Responsibilities: <ul><li>Manage multiple recruitment projects focused in China.</li><li>Identify and engage high-performing candidates to discuss opportunities with our client.</li><li>Deliver effective talent solutions tailored to client needs.</li><li>Provide insightful feedback on market conditions to the client.</li><li>Report on performance metrics and project outcomes.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>The ideal candidate will have a background in Recruitment or Talent Acquisition across Greater China, with a passion for delivering high-quality solutions.</li></ul> Key qualifications include: <ul><li>Experience in an internal recruitment environment.</li><li>Proficiency in advanced search methodologies and direct sourcing techniques.</li><li>Strong skills in candidate engagement and assessment.</li><li>Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.</li><li>Fluency in Mandarin and English.</li><li>Excellent stakeholder management skills throughout the recruitment process, from briefing to delivery.</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Be responsible GL and FA functions for middle-size legal entity</li><li>Prepare manual GL journal entries, review system generated journal entries and propose adjustment if necessary</li><li>Perform month-end closing activities, including closing checklist preparation, posting periods maintenance, and GL closing</li><li>Generate and review TB, BS and P&amp;L, prepare financial reports including statutory reports, Hyperion reports, etc.</li><li>Coordinate and perform monthly accounts reconciliation, follow up to resolve variances</li><li>Prepare ad-hoc reports and analysis as required</li><li>Prepare SOX documentation on GL related functions in order to ensure the documents represent the companys existing situation; and implement an action plan to address the SOX findings in order to ensure compliance with SOX regulations and other Corporate policies</li><li>Provide support in external and internal audits</li><li>Assist GL Supervisor to identify potential areas for improvement, support the implementation of the initiatives in order to drive continuous optimization</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>College degree or above, majoring in accounting, finance or a related field</li><li>More than 3 years’ working experience in GL, experience in multi-national company or shared service environment is preferred</li><li>Good knowledge of US GAAP, PRC accounting standards and related statutory regulations&nbsp;</li><li>Good communication (written and oral) skills in both English and Mandarin</li><li>Proficient in MS Office, SAP and Hyperion system experience is preferred</li><li>Integrity, accountability, proactive working attitude, customer-oriented, self-motivated, ability to work under pressure</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Delivers an extraordinary customer experience by technically advising customers on our client products, services, and capabilities to best meet the needs of the customer and the designs they are working on. Sells the value propositions of our client products and services.</li><li>Outbound calling (cold and warm) to establish new, high-quality opportunities with prospective customers and contacts.</li><li>Communicate with end customers via channels such as telephone &amp; email by following up on Marketing Qualified Leads (MQL’s) and propose options and solutions.</li><li>Liaison with internal support areas including production, sales, engineering, customer care and others as necessary to resolve customer inquiries and requests.</li><li>Conversations with the customers are geared towards understanding the customer’s needs through relevant probing questions and by extending conversations around project/opportunities.</li><li>A warm handoff of opportunities along with all required details to account managers for further nurturing.</li><li>Promote portfolio of products to drive revenue.&nbsp;</li></ul> Requirements: Education: <ul><li>Bachelors technical or business degree preferred or equivalent experience</li></ul> Skills &amp; Experience: <ul><li>Demonstrates problem solving skills, influencing abilities, and ability to provide effective feedback</li><li>Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills</li><li>Proven ability to initiate, organize, and complete multiple tasks in a timely manner</li><li>Demonstrates ability to share creative and new ideas</li><li>Consultative selling experience desired</li><li>Relevant product or industry experience a plus</li><li>Team player, critical thinker, self-motivator, and ability to maintain a proactive positive attitude.</li><li>A passion for serving customers.</li><li>Mandarin speaking, writing and typing is required.</li><li>One to two years working experience is preferred, fresh graduates are welcome for the application as well.