Overview: <ul><li>The VP &amp; General Manager of the Sub Vertical will be a senior executive responsible for leading a global business with a P&amp;L of 600-M. S/he will pursue an aggressive growth strategy focused on organic and M&amp;A growth and will build a leadership team equipped to drive new product introduction, go-to-market expansion, manufacturing excellence, and entry into product adjacencies through acquisitions.&nbsp;</li><li>The candidate will bring a growth-oriented and entrepreneurial mind-set, excellent commercial acumen and leadership experience, and a hands-on leadership style. </li><li>The role will appeal to those with aspirations for further personal and career growth as the company seeks to further enhance the overall bench-strength for succession for executive-level leadership positions across the company.&nbsp;</li><li>The successful candidate will be part of the leadership team of the Connect Living Solutions business unit and will report to Senior VP &amp; General Manager of the Connect Living Solutions business unit. Responsibilities: <ul><li>Incorporate best practices in developing, implementing, and executing processes related to recruiting, onboarding, policy administration, employee relations, performance management, payroll and benefits administration, employee development, and regulatory compliance, primarily for the Operations division.</li><li>Support performance management life cycle to include goal setting, mid-year, and annual performance reviews.</li><li>Consult with employees and plant leadership to raise and resolve minor workplace issues.
