Business Development Manager

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Review and confirm the test specification of new projects. Evaluate the test requirement of new projects.</li><li>Design and set up test systems for new projects.</li><li>Work with US team for test issues.</li><li>Control all testing equipment and fixtures for electrical lab.</li><li>Monitor all electrical testing process.</li><li>Prepare testing plan. Review test results.</li><li>Ensure test data integrity and proper reporting.</li><li>Solve problems on test.</li><li>Define test methods for new projects, deliver the new test methods to technicians and operators.</li><li>Get training from outside and deliver it inside.</li><li>Improve test process.</li><li>Support on lab management improvement. Develop the test capacity of the electrical test lab.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree, preferably major in electronic information technology or computer.</li><li>Adept in hardware test methodologies, especially for electrical and SI test.&nbsp;</li><li>Good experience in C#, Python or VB, can create software to do test/analysis easier.</li><li>Adept in test equipment: TDR (Time Domain Reflectometer), NA (Network Analyzer), Oscillograph, Data Timing Generator, LCR Meter, Hi-pot, Milliohm Meter, Microohm Meter, Megohm Meter, Thermal Chamber.</li><li>Adept in signal integrity test. Familiarity with the elements and testing methods of Insertion Loss, Impedance, Return Loss, Time Delay Skew, SCD21.......</li><li>Familiarity with the product verification testing. Good experience in setting up new test system, drafting test plans and documents.</li><li>Good measurement capability and analysis capability.&nbsp;</li><li>Familiarity with standards and products, such as QSFP, SFP+, PCI-E, DisplayPort, HDMI, SATA, Minis-SAS, USB…</li><li>Adept in MSA.</li><li>Fluent English both in verbal and written.</li><li>Strong PC skills. Adept in hardware and software. Adept in MS Office.</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Develop and implement supply planning strategies (MTO, MTS, ROP), to meet customer demands and company KPIs (Revenue, STR/STS, LT, Inv DOH, PDR, etc.)</li><li>Analyze sales forecasts, inventory levels, and production capacities to determine optimal inventory levels and master production schedules for top runners.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing supply chain planning, procurement, demand planning, sales, customer service, and product management, to ensure alignment on supply and demand plans.</li><li>S&amp;OP: Actively participate / facilitate monthly Sales and Operations Planning (S&amp;OP)- Supply Planning process. </li><li>Facilitate and drive weekly/bi-weekly Mini –S&amp;OP and global supply planning for high runner products</li><li>Monitor supply chain performance and actively lead S&amp;OE meetings to drive problem solving and performance improvements</li><li>Manage End to end inventory performance and the identification of revenue risks / opportunities, supporting the decision-making process for potential trade-offs</li><li>Manage and resolve any supply chain disruptions, ensuring minimal impact on customer satisfaction.</li><li>Co-managing phase In (NPI)/Phase Out (EOL) strategy from planning perspective on dedicated part of the portfolio</li><li>Being a focal point to front end business team on status of supply status, assurance of supplies, escalations, and critical allocation management working closely with cross function stakeholders including Customer Care teams, Demand Planning Teams, Sales &amp; Product Manager as well as the&nbsp;</li><li>DC planning teams.</li><li>Identify areas for continues improvement in supply chain processes and efficiencies&nbsp;</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Management,&nbsp;or related field, CPIM or CSCP certification is a plus.</li><li>8+ years of experience in supply chain planning and production planning.</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Knowledge of supply chain management processes, including forecasting, inventory&nbsp;management, and production planning, basic logistics .</li><li>Experience in Product life cycle management ( EOL/NPI), and footprint SC management.</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and familiar with ERP systems, and Analytic Tools.</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, Customer Focus, innovative, persuading&nbsp;and convincing skills, communicated effectively to foster collaboration, drive for successful result.</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Overall stamping process development, coordinating with interaction processes (Molding, Plating, Assembly) to ensure the best process and cost for F/Gs</li><li>Concept design &amp; proofing for Stamping process and tooling, Process development DOE.</li><li>Technical leader and trouble shooter from LVM to HVM in process development, tooling design &amp; qualification, issue finding and problem solving</li><li>Platforming manufacturing process development.</li><li>Challenge product design for manufacturability and cost feasibility.</li><li>Launch product at rate through FACA/QCPA tools (yield, CPK, OEE…)</li><li>Launch product on time with cross function team.</li><li>Process documentation (DFM，FMEAs, WI, FACA/QCPC…)</li></ul>&nbsp;Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelor or above degree in mechanical engineering or related background.</li><li>5+ years die design, Process and Troubleshooting knowledge / experience.</li><li>Strong knowledge of tool fabrication, tool-steel application/selection, heat treating, and plating/coating.</li><li>Strong knowledge of stamping processes.</li><li>Strong understanding of metal material, press machine, auxiliary equipment.</li><li>Understand tolerance calculations and Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing.</li><li>Data oriented issue finding and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Rich shopfloor hand on experience.</li><li>Sensitive on product cost, know how to drive cost through manufacturing process development &amp; design optimization.</li><li>Fluent in using of basic process development related tools like DFM, PFMEA，DOE，FAA, CTAR, CAD, Pro E</li><li>Knowledge of quality control and quality issue analysis and improvement</li><li>Good teamwork and communication skills。</li><li>Oversea working experience is a plus.</li></ul>

Responsibilities:&nbsp; <ul><li>Sales and Marketing Growth Plans – Crafted plans to explode total company business growth in Foodservice Channel.&nbsp;</li><li>Portfolio Management – Working on multi-tier, multi-segment categories to accelerate growth across different consumer groups to maximize the business growth, sales, and profit for the company&nbsp;</li><li>Distributor Management – Working with distributors across the markets from business planning to marketing and sales strategies to in-store, below-the-line and above-the-line executions.
