <ul><li>BS or BA degree in human resources, business, or related field</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Ensure quality resolution of employee and manager on HR related enquiries raised through our online ticketing system in a timely manner.</li><li>Work with external vendor on insurance &amp; other employee benefits.</li><li>Assist employees with time &amp; attendance enquiries.</li><li>Sharing monthly analytical reports with Finance, payroll &amp; HR solutions partners.</li><li>Create appropriate documentation to support query resolution including official HR letter, updating forms and templates etc.</li><li>Utilize our online knowledge base, subject matter experts and liaison with other departments to provide accurate resolution to employee queries.</li><li>Ensure high level of accuracy in maintaining employee records in HR Systems.</li><li>Maintain confidentiality of employee data.</li><li>Ensure appropriate escalations to get quick resolution.</li><li>Identifying process improvement opportunities to enhance service delivery.</li><li>Ensuring compliance with all relevant quality and legislative policies, procedures and controls.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Graduate / Post Graduate specializing in HR</li><li>1 year experience in HR function</li><li>Basic English communication skill.</li><li>Proactive &amp; problem-solving capability.</li><li>Strong team player with a passion for working in a global HR environment</li><li>High level of customer service orientation</li><li>Computer Proficiency – MS Office suite.</li><li>Proficient in excel.</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Lead and manage the relationship with business leaders for Payroll-related applications and Time &amp; Attendance systems, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and priorities</li><li>Collaborate closely with HR and Payroll teams to gather business requirements and translate them into detailed technical specifications for Payroll and Time &amp; Attendance modules.</li><li>Prioritize and oversee the customization and configuration of Time &amp; Attendance modules, including designing and implementing time and leave policies, accruals, carryovers, and other business rules, ensuring they meet organizational needs.</li><li>Drive the delivery of system testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing for Time &amp; Attendance modules, ensuring accurate functionality and successful deployment.</li><li>Provide hands-on technical support, troubleshooting and resolving issues related to Time &amp; Attendance modules, and ensuring timely solutions for end-users.</li><li>Lead cross-functional collaboration to ensure seamless integration between Payroll, Time &amp; Attendance, and HR systems, driving efficiency and data consistency across platforms.</li><li>Stay hands-on and up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SAP EC Payroll, SAP WorkForce Software, and related technologies, ensuring that the team leverages cutting-edge solutions.</li><li>Experience building reports using Tableau, SAP WorkForce Software or related reporting tools</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent); advanced degree preferred.&nbsp;</li><li>7+ years of experience configuring and implementing Payroll and Time &amp; Attendance modules</li><li>Has experience playing a lead role in implementation and support projects</li><li>Strong Techno functional knowledge of the payroll processing and Time &amp; Attendance modules</li><li>Proficiency in payroll processes, payroll clusters, off-cycle payments, 3rd party remittance, benefits, and process models.&nbsp;</li><li>Experience in time recording, management &amp; evaluation desired (Workforce Software, Kronos, or equivalent.)&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to communicate recommendations and solutions to non-technical clients and end users.&nbsp;</li><li>Experience building and executing test scripts for HR information system upgrades and enhancements.&nbsp;</li><li>Advanced proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.</li></ul>
