Data Engineer (Informatica)

Solution IT Expert

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Manage and maintain application-related components e.g. BDM, MFT Java, Unix scripts</li><li>Participate in business requirements gathering and work closely with BA, Tech, EA on delivery of minor enhancements</li><li>Create, maintain and review design documentations</li><li>Implement and manage change requests pertaining to application-related components e.g. S3, BDM, MFT</li><li>Work with other relevant teams as required e.g SCP, IOC, Production Control, Infrastructure, Security, Audit</li><li>Work with platform and application teams to manage and close incidents or issues, and implement changes</li><li>Document and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)</li><li>Manage and maintain batch job execution and troubleshooting</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelors degree in software engineering</li><li>At least 5 progressive years of Informatica technical experience with Enterprise Data Warehouse design and development using Informatica</li><li>Proficiency in Informatica BDM is mandatory</li><li>Experience in ETL, Data Ingestion, Investment Data transformation</li><li>Experience in DWH design and knowledge of its best practices</li><li>Proficiency in Postgres, Unix</li><li>Knowledge in data integration e.g MuleSoft, AWS S3, SFTP, Webservices</li><li>Knowledge in Workday, Simcorp, Markit EDM</li><li>Able to understand the business, technical requirements and convert them into design-and-build</li><li>Able to do performance tuning of Informatica BDM jobs</li><li>Able to present solutions to architects and get approval</li><li>Able to troubleshoot complex data issues and resolve them within Service Level Agreements (SLA)</li><li>Ability to partner with product vendors and implementation teams</li></ul> Preferred Requirements: <ul><li>Knowledge in Informatica MFT / Axway</li><li>Knowledge in integration tools</li><li>Knowledge in project management</li><li>Experience gained from banking and finance industry</li></ul>

Join us and become a part of a top talent team where you can bring new ideas to life in a global function that is a key driver of the success of our business.Responsibilities:Promote experiments, new capabilities and learnings to other stakeholders to facilitate adoption and benefits realization.Ensuring service levels meet customer needsPromote experiments, new capabilities and learnings to other stakeholders to facilitate adoption and benefits realization.Experience in working with SaaS platforms.Experience with Enterprise Integration Practices (API driven integration, Event Driven Architectures, MuleSoft etc.).Working knowledge of common IT frameworks such as Agile, ITIL, PMP and nice to have experience with tools (e.g., Confluence, JIRA).Requirements:5+ years of experience in IT – Linked to the finance domain.Bachelor or Master Degree, preferably in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience.Experience in solution design and implementation for IT solutions.SAP knowledge for FI module, with specific experience in Payments and Treasury operations.Strategic thinking, challenging status quo, problem solving, strong communication skills.Understanding of cloud computing architectures (e.g., AWS Services).Considerable technical writing proficiency, problem solving and decision-making skills.Be a self-starter and able to drive solution implementation initiatives from the requirements definition to deployment.Strong verbal and written communications skills and ability to work independently.Highly collaborative, with ability to build relationships with colleagues from different cultures throughout the organization.Optional requirementsSAP knowledge on CO module.SAP4/Hana knowledge.Experience managing initiatives across different teams and geographies.Practical experience of working in a product-based organization, acting as a scrum master/project leader.Practical knowledge of cloud computing technologies (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS), preferred experience with AWS environment.