&nbsp;</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Define the strategic directions and marketing plan, guide portfolio priorities (new launches, pillar products’ renewal and animation of core catalogue)&nbsp;</li><li>Define clear messages to present to top management and accompany the teams in the preparation of meetings</li><li>Steer the collection and analysis of consumer and market insights, share findings with Travel Retail Zone to ensure the consistency of new product development with Travel Retail APAC needs (Travel Retail Exclusive Sets development for Chinese PAX)</li><li>Take ownership of international launches to create the right angle of attack locally to build integrated, engaging consumer brand experiences in the Travel Retail channel.</li><li>Supervise the entire development process and the respect of deadlines&nbsp;</li><li>Lead the marketing mix strategies (IMC/360/Digital/Retail) and the adaptation of communication (imagery, digital, point of sales)&nbsp;</li><li>Mobilise other departments (sales, logistic, education, etc.) and partner agencies to develop a broader business strategy&nbsp;</li><li>Ensure perfect execution in store of the marketing and retail strategy (Merchandising, planogram, quality of service) in the Point of sales</li><li>Manage the budget (sales forecast; price strategy, profitability of the brand, P&amp;L, etc.)&nbsp;</li><li>Build, develop and manage your team, train them and develop their marketing expertise and know-how&nbsp;</li><li>Recruit, develop and manage team. Ensure development of expertise and know-how in marketing team</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>University graduated or above, preferable in Business, Marketing or related discipline&nbsp;</li><li>Minimum 10 years of experience&nbsp;</li><li>In-depth sensitivity to our métier and in-depth product and brand knowledge</li><li>Research and market data analysis, highly analytical; Financial knowledge (P&amp;L, expansion analysis, sales forecasts)</li><li>Knowledge of Travel Retail dynamics and environment is a plus</li><li>Demonstrated leadership capacity and people development track record</li><li>Good understanding of FMCG or beauty industry</li><li>Good understanding of Chinese consumer and China’s digital eco-system</li><li>Fluent in English, bilingual (Mandarin or Cantonese) preferred</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>This role supports the Legal &amp; Privacy Head’s daily functions and is a strong ambassador to the trusted ‘gate-keeper’ objectives across sales, marketing, operations, purchasing and other business stakeholders.&nbsp;</li><li>The activities include handling the day-to-day legal team administration linked to business needs.</li><li>Co-ordinate the roll-out of legal / compliance training across all regional hub offices with key focus across commercial, purchasing, and regulatory forms related to the distribution of consumer goods globally in Chinese and English.&nbsp;</li><li>Knowledge of the travel retail distribution channel an advantage.</li><li>Multi-task and be organised across various delegations, ‘ad-hoc’ administrative tasks and assignments.</li><li>Take part in developing internal control initiatives whilst anticipating legal and reputational risks, actively listening, reviewing, and drafting forms, as required.</li><li>Develop and roll-out contract life cycle processes with company stakeholders to finalise forms externally.&nbsp;</li><li>Constructively challenging the status-quo and breaking barriers for effective ‘ways-of-working’.</li><li>Facilitate various projects through the co-ordination, drafting forms and checking thoroughly the processes for compliance.</li><li>Have attention to detail with a proven ability to optimise limited business resources, work collaboratively with different cultures and adapt to agile ways-of-working.</li></ul>&nbsp;Requirements: <ul><li>2 to 4 years of work experience with relevant university qualifications in Law.&nbsp;</li><li>Additional qualifications in business, political science, tax, compliance, languages and communications, will be highly regarded.</li><li>Mandarin Chinese (written + spoken, preferably) to assist in China Hub local form review and staff training.</li><li>Detail-oriented, self-starter and comfortable working independently (in a small team setting) with relevant private practice training and in-house work experience, having proven stakeholder management with a ‘can-do’ mindset.</li><li>Strong awareness and interest in the business of luxury and FMCG brands. Has an entrepreneurial mindset with curiosity across all aspects of B-2-B retail and the end-consumer journeys. Knowledge of the digital marketing and social platform space (i.e., AliPay, Douyin, WeChat, Weibo, Ctrip, etc.) is an advantage.</li><li>Displaying strong awareness over legal issues and curiosity on global consumer trends in the Asia-Pacific region (i.e., digital retail, data-privacy protections, competition, bribery/corruption, customs/trade, etc.).</li><li>Direct mentorship opportunities from daily business interactions across the organisation as well as continuous professional development offered on various topics (i.e., business, soft-skills, etc.)</li></ul>
