Responsibilities: <ul><li>Responsible for generating alternative solutions for absenteeism and turnover.</li><li>Responsible for keeping track of absences to assess the causes and propose solutions.</li><li>Support for severance pay and claims.</li><li>Responsible for giving induction courses to new employees in relation to human resources during their schedule if required.</li><li>Support in internal events.</li><li>Responsible for resolving employee complaints and suggestions regarding services corresponding to human resources.</li><li>Support in solving payroll queries.</li><li>Responsible for applying internal satisfaction surveys.</li><li>Apply internal rules and regulations.</li><li>Prevent and resolve conflicts in individual and collective labor relations.</li><li>Responsible for applying disciplinary sanctions to employees.</li><li>Update HC and attend PIM meetings corresponding to their assigned area.</li><li>Responsible for maintaining a good relationship with the companys union representatives to negotiate and reach agreements</li><li>Responsible for administration and delivery of credentials.</li><li>Follow-up and delivery of contract renewals.</li><li>Responsible for locker management.</li><li>Responsible for direct staff termination files and order of active direct labor staff files.</li><li>Overtime management: Identify weekly hours worked in accordance with the Law.</li><li>Responsible for applying and monitoring NOM 035.</li><li>Carries out actions to reduce environmental impact, as well as activities to comply with the ISO14001 standard.</li><li>Authority to stop a process in which there is a possibility of damaging the environment or/a.nd which is outside of environmental legal compliance.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>At least 2 years of experience in manufacturing environment.</li><li>At least 2 years of experience in HR Roles with main focus on Labor Relations.</li><li>Bacherlor’s degree in Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, related.</li><li>Understanding about HR process.</li><li>General knowledge in Microsoft Package.</li><li>High desirable experience using TRESS.</li><li>English Communications skills high desirable.</li><li>Excellent communication and social skills.</li></ul>

Responsibilities:&nbsp; <ul><li>Provide effective and efficient on-site Payroll service ,contribute in company Philippine payroll and related programs (eg. tax, insurance, labor cost report, benefit programs) processing within established budgets, principles and regulations, laws and employment standards , manage the accurate and timely processing of payroll related activities.&nbsp;</li><li>Work with plant operations and T&amp;A colleague to ensure time &amp; attendance data smoothly flow into payroll process and ensure payroll accuracy&nbsp;</li><li>Responsible to employee’s query about payroll&nbsp;</li><li>Responsible to payroll related files documentation and ensure meet audit requirement&nbsp;</li><li>Act as advisor to business on country policies, local regulations and company policies, keep abreast of all Payroll regulatory related issues, foresee potential risk vs current practice and raise for discussion, drive for risk elimination to ensure compliance&nbsp;</li><li>Support HRBP to develop site pay policy/procedures</li><li>Responsible for audits and ensure accuracy and data integrity, implement related action plan as audit needs&nbsp;</li><li>Continuously review and enhance payroll processes/programs and implement improvement, manage global or regional payroll integration or harmonization program, promote global or regional payroll system at site and ensure the adoption rate .</li><li>Provide on-site HR services operations assigned by manager.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree, human resources education or equivalent&nbsp;</li><li>7 years progressive payroll experience as independent Payroll Analyst&nbsp;</li><li>Familiarity with PH agencies such as SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-ibig, as well as tax regulations (BIR).</li><li>Working experience in international enterprise&nbsp;</li><li>Good knowledge of country and local Payroll laws&nbsp;</li><li>Breadth of experience in Payroll disciplines, including data management, metrics and measurement&nbsp;</li><li>Proficient in MS Office (incl. Word, Excel and PowerPoint)&nbsp;</li><li>Experience with tax systems and reporting&nbsp;</li><li>Good service mindset and collaboration spirit&nbsp;</li><li>Experience with time and attendance systems preferred</li></ul>

Responsibilities: Payroll processing: <ul><li>Maintain &amp; update attendance &amp; leave record.</li><li>Salary, incentives &amp; annual appraisals working &amp; MIS preparation</li><li>Assist to Settle FNF</li></ul> Statutory compliance: <ul><li>Registering Staff For PF-ESIC as per their Eligibility.</li><li>Send the Salary Data to Consultant for Challan Preparation (PF/ ESIC / PT)</li><li>Send the approved Challan to Accounts and ensure timely Payments.</li><li>Resolving compliance related issues raised by government authorities.</li><li>Assist staff to process PF-ESIC related requests.</li></ul> Manage related offices: <ul><li>PF Office / TMC &amp; BMC / MSEB / Society Office, etc.</li></ul> Facility management: <ul><li>Maintain record of utility service providers(handy-men) contacts &amp; details for relevant purpose.</li><li>Undertake repairs &amp; maintenance of office premises &amp; ensure office premises are functional.&nbsp;</li><li>Provide data &amp; MIS reports on demand after approval from reporting boss.</li><li>Provide various letters required for different purposes to Staff following approval process.</li><li>Assist in Engagement Activities organised.</li><li>Vendor Management</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>1-3 yrs in relevant profile.</li><li>MBA with HR specialization. Commerce Background mandatory.</li><li>Preferred graduate specialization in Economics, Marketing or Accounting</li></ul>
