Acts as the analytics translator and negotiator between the business and data teams.</li><li>Work with BU CIOs and collaborate with other IT leaders to develop overall IT strategy in the context of the business strategy.</li><li>Develop productive relationships with business leaders across the organization to influence how BI/analytics applications can enable new sources of value.</li><li>Define and enhance methodologies and practices for the application life cycle management in line with best practice and practical experience of continuous improvement.</li><li>Own all communication channels pertaining to assigned projects, including regular stakeholder review meetings</li><li>Assist in managing analytics group personnel and in developing their skills and capabilities to meet the needs of the organization.</li><li>Implement and manage application life cycle management status reporting, metrics, and benchmarks.</li></ul> Behaviors and Competencies The Business Intelligence Manager acts in a leadership role and must demonstrate the following leadership attributes: <ul><li>The ability to uphold the goals and culture of the organization.</li><li>The ability to lead, enable and motivate teams by providing advice and guidance in an inclusive fashion.</li><li>An understanding of strategic business objectives and the ability to drive results toward those objectives.</li><li>Openness to, and the ability to deal with, rapid change in business needs, processes, and technologies.</li></ul> Requirements: Skills The Business Intelligence Manager must be able to demonstrate the following: <ul><li>Strong communication skills with a proven ability to understand key concepts and communicate effectively with all levels of staff.</li><li>Proven ability to communicate technical concepts to nontechnical people to enhance understanding and drive decisions that lead to positive outcomes.</li><li>Proven ability to collaborate, build relationships and influence individuals at all levels in a matrix-management environment.&nbsp;</li><li>Strong organizational skills, the ability to perform under pressure and management of multiple priorities with competing demands for resources.</li><li>Strong analytical, data-processing and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Proficiency in process formulation and improvement.</li><li>Ability to operate and perform in a fast-paced environment managing few projects at a time</li></ul> Knowledge The Business Intelligence Manager must have an in-depth knowledge and experience of the following: <ul><li>Experience with data science, RPA, data visualization tools like Tableau and Power BI, UiPath and Python&nbsp;</li><li>IT BI/analytics applications, operations, service, and support organizations.</li><li>Data processing, analysis, and quality management tools.</li><li>Development and implementation of processes and policies.</li><li>Lean IT, agile development, and DevOps principles and frameworks.</li></ul> Experience The following experience is considered essential: <ul><li>Leading a team of at least 20 members in application development, implementation, or management.</li><li>Total 10+ years experience.</li><li>3-5+ years of experience in Software design/development, application architecture, project management, software as a service (SaaS), data management/governance, business intelligence and business process analysis.</li><li>3-5+ years of demonstrated leadership experience building cross-organizational consensus with exposure to technology providers and/or business clients.</li><li>5+ years of demonstrated experience in liaising with middle and senior management.&nbsp;</li><li>The following experience is considered desirable but not mandatory:</li><li>3-5+ years of experience working in the Manufacturing / Hi-Tech industry.</li><li>3-5+ years of experience in managing external IT service providers.</li><li>3-5+ years of experience managing the risk and cost implications of IT contracts or contract negotiations.</li><li>Membership of professional organizations, trade or user groups and a pattern of regular attendance at industry conferences to enhance knowledge of current technology.</li></ul> Education and Training <ul><li>An undergraduate or postgraduate degree in computer science, engineering, business management or a related field</li></ul>

Overview: <ul><li>The successful candidate will be involved across the organization in a variety of areas – looking to make an impact by implementing strong financial planning and analysis. </li><li>The candidate will be “hands on”; Key tools used: Hyperion and Excel.</li></ul> Responsibilities: <ul><li>Interact with plant FAs(Located in China, India and Thailand), operations and functions to ensure forecasts are appropriate.</li><li>Assist in timely and accurate preparation and consolidation of monthly closing, rolling financial forecasts, annual financial budget and 5 years LRP for Asia surface segment plants</li><li>Perform standard analyses on volume, revenue, OI, free cash flow, capital spending, function savings etc. to provide information on early business indicators and to support decision making</li><li>Establish and maintain key operational reports</li><li>Analyze financial data to ensure proper accounting procedures have been followed</li><li>Assist with and manage various ad hoc projects as needs.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelors Degree in Finance or Accounting, Economics.</li><li>Advanced Excel skills and Hyperion system knowledge preferred.</li><li>5+ years combined experience in the fields of Accounting, Financial Analysis and/or Auditing in a manufacturing industry/ MNC.</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Capable of independently manage multiple tasks in a deadline driven environment with a high level of precision.</li><li>Fluent Mandarin Chinese speaking.</li><li>Strong P&amp;L Logic.</li></ul>
