Responsibilities: Development Strategy:&nbsp; <ul><li>You will own the development strategy for the UK onshore pipeline, establishing a clear and competitive approach to sourcing and developing future projects, positioning the business to maximize value through a strategic framework that anticipates both market opportunities and challenges.</li></ul> Project Sponsorship and Accountability:&nbsp; <ul><li>As the project sponsor, you will hold commercial and financial accountability for all UK onshore wind projects, overseeing them from inception to completion.</li></ul> Business Development and M&amp;A:&nbsp; <ul><li>Beyond organic project growth, you’ll actively seek partnerships, mergers, and acquisitions to strengthen the project portfolio. You’ll represent the UK Onshore Wind business on industry bodies across the UK and be a primary advocate for our interests in the market.</li></ul> Cross-Functional Collaboration:&nbsp; <ul><li>You’ll work closely with teams across other regions, including Sweden, the Netherlands, and Germany, promoting best practices and effective, streamlined ways of working. </li><li>You will also coordinate with the Solar &amp; Batteries business to maximize integrated project development opportunities.</li></ul> Team Leadership:&nbsp; <ul><li>Leading a team of around 15 professionals, you will manage Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, Stakeholder Managers, and Coordinators, focusing on recruitment, team growth, and fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture.</li></ul> Travel:&nbsp; <ul><li>This role requires regular business travel within the UK and internationally.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience as a leader in renewable energy, ideally in onshore wind development and within an international organization.</li><li>Strong drive and motivation, with a balanced focus on people and business.</li><li>A commercial mindset, always seeking improvements and efficiencies.</li><li>Proficiency in communication and influencing, both internally and externally.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to manage strategic, complex issues and negotiations.</li><li>Strong commitment to health and safety values.</li><li>Reporting Line</li><li>The Head of UK Onshore Development reports to the Director of Development Onshore in Business Area Wind and is a member of the Development Onshore Management Team.</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Provide centralized engineering support for all NAWCOD operations.</li><li>Ensure well intervention requirements are technically and operationally feasible and can be conducted safely.</li><li>Ensure all well interventions and testing equipment being used in NAWCOD meet jobs safety and technical requirement.&nbsp;Liaise with Production Engineering to prepare activity level forecasts.</li><li>Initiate, facilitate and evaluate trial tests of new technologies.</li><li>Conduct well intervention operation audits, including service providers and personnel competency performance, to ensure compliance with the best in class practices. Evaluate offshore vessels (Jack up Barges) needs for well services operations for safety compliance and technical needs. Monitor and evaluate condition of existing well services equipment and prepare replacement plans. Generate and maintain Operational Instruction Manuals (OIM) for all NAWCOD operations.</li><li>Monitor NAWCOD well intervention performance and issue technical reports, accordingly.</li><li>Evaluate and recommend modifications of operational procedures for continuous improvement in safety and efficiency.</li><li>Prepare and disseminate best practices as well as conduct technical training and awareness sessions.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Proficiency in coiled tubing, wireline, and slickline operations</li><li>Familiarity with industry regulations, safety practices, and standards&nbsp;</li><li>Active in related professional societies and have achieved professional recognition&nbsp;</li></ul>

Purpose of the Role: <ul><li>Effective Operational Governance &amp; optimization of the service delivery/quality across GBS towers (RTR, PTP, OTC, HTR) – provided by a mix of inhouse / outsourced workforce – across the AMEA region.&nbsp;</li></ul> Responsibilities: <ul><li>As an instrumental part of the Regional GBS support to the BUs in the region, this position will</li><li>Act as intermediary between GBS Delivery teams &amp; BUs to oversee operational governance and feedback loops&nbsp;</li><li>Identify and lead CI / productivity opportunities in RTR, PTP and OTC processes conducted out of GBS, with inputs gathered from the GBS operations team and/ or onshore Finance teams in Business Units (BUs)</li><li>Leverage best practice and globalized standards from across GBS teams for the AMEA GBS Delivery teams&nbsp;</li><li>Lead GBS related strategic Change Management/ communications BUs</li><li>As the onshore focal for GBS operations/ service delivery quality, this position will support the RDP as:</li><li>Custodian of the regional GBS reporting and deliverables calendar/ cadence</li><li>Work with the GBS teams and BUs to ensure major operations escalations / month-end issues are resolved timely</li><li>Oversight of GBS performance metrics (regional metrics and global 3*3 metrics)</li><li>Regional SOX Focal point across RTR, PTP and OTC processes conducted out from GBS. This includes the scrub / review of the GBS controls documentation, as well as coordinating completion of testing.