Responsibilities: <ul><li>People Management and People Leader&nbsp;</li><li>PEZA, Customs and All Government Offices Management Related to Plant and Transportation (International and Local)</li><li>Escalation for transportation, Inbound and Outbound logistics operations.</li><li>Global Trade Compliance interaction with trade people to make sure all shipments are compliant from origin and destination side</li><li>Global Supply Chain Management&nbsp;</li><li>Escalation point person for all of shipments to ensure the compliance on regulations</li><li>Monitoring of the deliveries, handling insurance coverages, duties as well as tax obligations</li><li>Designing and implementing all export and import strategies and preparing effective business plans Resolving the queries of the clients related to export and import process and expenses.</li><li>Interact with customers/clients face to face or over the phone and foster and develop relationships with customers/clients</li><li>Review and Approval of all incoming bill of lading with attention to discrepancies.</li><li>Audits bill of lading to ensure billing requirements are met.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelors Degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering</li><li>Monitoring of performance of all forwarders, couriers and service providers related to Transportation</li><li>SOP and SOW Management&nbsp;</li><li>Communication and Coordination with PEZA, Customs, PDEA, Brokers, Consultants and other government agencies as needed.</li><li>On time Renewal of all government requirements for shipment purposes</li><li>Reports and Analysis on Freight Spend and Transportation improvement programs</li><li>Cost Savings&nbsp;</li><li>Meeting all the compliances related to regulatory and corporate requirements</li><li>Follows rules and regulations EHS, GST etc.</li><li>Environmental health and safety associated with his responsibilities</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Delivers an extraordinary customer experience by technically advising customers on our client products, services, and capabilities to best meet the needs of the customer and the designs they are working on. Sells the value propositions of our client products and services.</li><li>Outbound calling (cold and warm) to establish new, high-quality opportunities with prospective customers and contacts.</li><li>Communicate with end customers via various channels such as telephone, email and chat (inbound inquiries) to resolve technical questions and propose options and solutions.</li><li>Liaison with internal support areas including production, sales, engineering, customer care and others as necessary to resolve customer inquiries and requests.</li><li>Nurture and grow small and medium customers pipeline opportunities via Salesforce through regular touch points with end customer.</li><li>Maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their value proposition to clients to drive revenue.</li><li>Manage sales pipeline and accurately forecast sales projections to ensure targets are met.</li></ul> Requirements:&nbsp; <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree; technical or business degree required or equivalent experience. Engineering degree a plus.</li><li>Confident use of technical German and English languages (both verbal and written) is required.</li><li>Proven track record of success in inside sales or telemarketing roles.</li><li>+2 years’ experience in a similar role preferably in a technical environment.</li><li>Demonstrates problem solving skills, influencing abilities, and ability to provide effective feedback.</li><li>Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills.</li><li>Consultative selling experience desired, with salesforce experience.</li><li>Relevant product or industry experience a plus.</li><li>Team player, critical thinker, self-motivator, and ability to maintain a proactive positive attitude.</li><li>Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.</li><li>Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.</li><li>Demonstrates ability to share creative and new ideas.</li><li>Motivating Others</li><li>Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.</li><li>A passion for serving customers.</li></ul>

Role Description:We are looking for an Account Executive, willing to travel between Capelle aan den IJssel and Amsterdam, with a strong network within Investor Relations.You will advise our clients in achieving their communication goals by using our services.Company Webcast has focused its activities on three tasks, namely Stakeholder Communications (Investor Relations), Internal Communications and Marketing Communications.Responsibilities:Revenue Management: Responsible for developing and maintaining revenue (of which at some frequency) by capitalizing on the value of each SaaS product with existing and new customers.Relationship management: Establish strategic and tactical contacts at management level (including heads of Investor Relations, Marketing & Communications, Sales & Purchasing departments) through customer networks and other channels.Product & market development. Building specific industry knowledge for the various formats. Identify market developments and translate these into (outbound) sales activities.Customer success: Motivate customers based on customer requirements and goals to strategically deploy webcasting and ensure optimal internal communication to achieve customer success. Identify 'cross-selling' opportunities of partner solutions, other Corporate Service products and other countries within Europe.Administration: Prepare, manage and follow up on quotations and contracts. You will also be responsible for handling invoicing within your portfolio. You ensure good internal and external communication for optimal service delivery.Integrated and comprehensive value proposition: Interact with internal stakeholders at our partners, our partners Corporate Services and Company Webcast. You will ensure that the webcast value proposition is fully integrated with our partners Corporate Services' other products.
