Overview: <ul><li>The VP &amp; General Manager of the Sub Vertical will be a senior executive responsible for leading a global business with a P&amp;L of 600-M. The RoleFinance Strategic Projects is responsible for leading strategic finance and SSC projects focused on driving and executing strategic initiatives, such as technology implementations, standardisation and centralisation of back office transactional processes and identify continuous improvements opportunities. Will be required to work on cross-functional projects that have a significant impact on the financial performance and operations of the organisation.&nbsp; Key Responsibilities1. Collaborate with finance leadership and other key stakeholders to develop and execute the finance and Shared Services functions strategic roadmap. Be mindful of potential areas of exposure, identify them and work with the business to address control gaps and mitigate risks.</li><li>Lead IT Assets team, ensuring day-to-day functions on the recording of newly acquired tangible and intangible fixed assets is well managed.</li><li>Provide guidance to the business on asset capitalisation policy and drive timely commissioning of tech fresh assets.</li><li>Review inventory turnover and follow up with the business to take actions to ensure healthy turnover.</li><li>Lead the inventory sighting exercise, to ensure proper procedures are adhered to and reconciliation of stock values are performed and reviewed on a timely manner.</li><li>Address IT asset needs queries which include hardware, software and mobile line; and collaborate with IT to address Business needs.</li><li>Drive continuous process improvements, including system changes, streamlining of processes and automation projects.</li><li>Keep a comprehensive record of all assets related data in a proper record keeping (e.g. SNOW, spreadsheets).</li><li>Make analysis based on the collected data, focusing on trends, gaps &amp; logical examines.</li><li>Develop, implement, communicate, maintain the IT Asset Management standards, processes, and procedures.</li><li>Manage asset discovery processes to ensure up to date and accurate inventory.</li><li>Ensure that adequate governance is in place and the processes are being executed successfully.</li><li>Identify and monitor key risk areas such as technology obsolescence and ensure audit compliance for the in-scope IT Assets</li><li>Review and streamline the Asset and Configuration Management processes on a regular basis for efficiency and effectiveness ensuring any agreed changes to the processes are properly approved and communicated.</li><li>Plan and manage yearly IT asset verification exercise.</li><li>Manage, track and report on all the in-scope IT assets.</li><li>Manage, track and report on mobile lines and other telco services</li><li>Guide and educate the Data Owners/Custodians and teams involved in the daily administration of the asset management related activities.</li><li>English language proficiency – verbal and written communication</li></ul> Responsibilities: <ul><li>Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant discipline.</li><li>Minimum 8 to 10 years of experience in IT Asset Management.</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Work with the AMEA finance team both in Singapore and Malaysia to lead financial planning process such as strategic forecast update and budget.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Identify and mitigate risks and opportunities in financial commitments (both P/L, B/S and CF).&nbsp;</li><li>Communicate business update to regional FP&amp;A team effectively. i.e. strategic forecast update.&nbsp;</li><li>Work with regional treasury manager to understand P&amp;L FX impact.&nbsp;</li><li>Manage a small team of analysts in delivering the team objectives.</li><li>Manage regional OHD budget in Singapore with driving ZBB behaviors, regular actual tracking and proactive communication to budget owners.&nbsp;</li><li>Ensure smooth reporting and forecasting submission via the existing systems (BPC, CFS and SAP). This includes the process improvement to maximize the existing systems.&nbsp;</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>This position requires experience and a minimum 8-12 years’ experience in FP&amp;A or accounting experience.&nbsp;</li><li>Strong interpersonal skill is required to manage delicate issues with stakeholders.</li><li>Knowledge of desktop software packages i.e. MS Excel, BPC, and Anaplan is preferred.&nbsp;</li><li>Good communications skills and be able to lead the process.&nbsp;</li></ul>
