Responsibilities: Strategy Development &amp; Execution: <ul><li>Develop &amp; execute a Channel strategies for strategic channels, namely QSR, FSR, Hotels which should be aligned to the overall strategy of Foodservice SSEAHK.</li><li>Define NPD and L&amp;L opportunities that we can bring to our key customers in these respective channels.</li><li>Ensure business processes are in place to support the tools required to execute against the channel/customer strategies.</li></ul> Customer Management: <ul><li>Build and maintain relationships with key influencers, decision makers with regional key customers in SSEA.</li><li>Create and drive JVP with regional Key Accounts like Jollibee, Burger King, McDonalds, Subway, etc., aligned to our strategic ambition.</li><li>Develop Key Account Management program for local country sales teams (including distributors).</li><li>Lead &amp; directly execute QSR/FSR/Hotel plans from International Zone Foodservice.</li><li>Liaise with International Zone Foodservice for global QSR contracts, participate &amp; negotiate contracts with QSR tenders.</li><li>Drive value-creation initiatives/solutions with QSR/FSR/Hotel Key Accounts (e.g. insight-drive menu ideation).</li><li>Gain a deep understanding of customer needs, strategies, consumer/market insights, and business drivers and use these to develop clear customer account plans that are aligned with</li><li>commercial targets (e.g. NSV, CMA).</li></ul> Financial: <ul><li>Achieve NSV &amp; CCMA objectives in the AOP.</li><li>Effectively manage D&amp;A &amp; A&amp;P allowances to yield the highest NSV.</li><li>Ensure Strategic channels QSR FSR Hotels are achieving its sell-out targets in core countries – PH, TH, HK, MY, SG.</li></ul> Supply Chain: <ul><li>Manage NPD and L&amp;L opportunities for strategic channels (QSR, FSR, Hotel) in SSEAHK.</li></ul> Market Intelligence: <ul><li>Set up systems to ensure best in class sales intelligence (market, competitor activity) is gathered and analysed by Foodservice Marketing for inclusion in the S&amp;OP process.</li></ul> Leadership, Organization &amp; Team Development: <ul><li>Create/enhance the Channel Management programs for key accounts.</li><li>Train and develop local sales team in core countries on key account management and execution of channel strategies.</li></ul> ﻿Requirements: Education: <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in business discipline.</li><li>Fluent in both spoken and written in English.</li></ul> Industry Experience: <ul><li>At least 10 years sales experiences in multinational FMCG with at least 5 years of Key Account Management experience in the QSR/FSR/Hotel channel.</li></ul> Technical/Functional <ul><li>Strong skills in Key Account Management.</li></ul> Expertise: <ul><li>Proficient in Foodservice trading terms.</li><li>Results driven. Reponsibilities: <ul><li>Manage correct inventory holding at factory mother warehouses and manage end to end VAS activities of kitting, bundling and other product customization with delivery on time and within budget.&nbsp;</li><li>Manage primary stock movements from plan t to C&amp;FA’s to meet the demand basis sales estimates.</li><li>Ensure the multiple warehouse locations are serviced adequately to meet the demand including for exports markets.&nbsp;</li><li>Integrate and upgrade work systems in contemporary technological landscape.&nbsp;</li><li>Manage the Quality Audits at the WH to meet Standards.&nbsp;</li><li>Making sure that the CFA/3PL adhere to the EHS requirements.&nbsp;</li><li>Manage the 3PL contracts at all Plants/Warehouses for the Logistics Operations.&nbsp;</li><li>Managing complexities of LIFO and FIFO arising due to promotions, new product launches.&nbsp;</li><li>Monitor finished goods inventories to meet the overall CWC objectives.&nbsp;</li><li>Manage the distribution function and provide support for annual budgeting exercise for distribution</li><li>Negotiate and finalize contract for freight rates for primary and secondary distribution and with C&amp;FA for fixed payment.&nbsp;</li><li>Ensure that we are meeting the ZBB targets.&nbsp;</li><li>Identifying cost reduction opportunities by developing new transporters, altern ate &amp; cost effective modes of transport, optimizing warehouse space.&nbsp;</li><li>Manage the CFAs to ensure compliance to company policies and guidelines an d reports exceptions (if any).&nbsp;</li><li>Monitor slow and non-moving stocks at CFA locations, update the sales team regularly, and plan to salvage the ageing stocks to avoid potential write-o ffs due to expiry of products and short dated stocks.&nbsp;</li><li>Monitor actual distribution cost and FG inventories. Analyze variances and report exceptions.&nbsp;</li><li>Manage planning and distribution network optimization and long -term capacity planning for production as well as warehousing and distribution.&nbsp;</li><li>Manage regulatory requirements.</li><li>Support the business on new product launches.