</li><li>Governance of contract with the BPO Service Provider. This includes Roles &amp; Responsibilities/ Service Level Agreement (SLAs)/ Volume &amp; Resource Capacity/ Change Orders / Monthly Invoicing / IT access requests</li></ul> Interfaces: Stakeholders that this position will need to work closely with include:&nbsp; <ul><li>Onshore Financial Controlling and Procurement teams at the BU, Regional and Global levels</li><li>IT teams at the Regional and Global levels</li><li>Global RTR, STP/PTP and OTC Process Leads</li><li>All GBS Delivery teams supporting AMEA – captive and outsourced</li><li>Global and Regional Internal Controls team</li><li>External statutory auditors and internal auditors</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree and 10-15 years of experience in shared services domains, with min of 2 years of experience interacting/ overseeing / performing with outsourced operations teams</li><li>Working operational knowledge of one or more GBS functional domains (RTR, PTP, OTC in particular)&nbsp;</li><li>Proven hands-on experience on implementation of CI / productivity initiatives&nbsp;</li><li>Active experience of working across globally matrixed organizational constructs</li><li>Strong interpersonal and communications skills (both written and verbal) across levels of the organization</li><li>Good project management skills and ability to influence change. Experience presenting results to an executive team</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills – effectively evaluates information/data to make decisions; able to pin-point and resolve problems at the source; anticipates obstacles and develops plans to resolve</li><li>Motivated Self-starter; able to deal with ambiguities and requires minimal direction to accomplish goals and problem-solve</li><li>Ability to lead and operate across multiple time zones and geographies</li></ul>

Responsibilities:You will be required to perform the following:Produce a full-fledged engineering design package that includes all required documents/drawings, for all onshore and offshore oil and gas facilities throughout the Northern Area. The design work requires a thorough knowledge and familiarity with the company and industry standards.Perform structural design including production of construction documents related to onshore/offshore hydrocarbon facilities.Identify design requirements and prepare necessary design calculations using hand calculations and software such as STAADPro V8i or equivalent finite element analysis software.Perform engineering assessments for the repair of deteriorated concrete, prepare technical reports and verify ‘As-Built’ record drawings for accuracy.Prepare layout plans and structural engineering details for development by draftsmen and designers.Prepare detailed scope of work, material take-offs and cost estimates as part of the construction documents.Perform field activities such as site surveys and record existing field conditions, take and verify measurements within project area.Participate in projects walkthroughs and provide reports of findings.Provide mentoring and transfer knowledge, skills and experience to entry-level engineers and designers.Requirements:The candidate shall hold a Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering. A Master’s degree in Structural Engineering is preferred. You must have interpersonal skills including ability to communicate and contribute positively to the project design team.A minimum of ten-year experience in structural engineering design of reinforced concrete, steel, masonry and wood structures using US Design Codes and Standards. Extensive experience using industry codes such as ASCE, ACI, AISC, UBC is required. In addition, the candidate shall have basic architectural knowledge, enough to serve basic building re-designs/renovations/remodeling.You should have expertise in using STAADPro software. In addition, you should have working knowledge of Microstation or other drafting software. It is required to have a strong technical and engineering design skills in a design office environment. A Professional Engineering Registration/License from the US/CA is a plus.The candidate must be physically fit to visit offshore sites, which requires going by chopper or boat. There shall be no physical/medical restrictions.

