Role Overview: <ul><li>As a Regional Sales Manager, you will lead and inspire a high-performing team focused on driving exceptional sales performance, primarily within large Indian conglomerates and Public Sector Units (PSUs).&nbsp;</li><li>Your role will be central to fostering deep customer relationships, driving market expansion, and executing effective sales strategies. This position offers the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams, delivering innovative solutions and driving long-term growth for the organization.</li></ul> Responsibilities: Team Leadership &amp; Motivation:&nbsp; <ul><li>Lead, motivate, and manage a team of Account Managers to achieve sales targets while enhancing the overall customer experience.</li></ul> Sales Strategy Development:&nbsp; <ul><li>Design and execute sales strategies that align with organizational goals to meet or exceed sales targets.</li></ul> Customer Relationship Management:&nbsp; <ul><li>Build and nurture strong relationships with key customers at the CXO level, ensuring high levels of satisfaction, retention, and loyalty.</li></ul> Performance Monitoring &amp; Improvement:&nbsp; <ul><li>Track team performance using sales data, identifying trends and implementing improvements to ensure team objectives are consistently met.</li></ul> Cross-Functional Collaboration:&nbsp; <ul><li>Work closely with marketing, customer experience, and other internal teams to develop tailored solutions that meet customer needs and drive business growth.</li></ul> Sales Reporting &amp; Forecasting:&nbsp; <ul><li>Provide regular sales forecasts, performance reports, and insights to senior leadership, aligning strategies and initiatives with business goals.</li></ul> ﻿Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field (or equivalent work experience).</li><li>15+ years of experience in account management, sales, or business development.</li><li>Atleast 2-3 years of experience in leading a team of account managers and delivering goals in excess of $ 15 Mn ACV or $ 30 Mn TCV</li><li>Proven experience in leading a team and achieving significant sales goals.</li><li>Experience in managing large enterprise and PSU’s customers.</li><li>Proficiency in CRM software and data-driven decision-making.</li><li>Sound understanding of MEDDPICC sales</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Project Oversight: Lead and manage commercial transformation projects, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives. This includes developing detailed project plans, defining scope and deliverables, proactively identifying and mitigating potential roadblocks.</li><li>Communication &amp; Collaboration: Serve as a central point of contact for all project-related communications. Effectively communicate project updates, risks, and opportunities to stakeholders at all levels, including local and regional teams. Simplify complex information into clear and concise messaging for effective cascading.</li><li>Planning &amp; Execution: Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans with clearly defined milestones, timelines, and dependencies. Implement robust tracking mechanisms to monitor progress and ensure on-time delivery. Demonstrate initiative and ownership by driving projects forward and anticipating challenges. Ensure transparency and accountability throughout the project lifecycle.</li><li>Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across internal local and regional teams. Effectively manage expectations and ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables. Facilitate collaboration and address competing priorities effectively.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects, ideally within a commercial or sales business planning environment.</li><li>Strong project management skills, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, risk management, and stakeholder management.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to simplify complex information and present it clearly and concisely to diverse audiences.</li><li>Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, adapt to changing priorities, and work autonomously and proactively.</li></ul>
