Responsibilities: <ul><li>Product Strategy Development: Lead the creation and implementation of product innovation strategies to drive brand growth and market share.</li><li>Market Research: Leverage relevant culinary trends as well as competitive landscape review to identify trends, unmet consumer needs, and competitive landscape to inform product innovation&nbsp;</li><li>Portfolio Management: Oversee the Pringles product portfolio, optimizing the mix to drive growth and profitability.&nbsp;</li><li>Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with R&amp;D, marketing, sales, and supply chain teams to bring new products to market.</li><li>Project Management: Oversee the product development lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring timely and successful execution.</li><li>Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyse product performance, using insights to inform future innovation strategies.</li><li>Budget Management: Manage budgets for product innovation projects, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.</li><li>Stakeholder Engagement: Present product innovation plans and progress to senior leadership and key stakeholders to get buy-in on and resources commitment</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience in brand management, with a strong focus on product innovation.</li><li>Leadership: Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.</li><li>Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.</li><li>Creativity: A creative thinker with a passion for innovation and a track record of successful product launches.</li><li>Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.</li><li>Project Management: Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.</li><li>Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of market trends, consumer behaviour, and competitive dynamics.</li></ul>
