Overview: <ul><li>The Director of People Services &amp; Country Advice oversees HR operations across Denmark, the UK, Poland, and Finland, ensuring effectiveness and efficiency.</li><li>This role is pivotal in driving a unified service approach within the groupwide People Services function.&nbsp;</li><li>The Country Advice component involves providing guidance on local legal HR issues, specific compensation and reward matters, and codetermination topics as applicable in each country.</li></ul> Responsibilities: <ul><li>Deliver a valuable HR service across the countries in scope, aligning with transformational plans and achieving both short- and long-term business objectives.</li><li>Strengthen common processes, implement best practices, and optimize task allocation and synergies within the broader People Services organization.</li><li>For the next year, assume dual leadership by managing the UK team directly, a group of 5 FTEs delivering People Services and Country Advice to UK business areas and staff functions.</li><li>A central service center is expanding its global process scope, while in-house teams in each country collaborate with local payroll providers.&nbsp;</li><li>Processes are designed to be as global as possible and as local as necessary, with a hybrid delivery model combining local in-house service centers and specialized vendors.&nbsp;</li><li>All operations function within a unified system landscape.</li></ul> Requirements: Your Profile <ul><li>The ideal candidate holds a relevant university degree or equivalent and brings extensive leadership experience within People &amp; Culture.&nbsp;</li><li>With at least 5 years as an HR Manager in an international organization in the UK, the candidate has overseen HR operations in multiple countries.</li></ul> Key Competencies: <ul><li>Proven ability to lead international teams and ensure smooth, high-quality HR service delivery.</li><li>Expertise as a change leader with a track record of implementing continuous development.</li><li>Integrity, agility, and a passion for creating true business value.</li><li>Strong communication and relationship-building skills, interacting effectively with diverse stakeholders at various levels.</li></ul> Valued Skills: <ul><li>Business acumen with the ability to balance details and the bigger picture.</li><li>Proven leadership impact through connecting people, accelerating learning, and driving innovation.</li><li>Transparent and self-driven with a focus on performance and ownership.</li><li>Effective in providing and receiving feedback to foster development.</li><li>Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Incorporate best practices in developing, implementing, and executing processes related to recruiting, onboarding, policy administration, employee relations, performance management, payroll and benefits administration, employee development, and regulatory compliance, primarily for the Operations division.</li><li>Support performance management life cycle to include goal setting, mid-year, and annual performance reviews.</li><li>Consult with employees and plant leadership to raise and resolve minor workplace issues. Regularly assess the plant climate and employee engagement.</li><li>Make recommendations to improve and ensure a vibrant culture and good work environment.</li><li>Administrative HR duties include answering general employee questions, maintaining employee files, data entry, managing job descriptions, unemployment claims, employment verifications, and creating KPI dashboards/reports.</li><li>Respond to employee HR-related questions regarding benefits, paychecks, leave of absence, PTO, etc.&nbsp;</li><li>Coordinate onboarding for new employees, including temporary plant employees.</li><li>Create and conduct HR-related presentations such as supervisor training, Code of Conduct training, goal setting, and new hire orientation.</li><li>Led the Leave Administrative Process for our client regarding FMLA, Worker’s Comp, Personal leaves, military leaves, STD, and LTD; initiated leave cases and serve as a liaison between the company, employee, and our third-party leave administrator.</li><li>Assists with recruiting functions such as scheduling interviews, reviewing job openings, and reviewing resumes with hiring managers.</li><li>Reviews, maintains, and inputs employee data into UKG and runs regular reports to validate data entered into the system.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Minimum of five years of recent work experience as an HR Generalist, including two years in a manufacturing environment working with an hourly population</li><li>Strong knowledge of FMLA and workers comp laws</li><li>Bilingual fluency (English and Spanish) - Ability to read, write and speak</li><li>Proficient in PC skills, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint</li><li>Ability to travel as needed to support business client groups (Approximately 25% domestic travel, which may require overnight stays)</li></ul> Education: <ul><li>BS or BA degree in human resources, business, or related field</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Ensure quality resolution of employee and manager on HR related enquiries raised through our online ticketing system in a timely manner.</li><li>Work with external vendor on insurance &amp; other employee benefits.</li><li>Assist employees with time &amp; attendance enquiries.</li><li>Sharing monthly analytical reports with Finance, payroll &amp; HR solutions partners.</li><li>Create appropriate documentation to support query resolution including official HR letter, updating forms and templates etc.</li><li>Utilize our online knowledge base, subject matter experts and liaison with other departments to provide accurate resolution to employee queries.</li><li>Ensure high level of accuracy in maintaining employee records in HR Systems.</li><li>Maintain confidentiality of employee data.</li><li>Ensure appropriate escalations to get quick resolution.</li><li>Identifying process improvement opportunities to enhance service delivery.</li><li>Ensuring compliance with all relevant quality and legislative policies, procedures and controls.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Graduate / Post Graduate specializing in HR</li><li>1 year experience in HR function</li><li>Basic English communication skill.</li><li>Proactive &amp; problem-solving capability.</li><li>Strong team player with a passion for working in a global HR environment</li><li>High level of customer service orientation</li><li>Computer Proficiency – MS Office suite.</li><li>Proficient in excel.</li></ul>

Responsibilities: Analyze and improve SAP Payroll & Time and related systems and process.Provide production support and expertise for Time (SAP and Workforce) and Payroll software .Support for HR systems, like setup tables, tax updates, and quarterly and yearend reporting.Generate ad hoc reports using a variety of reporting tools.Provide issues resolution for HR applications including the SuccessFactors HRM platform.Testing of annual SAP HRSPs (Human Resources Support Packs) & CLCs (Country Legal Changes- US).Troubleshooting issues relate to SAP Payroll & Time Management, Workforce Time & Attendance, and Tax filingAssist to provide timely information to Payroll Management, HR Management, Labor Relations, and other functions within the business.Requirements:Must have 16 years of education – any in field Years 5+ hands on experience in SAP HR and PAYROLL- development+ Config+ Support Experience with SAP HR (Master Data, Maintain Time Data, Info type) Hands on for US Pay rules and policies.Experience with SAP Time Management configuration, Payroll SchemasCustom reports, worked on PA, OM, Time & PayrollHands on US Taxes and US Tax Forms (940, 941, Locality, W2s, and unemployment)Worked with HR macros for reading data from info types Experience of HR relevant FMs/BAPIs which can be used to update HR dataExperience in below are added advantage SAP SuccessFactors HRM platformSAP ABAP skillsPreferred Qualifications: Strong communication skills – verbal, written, listeningGood interpersonal skills Self Starter: Detailed and Results orientedExcellent follow through skills Business backgroundDealing with multiple vendors, customers and interacting with them for coordinationAbility to analyze data, diagnose issues, and propose recommendationsFlexible to work in dynamic environment and timings