Overview:We are seeking a Corrosion Engineer to join the Northern Area Corrosion & Inspection Division (NAC&ID), under Northern Area Technical Support Department (NATSD). NATSD provides engineering support for the Northern Area Oil Operations with specialized engineering and technical knowledge in the areas of various disciplines to maximize profitability and meet the highest standards of safety and environment.Responsibilities:Develop Corrosion Management Plans (CMP) for the operating facilities as perstandardsDevelop, implement and maintain corrosion mitigation plans for the operating facilities through chemical treatment (corrosion inhibitors, scale inhibitors, biocides, oxygen scavenger etc.), coating and material selectionConduct assessments for onshore and offshore facilities.This includes scheduling the implementation of initial/evergreening assessments, facilitating the data collection and entry into the software etc.Develop and implement corrosion monitoring plans for the operating facilities using corrosion coupons, corrosion probesCarry out failure investigation and provide recommendations to prevent failures and improve integrity of the plants and pipelines Develop, maintain and optimize On-Stream Inspection (OSI) programs for the facilitiesSupport facility improvements by reviewing design packages for maintain potential and new projects and providing comments related to corrosion monitoring, corrosion mitigation plans including but not limited to material selection, installation of Corrosion Monitoring systems (CMS), Chemical Treatments, Corrosion Risk Management, OSI etc.Work with inspection during plant shutdown and during turnaround and inspection (T&I) for evaluation of internal and external corrosion issues and coating assessmentsRequirements:As the successful candidate you Will hold a Bachelor’s degree in materials, metallurgical or chemical engineering (or other relevant discipline) with a focus on corrosion.Shall have NACE senior Corrosion Technologist certification. Role Description:We are seeking a Safety Engineer focusing on Drilling & Workover Operations to join the Loss Prevention organization (LP), which is the corporate safety organization. We provide both day-to-day in-field occupational and process safety support to operations, as well as centralized technical support and consulting function. Our field offices are located in Abqaiq, Riyadh, Ras Tanura, Dhahran, Udhailiyah, Jeddah (including Yanbu and Jazan), and Tanajib. Through these offices, LP provides its services to all facilities and departments that are located throughout the Kingdom.The primary role as a Safety Engineer (Loss Prevention Engineer) is to is to provide daily support to upstream organizations to provide field and office safety support to manage safety in petroleum engineering, exploration, drilling and workover related activities, including unconventional resources and seismic operations.Responsibilities: As the successful candidate, you will have the requisite knowledge, skills, and experience to:Facilitate implementation of the Safety Management System, as well as its objectives and expectations, including developing associated safety processes, and participating in self-assessments.Inspect to onshore and offshore drilling rigs, workover equipment, and other support facilities and have in-depth knowledge of well control equipment and procedures (i.e., attended Basic Well Control School).Identify, evaluate, recommend actions, and follow up on critical, yet universal safety tasks and control methodologies related to operational safety practices (e.g., work at height, isolation/LOTO, permit to work, hydrogen sulfide, confined space entry, excavations).Participate in safety studies/activities using risk assessment and mitigation methodologies, such as: PHAs, HAZOPs, JSAs, incident investigations, compliance reviews, or insurance surveys.Develop and/or review corporate safety standards, instructions and procedures related to upstream operations and formalize them into company-documented practices as required.Review designs of oil and gas field facilities for compliance with company and industry safety standards.Assist in the development of Emergency Response Plans for credible scenarios. Attend emergency drills as observer and provide feedback.Respond to emergency situations and incidents, either during or after regular working hours, to provide technical assistance and advice.Support the reporting, classification and investigation all incidents, and participating in incident investigations, determination of root causes, and proper recommendations to prevent recurrence.Deliver Loss Prevention-specific training to employees, contractors, and outside parties.Mentor other LP personnel.Requirements:As the successful candidate, you will hold a bachelor's degree in any engineering discipline from an Accredited Institution, and seven years of relevant oil and gas upstream industry experience, including a strong track record in delivering results.  This would include areas such as: Drilling & Workover operations; well planning and approval; reservoir management; geology and geophysics; project management for upstream facilities development; oil & gas field development; simultaneous operations (SIMPOS) between upstream and construction/downstream operations; offshore and onshore drilling rig safety inspections; managerial audits/assessments; and safety program and emergency response plans development.You will have an excellent ability to communicate in English with peers as well as members of management and be able to produce clear and concise oral and written reports in English.Have a working knowledge of the Incident Command System (ICS).Working Environment:Our high-performing employees are drawn by the challenging and rewarding professional, technical and industrial opportunities we offer, and are remunerated accordingly.Our people work on truly world-scale projects, supported by investment in capital and technology that is second to none.
