Responsibilities: <ul><li>Provide centralized engineering support for all NAWCOD operations.</li><li>Ensure well intervention requirements are technically and operationally feasible and can be conducted safely.</li><li>Ensure all well interventions and testing equipment being used in NAWCOD meet jobs safety and technical requirement.&nbsp;Liaise with Production Engineering to prepare activity level forecasts.</li><li>Initiate, facilitate and evaluate trial tests of new technologies.</li><li>Conduct well intervention operation audits, including service providers and personnel competency performance, to ensure compliance with the best in class practices. Evaluate offshore vessels (Jack up Barges) needs for well services operations for safety compliance and technical needs. Monitor and evaluate condition of existing well services equipment and prepare replacement plans. Responsibilities:As a subject matter expert, you will;Use/maintain geological models to conduct and document reservoir characterization work-flows via generating cross sections from well logs, maps, cores, cross plots, histograms, summary tables, and written reports for different stratigraphic intervals to recommend placement of wells and supplementary processes to enhance production.Evaluate current practices and identify opportunities for innovative improvements using data science applications to predict reservoir quality.Actively participate in the well planning process to optimize well locations using a variety of geological and geophysical data.Monitor and trac wells, performing well evaluations during and post frac jobs, generating and/or updating maps for structural, stratigraphic, fluid limits in light of new drilling and flowback information.Provide geological input into generation of appraisal and development plans for resource assessment and development optimization.Work closely with drilling, production and reservoir engineering teams and champion operational activities from planning to execution.Effectively communicate through presentations to technical peers and management teams to enhance in-house knowledge.Provide support, recommendations and advise in the area of expertise.Mentor and develop newly hired and young professionals.Requirements:As the successful candidate will hold a Bachelor’s degree in Geology or a related science, however an advanced degree is preferred.You must have at least 8 years or more of experience and active technical roles, with at least 5 years in shale unconventional plays, we will consider candidates with more or less experience, depending on the quality of their experience.You will also have;Experience in building, maintaining and evaluating large and complex geological models utilizing geological modeling software.Working knowledge in the integration of sedimentology, depositional environments, petrophysics, geophysics, geochemistry, geomechanics and well placement. Experience working with the production and drilling teams on well performance and optimization.Previous experience working with reservoir engineers and reserve auditors to determine reserve and resource estimations is preferred.

Responsibilities:You will be required to perform the following:Produce a full-fledged engineering design package that includes all required documents/drawings, for all onshore and offshore oil and gas facilities throughout the Northern Area. The design work requires a thorough knowledge and familiarity with the company and industry standards.Perform structural design including production of construction documents related to onshore/offshore hydrocarbon facilities.Identify design requirements and prepare necessary design calculations using hand calculations and software such as STAADPro V8i or equivalent finite element analysis software.Perform engineering assessments for the repair of deteriorated concrete, prepare technical reports and verify ‘As-Built’ record drawings for accuracy.Prepare layout plans and structural engineering details for development by draftsmen and designers.Prepare detailed scope of work, material take-offs and cost estimates as part of the construction documents.Perform field activities such as site surveys and record existing field conditions, take and verify measurements within project area.Participate in projects walkthroughs and provide reports of findings.Provide mentoring and transfer knowledge, skills and experience to entry-level engineers and designers.Requirements:The candidate shall hold a Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering. A Master’s degree in Structural Engineering is preferred. You must have interpersonal skills including ability to communicate and contribute positively to the project design team.A minimum of ten-year experience in structural engineering design of reinforced concrete, steel, masonry and wood structures using US Design Codes and Standards. Extensive experience using industry codes such as ASCE, ACI, AISC, UBC is required. In addition, the candidate shall have basic architectural knowledge, enough to serve basic building re-designs/renovations/remodeling.You should have expertise in using STAADPro software. Responsibilities:Supervises and oversees the operations of contract drilling or workover rigs working for engaged in carrying out programmed work.Supervises and