Responsibilities: <ul><li>Take ownership of the monthly demand planning execution drumbeat which includes the enhancement of statistical forecast and facilitate monthly demand review calls with marketing team for project-driven demand.</li><li>Adjust and validate the forecasts based on the collaborative information from key stakeholders and hold a handshake meeting with commercial office to ensure market and finance alignment.</li><li>Review final output with supply planning prior to forecast upload in preparation of any ramp-up and ramp-down activities to enhance supply readiness and inventory management.</li><li>Be up to date with NPI (New Product Introduction) offers and activities in order to align market expectations and timeline with forecast in the system.</li><li>Coordinate product life cycle changes such as obsolescence, replacements, new offers, projects, or promotions of the business across both commercial and supply chain team.</li><li>Measure and analyze forecast accuracy at multi-levels (material, product line, business) and work with the necessary stakeholders to drive improvement.</li><li>Participate in S&amp;OP activities to monitor demand planning performance and highlight critical product lines or projects that will need support from supply chain team.</li><li>Act as the mediator between supply chain and commercial office on pushing forecast realization, as well as, ensuring supply availability for critical orders/projects.</li><li>Take ownership of the demand planning function and drive actions that are aligned with business goals and KPIs.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Degree /Diploma in Business, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering or equivalent&nbsp;</li><li>SAP (or other ERP software) – 1-2 years</li><li>SAP Integrated Business Planning software (or other demand planning software) – 1-2 years</li><li>Understanding of MRP – 1-2 years</li><li>Planning and experience in Demand Forecasting – 1-2 years</li><li>Understanding of S&amp;OP – 1-2 years</li><li>Experience with data management, reporting, and analysis using tools at least using Excel VLOOKUP, Pivot, IF, and mathematical functions</li><li>Experience in statistical forecasting</li><li>Experience with SAP Integrated Business Planning Demand software</li><li>Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail. Needs to be detailoriented with given importance to accuracy</li><li>Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively and confidently with cross-functional global teams and stakeholders</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and following drumbeats and deadlines effectively.</li><li>Able and willing to work necessary hours to meet all project deadlines, travel when necessary.</li><li>Able to modify working hours to accommodate global time zones.&nbsp;</li><li>Develop mutually beneficial, respectful, and effective relationships with peers to ensure seamless coordination between departments, maximize synergy, and maintain a shared vision, strategy, and focus.</li><li>Must be detail oriented and able to communicate to cross functional teams.</li><li>Able and willing to work necessary hours to meet all project deadlines, travel when necessary</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Contribute to the SIOP by preparing and leading the end-to-end Supply Reviews. Proactively identifying manufacturing supply risks working collaboratively with key stakeholders to propose mitigation plan.</li><li>Define, plan, update, and ensure compliance of Replenishment Strategy &amp; Supply Chain Parameters (stocking policy, safety stock, forecast upload and consumption rules, reorder point, ramp up/down linked to strategic inventory and anticipation stocks, lead-time, lot size) &amp; ensure master data consistency to achieve expected customer service while optimizing the health &amp; level of inventory.</li><li>Identify Circular Supply Chain opportunities (rebalance, promotion, re-use, re-distribute, repair, recycle) &amp; ensure execution in collaboration with flow controllers.</li><li>Plan &amp; ensure inventory ramp up / down linked to strategic inventory, industrial transfers, commercial event, new product introduction, and end of life.</li><li>Requires a strong leadership and a global understanding of the end-to-end supply chain planning processes to bring a positive customer impact through optimized inventory projections and supply risk mitigation.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Degree /Diploma in Business, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering or equivalent</li><li>SAP (or other ERP software) – 1-2 years</li><li>SAP Integrated Business Planning software (or other demand planning software) – 1-2 years</li><li>Understanding of MRP – 1-2 years</li><li>Planning and experience in Demand Forecasting – 1-2 years</li><li>Understanding of S&amp;OP – 1-2 years</li><li>Experience with data management, reporting, and analysis using tools at least using Excel VLOOKUP, Pivot, IF, and mathematical functions</li><li>Experience with SAP Integrated Business Planning Supply software (optional)</li><li>Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail. Responsibilities: <ul><li>Implement business process improvements - automating manual processes, optimizing data delivery, redesign/restructure data and process flows for more efficiency.</li><li>Develop expertise and aim to become a subject matter expert on the entire data, analytics and process automation ecosystem.</li><li>Bridge process and technology gaps with innovative solutions using a variety of tools (e.g. Power Automate, Python, PowerApps, Selenium, SQL, UI Path etc.)