Process Engineer Technical Operation

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Leader in ASEAN Problem Solving (PS) Committee. Organize regular meetings to review status &amp; planning.</li><li>Promote PS culture throughout the Plant and ASEAN at all levels.</li><li>Promote the selection of the projects that will have the highest impact on plant metrics (eg. CoPQ) and manage all PS projects including PS initiatives from Line QRM escalation to VSM/Plant Level.</li><li>Support production improvement process through PS projects.</li><li>Lead cross-functional team to apply diligently a structured problem-solving methodology that best fits the situation (Shainin, SPS, Six Sigma, or other equivalent methods as described by the Shifting Gears)</li><li>Follow up on all PS projects with the project owner and provide coaching to ensure PS methodologies are correctly applied.</li><li>Regular project coaching with PS Master from Global, and follow-up to project closure and realize savings.</li><li>Proactively anticipate roadblocks to find solutions and escalate when needed.</li><li>Report out project progress, people development, and savings to the PS Committee and Management.</li><li>Tabulate and manage Plant/ASEAN people PS skill matrix and identify training needs, plan &amp; execution.</li><li>Coach, Develop, and Expand Local Problem Solver Practitioners.</li><li>Represent ASEAN in PS matters and report status to regional and global levels.</li><li>Alignment with AP and Global PS leaders for new PS initiatives and execution.</li><li>Any other assignments as delegated by the reporting Manager</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Engineering degree (Mechanical or Electrical Engineering)&nbsp;</li><li>Strong understanding of 6 Sigma tools and Minitab usage</li><li>Strong understanding of engineering fundamentals and product design</li><li>Experience in taking project using structured problem-solving methodology (Shainin Red-X, 6 Sigma, etc)</li><li>Experience in coaching and training.</li><li>Good English speaking and writing skills.</li><li>Strong attention to details, with skills.</li><li>Leadership skills and strong business acumen</li><li>Good interpersonal skill to work with people at different levels</li><li>Be a positive change agent</li><li>Innovative and creative mindset, and open to change with inclusion value.</li><li>Uphold high standards of ethics, integrity, and accountability value analytical</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Driving CCSI (Productivity saving) and OMP (Material saving) including identify new opportunity, work with cross functional team to build up project, calculation saving/ROI, maintain tracking for the project</li><li>achievement and reporting out.</li><li>Implement company OA (Operation Excellence) deployment plans as following; business unit/plant strategic and operational plan.</li><li>Lead in OEE and Change over improvement, collect relevant data, identify potential causes with manufacturing team, analysis and driving improvement solution.</li><li>Implement continuous improvement throughout the organization using Lean and Six Sigma principles and eliminate waste in all areas throughout the manufacturing areas.&nbsp;</li><li>Lead problem-solving through Lean - Six Sigma, root cause analysis and verify that permanent corrective actions are implemented.</li><li>Implement new technology/processes to drive continuous improvement through company Best, COE (Center of Excellence).</li><li>Support plant in achieving their continuous improvement goals; cost-saving and SQCDP.</li><li>Support for digital transformation and digital engineering to implement new digital solution to shopfloor area.</li><li>Initiate actions to prevent the occurrence of any nonconformance relating to product, process &amp; systems.&nbsp;</li><li>Engage the Manufacturing team in the continuous improvement process to ensure that projects are identified, prioritized, and implemented in a timely and effective manner.</li><li>Initiate, recommend or provide solutions through appropriate channels and verify implementation.</li><li>Stimulate management thinking by proposing new ways of doing things.&nbsp;</li><li>Challenge conventional wisdom by demonstrating successful application of new methodologies, seeking out and piloting new tools, and creating innovative thinking.&nbsp;</li><li>Document all activities as required.</li><li>Comply with company procedure and environmental and safety regulation.</li><li>Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisor / Manager.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelor of Degree in Industrial Engineering or any related field.&nbsp;</li><li>3-5 years relevant working experience in a Continuous Improvement, Industrial Engineer, Operation Excellence and Manufacturing environment.</li><li>Lean Manufacturing methodologies and Six Sigma Problem Solving experience preferred.</li><li>Have experience in project management.</li><li>Have experience in industrial digital transformation.</li><li>Knowledge of Assembly process is advantage.</li><li>Excellent problem-solving technique; Lean and Six Sigma.</li><li>Proficient computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office: Word Excel, Project and Minitab, SolidWorks or AUTOCAD, Visio.</li><li>Knowledge in GD&amp;T/SPC/FMEA/DOE.</li><li>Good mechanical / technical skills.&nbsp;</li><li>Good Project Management skill and effective in report writing.</li><li>Able to prepare and present technical knowledge.</li><li>Good attitude with growth mindset.</li><li>Able to work under pressure.</li></ul>

Responsibilities: Perform Tech Transfer activities for CMO products with minimum guidelines specifically for liquid, powder filling, soft gel and semi solid that consist of designing, planning, conducting review of pre-formulation, formulation, and process development activities as well as scale-up trials.Prepare and execute engineering study protocols, manufacturing and packaging experimental / feasibility study / validation batch records and protocols and complete interim and / or final summary reports for marketed and new products. Analyze statistical data from qualification, product or functional specifications to determine conformance with standards and established quality requirements.Write and execute experimental and validation protocols as per related SOPs and assure that acceptance criterion related to experimental and validation protocols are met.Write and execute experimental and validation reports as per related SOPs and assure that acceptance criterion related to experimental and validation reports are met.Initiate change control for new products, site transfer products and changes related to the process improvement with appropriate justification. Lead investigations, write investigation reports with appropriate scientific understanding, as required upon failures to meet protocol acceptance criteria.Author and review investigation reports, protocols, batch records and CMC documentation.Lead projects by use of appropriate project management tools, provide timely updates to management on the status of various projects.Lead and execute material changes, process changes and cost reduction projects.Performs other related duties as assigned.Provide technical training and assistance to others.Requirements:A Bachelor’s in Chemical Engineering preferred.Experience with manufacturing liquid, cream, gel, powder filling, soft gel etc preferred.Proficiency with statistics (using Minitab) preferred.Experience using Excel for data mining and analysis is must.