&nbsp;</li><li>Conduct the evaluation process for transporters and C&amp;FAs and provide the feedback for continuous improvements.&nbsp;</li><li>Manage and develop the people in the logistics team and the CFA teams by identifying gaps and by ensuring their participation in training and development programs to overcome these gaps.&nbsp;</li><li>Together with the Operations Manager to Support the Innovation Process to deliver SC solutions for NPD at all co-packers and the manufacturers where contract obligations are set.&nbsp;</li><li>Customer Service ethos developed and implemented.&nbsp;</li><li>Customer service performance managed.&nbsp;</li><li>Corporate reputation managed.&nbsp;</li><li>Legislative compliance ensured.&nbsp;</li><li>Stock risk managed.&nbsp;</li><li>SOP/IBP in place and adhered to.&nbsp;</li><li>Daily, weekly and monthly reports compiled.&nbsp;</li><li>Team performance optimized.</li></ul> Requirements: Preferred Education, Skill &amp; Experience: <ul><li>Engineering with postgraduate qualification in Operations Management.&nbsp;</li><li>Min 10 years’ experience in supply planning, customers service, warehousing and logistics area.</li><li>Good Negotiation skills, analytical skills and flair for numbers are requisites. Interpersonal skills to work across functions.</li><li>A mind creative enough to identify and recommend corrective actions is a desirable.&nbsp;</li><li>People Management experience.&nbsp;</li></ul> Sufficient / in depth, knowledge of: <ul><li>Computer literacy including good command on Microsoft Office Suite.</li><li>SAP.</li><li>Six sigma or LEAN manufacturing.</li></ul>

Roles &amp; Responsibilities: <ul><li>Technical leader of process development for high-speed cable assembly products used in data center, AI, and supercomputing applications</li><li>Core responsibilities include Process Definition, Tooling Design/Cost Estimation, Process Qualification, and Exploration of Advanced Manufacturing.</li><li>Coordinate and/or Participate in the Design and DFM reviews</li><li>Initiate and document PFMEA, assessing and actively mitigating process risks</li><li>I lead and troubleshoot LVM process development, tooling, production, and issues and actions.</li><li>Launch project through FACA /QCPC at yield and rate.</li><li>Provide detailed process Definition and Requirements to the Automation Team for auto-machine development</li><li>Concept design for core assembly process and tooling, DOE Experiment Design</li><li>Challenge Product Design for Manufacturability and Cost Feasibility</li><li>Support process transfer and troubleshooting in global cable assembly manufacturing locations as needed</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelor or above degree and engineering background</li><li>5+ years. In High-Speed Cable Assembly process development, automation development, or Cable product design/development experience</li><li>Good teamwork and communication skills</li><li>Skillful in using Auto-cad and Pro/e</li><li>Knowledgeable of quality control and quality issue analysis and improvement.</li></ul>

Job Overview: <ul><li>The Americas Sales/Account Manager (SAM) is responsible for promoting the IVD Business Unit products and services.&nbsp;</li><li>This position is responsible for developing and executing an account target plan which delivers profitable growth, by leveraging the full range of IVD Services, Products and Core Competencies.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>The Sales/Account Manager serves as the primary interface with customers while collaborating with internal teams to achieve customer satisfaction and the goals of the business unit.</li><li>The SAM drives the growth objectives in our key segments of microfluidic consumables including IVD Point of Care / Point of Need, Cell Analysis, NGS and other key Life Science Applications (e.g. Cell Therapies) while identifying new areas of opportunity.&nbsp;</li><li>Partnering with marketing to identify and target customer organizations to develop new sales leads and opportunities.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Aligning with NPD Engineering to generate winning value proposition proposals to grow the business and meet or exceed FY targets.</li><li>This position has principal sales responsibilities in the Americas, helping the EMEA team, if necessary, on UK and Ireland Markets.&nbsp;</li><li>Reports to the Global Director of NPD Commercial.</li></ul> Responsibilities: <ul><li>Function as a principal point of contact and support to customers for product development and manufacturing fulfillment activities from the discovery phase into manufacturing and support a successful ongoing relationship with our customer through proactive account management.</li><li>Develop proposals and quotations structured to satisfy the organization’s revenue and profit objectives by collaborating with Engineering, Operations, Project Management, Quality and Finance.