oversees all operations performed on wells.Makes recommendations on alternative methods or equipment when unusual situations are encountered.Coordinates deliveries of materials to the well to ensure it is available when required.Ensures that contractor meets all requirements of his contract.Works with Drilling and Workover engineers to see that modern drilling practices are followed.Approves contractor daily tour report.Ensures that contractor rig and equipment are properly maintained to avoid downtime.Performs other miscellaneous duties as directed by Supt.Ensures that Blowout Prevention Standards are met in all respects including equipment configuration, testing and crew response. ResponsibilitiesConduct reservoir characterization studies, including Log-to-core integration, mapping, sequence stratigraphy and conceptual 3D geological modeling (Facies and reservoir properties).Contribute to field development plans through well planning using simulation ready 3D integrated model.Perform well planning, including creating well targets data with reservoir and drilling engineers, generating well trajectories and loading the directional data, preparing geological prognosis (including but not limited to tops, cross sections and correlation panels) along with monitor operational and geo-steering activities for all types of wells (horizontal, deviated, and vertical) in the office or offsite if needed, including monitoring, geo-steering and tracking wells, performing well evaluations while and post drilling, making well correlations, generating and/or updating maps for structural, stratigraphic and fluid limits in light of the new drilling information, and making critical decisions for wellbore adjustments.Interact with concerned geoscientists in the Reservoir Characterization Department, Reservoir Engineers, and Drilling & Workover Engineers and communicate clearly with all parties involved in drilling activities, and prepare post-drilling analysis.Requirements As a successful candidate you will hold a Bachelor’s degree in Geology from a recognized and approved program, an advanced degree is preferred.You will have 15  years of experience in Field development activities or role of development geologist.You will have the ability to integrate all available Geological, Geophysical, Petrophysical, Sedimentological, and 3D Geological model and other dynamic information for advance reservoir characterization studies to in-depth understanding for reservoir architecture and flow behavior.You will also have the ability to integrate all characterization studies to identify suitable locations for drilling.Extensive experience in subsurface mapping and be familiar of utilization of various geological applications and packages (such as DSG, Petrel, Petrosys, Geolog, Teclog etc.) is also necessary.Also, a minimum of two years’ experience in geo-steering (with triple combo log) and real-time operations is preferred.You need to be familiar with LWD and/or wireline borehole image interpretation and also with rig operations and vendor logging systems.Previous experience in reservoir geology, drilling operations, field development, sedimentology/stratigraphy or structural geology is necessary

Role Description:This senior professional will be a focal point in well testing/pressure transient analysis as part of the Well Testing Division in Petroleum Engineering. He or she is expected to provide support and leadership in multi-disciplinary projects for clients from diverse organizations.Responsibilities:Have skills in pressure transient analysis (PTA) in complex well/reservoir/fluid systems– for example, ICD/ICV/Smart Completion/Multilateral/MRC/EOR/Channel/MultiPhase/Tight and Unconventional Gas.Must have excellent skills in building numerical models to study pressure-transient scenarios; for example,fault/fracture networks in heterogeneous systems, thermal effects in injection wells, etc.Competent in processing and interpreting large and real-time data from intelligent fields.Integrate PTA with petrophysical, geological, fluid properties, drilling and completion data, and operational details to build representative reservoir models.Field experiences in design, supervision and execution of exploration well testing operations are essential. Special emphasis is put on testing operations in harsh and difficult environments e.g,deep water, heavy oil, involving H2S/CO2, etc.Work effectively in multi-disciplinary teams and must be experienced in conducting studies and delivering technical presentations.Prior experiences in modelling complex wells, completed over multiple, heterogeneous reservoir layers, are essential.Capable of teaching complete, structured courses on well testing.Coach young professionals to prepare them to take over difficult projects in the future. Also guide them as a career advisor.Possess track records of building complex analytical and numerical models from scratch. Skills with deriving and coding mathematical solutions for transient pressures are desirable.Experiences in building advanced transient models by calibrating geological sector models with well-test data are desirable.Be seen as a person of excellence or a subject matter expert in the area of well testing.Adapt and promote new technologies for efficiency and for improving quality of work.
