Job Description: <ul><li>In today’s challenging market conditions, the ability to optimize the value proposition is more crucial than ever.</li><li>Procurement teams add significant value by leveraging market intelligence, fostering innovation through cross-functional collaboration, and implementing sustainable and ethical procurement practices.</li><li>Additionally, focusing on digitalization, risk management, and stakeholder engagement ensures alignment with broader business objectives, driving competitive advantage and long-term organizational growth.</li><li>As a Tactical Buyer, your focus will lie on the sourcing of materials, goods, and services for the Wind Business Area and all indirect materials, goods, and services across the organization.</li><li>You will work closely with procurement colleagues and business stakeholders to secure competitive quotes and select the offer with the best total-value proposition.</li><li>The role involves managing both project-based demands and operational needs for production sites.</li><li>Key stakeholders include Business requisitioners within the Wind Business</li><li>Area and various Staff Functions such as Facility Management, Corporate Security, People and Culture, and IT.</li></ul> Responsibilities: <ul><li>Manage the procurement of materials, goods, and services through competitive processes, ensuring optimal value for money.</li><li>Collaborate with business units to develop tender documentation and meet direct and indirect material and service requirements.</li><li>Research relevant markets to identify potential suppliers and ensure an optimal supplier base.</li><li>Act as a point of contact and trusted partner for business requisitioners, aligning procurement activities with stakeholder needs.</li><li>Ensure compliance throughout the procurement process while driving continuous improvements.</li><li>Independently execute RFQ (Requests for Quotation) and RFP (Requests for Proposal) procedures.</li><li>Conduct market research, evaluate quotations, and negotiate favorable terms.</li><li>Collaborate with the Legal department to draft and finalize contracts in compliance with internal regulations.</li><li>Support colleagues during peak times and work on cross-team initiatives to strengthen the procurement function.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>At least 2 years of experience in a procurement or tactical buyer role.</li><li>Strong proficiency in English and German, both spoken and written.</li><li>Educational background in MBO-4 with a Nevi education or similar, preferably in technical or business administration fields.</li><li>Traits: energetic, empathetic, responsive, committed, and professional with excellent time management and prioritization skills.</li><li>Ability to work across multiple business functions and foster a collaborative environment.</li><li>Interest in technology, innovation, sustainability, and digitalization.</li><li>Strong knowledge of SAP (MM module) or willingness to learn</li></ul>
