Responsibilities: <ul><li>Reports to EHS site Manager and Construction Project Manager all EHS related issues, concerns, improvements with a goal on achieving leading indicators and ZERO Recordable Incident Rate. </li><li>Ensure EHS compliance to all legal and other requirements associated with regulatory, local and other requirements.</li><li>Facilitates risk assessment to identify critical safety or health hazards and environmental aspects per company standard/spec and local regulatory standards.</li><li>Works with Project Management Team and Contractor’s leadership team to create targets and objectives based on key EHS risks.</li><li>Verify the EHS plan from Project Management company (PM), and work with PM to validate EHS plan from general contractor (GC).</li><li>Manages and directs construction site in achieving EHS targets &amp; objectives.</li><li>Involve in design review and make sure safety lesson learned are considered in new building design.</li><li>Pro-actively drives and promotes EHS culture throughout the construction site, e.g. by driving leading indicators.</li><li>Ensure zero tolerance culture is developed, recognition plan and discipline actions are in place and effective, and discipline actions well followed for unsafety behavior at construction site.</li><li>Drive construction EHS through close coordination with management team, safety leaders and EHS officers of company project management team, PM, GC, subcontractor per their scope of work, EHS plan, etc.</li><li>Organize regular EHS performance review to PM and GC EHS leaders per SOW and EHS plan, provide in time feedback to company project management team and leaders of PM and GC.</li><li>Report all EH&amp;S data and information as required by company. Use established EHS data processes such as Velocity to manage data such as injuries and illnesses, environmental metrics, risk assessments, EHS action items and other pertinent information.</li><li>Working with Construction project management team to develop management of change program at construction site.</li><li>For example, design change may trigger additional actions for safety, or to monitor and follow EHS law and regulatory revisions and report to EHS manager and Project Manager for actions required.</li><li>Training shall be delivered to leaders of project team, PM and GC about related safety alerts, new specifications and requirement from company, etc.</li><li>Work with site EHS leader and Construction Project Manager to prepare, submit and disseminate information in compliance with regulatory agencies in order to ensure timely submittals.</li><li>Work with Project and Construction Management team to ensure that all key EHS operational controls are in place and that EHS action items are resolved on a timely basis.</li><li>Strict Supervision of all contractor activities with PM in order to ensure compliance with EHS Work Permit.</li><li>Ensure emergency preparedness is in place, e.g. Construction Emergency Response Team ready to deploy in the events of fire, earthquake and strong typhoon.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>College degree, major in Environmental, Safety, Chemical, Electrical, Mechanical, Civil Engineering or relevant.</li><li>5 years minimum as manager or can consider 10 years as safety supervisor / senior engineer.</li><li>Actual experience as Safety Officer or Pollution Control Officer role is an advantage.</li><li>Experience in working with multinational company local or in abroad.</li><li>Comfortable to Speak and write English to all level of organization.</li><li>Demonstrated ability in conducting EH&amp;S audits and inspections.</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Develop and implement supply planning strategies (MTO, MTS, ROP), to meet customer demands and company KPIs (Revenue, STR/STS, LT, Inv DOH, PDR, etc.)</li><li>Analyze sales forecasts, inventory levels, and production capacities to determine optimal inventory levels and master production schedules for top runners.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing supply chain planning, procurement, demand planning, sales, customer service, and product management, to ensure alignment on supply and demand plans.</li><li>S&amp;OP: Actively participate / facilitate monthly Sales and Operations Planning (S&amp;OP)- Supply Planning process. </li><li>Facilitate and drive weekly/bi-weekly Mini –S&amp;OP and global supply planning for high runner products</li><li>Monitor supply chain performance and actively lead S&amp;OE meetings to drive problem solving and performance improvements</li><li>Manage End to end inventory performance and the identification of revenue risks / opportunities, supporting the decision-making process for potential trade-offs</li><li>Manage and resolve any supply chain disruptions, ensuring minimal impact on customer satisfaction.</li><li>Co-managing phase In (NPI)/Phase Out (EOL) strategy from planning perspective on dedicated part of the portfolio</li><li>Being a focal point to front end business team on status of supply status, assurance of supplies, escalations, and critical allocation management working closely with cross function stakeholders including Customer Care teams, Demand Planning Teams, Sales &amp; Product Manager as well as the&nbsp;</li><li>DC planning teams.</li><li>Identify areas for continues improvement in supply chain processes and efficiencies&nbsp;</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Management,&nbsp;or related field, CPIM or CSCP certification is a plus.</li><li>8+ years of experience in supply chain planning and production planning.</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Knowledge of supply chain management processes, including forecasting, inventory&nbsp;management, and production planning, basic logistics .</li><li>Experience in Product life cycle management ( EOL/NPI), and footprint SC management.</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and familiar with ERP systems, and Analytic Tools.</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, Customer Focus, innovative, persuading&nbsp;and convincing skills, communicated effectively to foster collaboration, drive for successful result.</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Contribute to the SIOP by preparing and leading the end-to-end Supply Reviews. Proactively identifying manufacturing supply risks working collaboratively with key stakeholders to propose mitigation plan.</li><li>Define, plan, update, and ensure compliance of Replenishment Strategy &amp; Supply Chain Parameters (stocking policy, safety stock, forecast upload and consumption rules, reorder point, ramp up/down linked to strategic inventory and anticipation stocks, lead-time, lot size) &amp; ensure master data consistency to achieve expected customer service while optimizing the health &amp; level of inventory.</li><li>Identify Circular Supply Chain opportunities (rebalance, promotion, re-use, re-distribute, repair, recycle) &amp; ensure execution in collaboration with flow controllers.</li><li>Plan &amp; ensure inventory ramp up / down linked to strategic inventory, industrial transfers, commercial event, new product introduction, and end of life.</li><li>Requires a strong leadership and a global understanding of the end-to-end supply chain planning processes to bring a positive customer impact through optimized inventory projections and supply risk mitigation.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Degree /Diploma in Business, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering or equivalent</li><li>SAP (or other ERP software) – 1-2 years</li><li>SAP Integrated Business Planning software (or other demand planning software) – 1-2 years</li><li>Understanding of MRP – 1-2 years</li><li>Planning and experience in Demand Forecasting – 1-2 years</li><li>Understanding of S&amp;OP – 1-2 years</li><li>Experience with data management, reporting, and analysis using tools at least using Excel VLOOKUP, Pivot, IF, and mathematical functions</li><li>Experience with SAP Integrated Business Planning Supply software (optional)</li><li>Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail. Needs to be detail-oriented with given importance to accuracy</li><li>Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively and confidently with cross-functional global teams and stakeholders</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and following drumbeats and deadlines effectively</li></ul>
