Engage stakeholders to understand business requirements and ensure smooth execution of events.&nbsp;</li><li>Support technology adoption of Temasek initiatives including Cloud-Infra and Application teams, supporting and performing tests.&nbsp;</li><li>Accountable for maintenance of end point devices. Ensure that all end point systems stay up-to-date and compliant with updates and security patches.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Determine and identify opportunities for system improvement.&nbsp;Provide response to system hardware and operating system software problems as necessary.&nbsp;</li><li>Facilitate and maintain relationships between vendors, assist in reviewing of contracts.</li></ul> Project Management:&nbsp;<ul><li>Oversee, plan, lead, coordinate, and collaborate with external partners, to lead small to medium size projects through the appropriate phases of implementation and support throughout the cross functional team.</li><li>Collaborate with cross functional Project Manager, in directing the team to assist in initial scoping documents and resource estimates for new customer’s new technology implementations.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field</li><li>Minimum 10 years’ experience. Responsibilities: <ul><li>Perform inspection of finished or in process goods, analyze data and identify trends in defects or errors.</li><li>Conduct root cause analysis for defects, nonconformities or other quality failures.</li><li>Coordinate department functions that include continuous improvement processes, compliance to audits and assisting with customer specifications and quality issues.</li><li>Ensure environmental health and safety training and new procedure implementation are executed and completed timely and accurately.</li><li>Assist with related training development and scheduling.</li><li>Provide training, coaching and mentoring to team members.</li><li>Plan, coordinate and direct all regulatory compliance, laboratory, food and feed safety and quality programs within the location to ensure compliance with customer, supplier and government requirements and expectations.</li><li>Handle basic issues and problems under direct supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.</li><li>Take part in internal audits, external manufactories audits, suppliers audit.</li><li>Other duties as assigned.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>SAP experience,</li><li>1C system</li><li>HACCP, audit process and requirements</li><li>Moderate computer skills (word processing, spreadsheets, and database navigation)</li><li>Strong interpersonal skills</li><li>Attention to detail</li><li>Validated change management in an industrial setting</li><li>Experience in leading cross functional teams</li><li>Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience</li><li>Other minimum qualifications may apply</li></ul>