</li><li>Develop and maintain ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes for data management.</li><li>Create visually appealing, intuitive and insightful dashboards and reports using data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau).</li><li>Utilize statistical techniques to solve business problems and provide insights.</li><li>Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data and process needs and provide analytical and digitization support.</li><li>Collaborate with DBAs, IT and Architecture teams as required</li><li>Be heavily involved in development and testing of newly integrated data sources and/or environments</li><li>Document data processes, methodologies, and analysis techniques for future reference and training purposes.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering or a related field.</li><li>2+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, Digital Transformation Analyst or in a similar analytical/technical role preferably in a procurement or supply chain environment.</li><li>Experience with automation tools such as Power Automate, PowerApps, UI Path, Python, Selenium etc.</li><li>Experience with creating and managing databases in AWS, SQL Server, Oracle etc. and working with APIs to integrate systems.</li><li>Possess transferrable programming skills in any language (e.g. Python, C++, JavaScript etc.)</li><li>Proficiency in SQL for database querying and manipulation.</li><li>Experience with statistical analysis software (e.g., R, Python).</li><li>Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).</li><li>Knowledge of Excel at an advanced level (Power query, macros).</li><li>Demonstrable willingness to learn new tools and technologies.&nbsp;</li><li>Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.</li><li>Ability to explain technical processes to non-technical audiences.</li><li>Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Knowledge of machine learning algorithms and data modelling techniques.</li></ul>

Responsibilities: Leadership and Management The Business Intelligence Manager will oversee all activities that optimize the value, cost and risk of BI/analytics applications: <ul><li>Independently lead and deliver a few analytics projects at a time. Acts as the analytics translator and negotiator between the business and data teams.</li><li>Work with BU CIOs and collaborate with other IT leaders to develop overall IT strategy in the context of the business strategy.</li><li>Develop productive relationships with business leaders across the organization to influence how BI/analytics applications can enable new sources of value.</li><li>Define and enhance methodologies and practices for the application life cycle management in line with best practice and practical experience of continuous improvement.</li><li>Own all communication channels pertaining to assigned projects, including regular stakeholder review meetings</li><li>Assist in managing analytics group personnel and in developing their skills and capabilities to meet the needs of the organization.</li><li>Implement and manage application life cycle management status reporting, metrics, and benchmarks.</li></ul> Behaviors and Competencies The Business Intelligence Manager acts in a leadership role and must demonstrate the following leadership attributes: <ul><li>The ability to uphold the goals and culture of the organization.</li><li>The ability to lead, enable and motivate teams by providing advice and guidance in an inclusive fashion.</li><li>An understanding of strategic business objectives and the ability to drive results toward those objectives.</li><li>Openness to, and the ability to deal with, rapid change in business needs, processes, and technologies.</li></ul> Requirements: Skills The Business Intelligence Manager must be able to demonstrate the following: <ul><li>Strong communication skills with a proven ability to understand key concepts and communicate effectively with all levels of staff.</li><li>Proven ability to communicate technical concepts to nontechnical people to enhance understanding and drive decisions that lead to positive outcomes.</li><li>Proven ability to collaborate, build relationships and influence individuals at all levels in a matrix-management environment.&nbsp;</li><li>Strong organizational skills, the ability to perform under pressure and management of multiple priorities with competing demands for resources.</li><li>Strong analytical, data-processing and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Proficiency in process formulation and improvement.</li><li>Ability to operate and perform in a fast-paced environment managing few projects at a time</li></ul> Knowledge The Business Intelligence Manager must have an in-depth knowledge and experience of the following: <ul><li>Experience with data science, RPA, data visualization tools like Tableau and Power BI, UiPath and Python&nbsp;</li><li>IT BI/analytics applications, operations, service, and support organizations.</li><li>Data processing, analysis, and quality management tools.</li><li>Development and implementation of processes and policies.</li><li>Lean IT, agile development, and DevOps principles and frameworks.</li></ul> Experience The following experience is considered essential: <ul><li>Leading a team of at least 20 members in application development, implementation, or management.</li><li>Total 10+ years experience.</li><li>3-5+ years of experience in Software design/development, application architecture, project management, software as a service (SaaS), data management/governance, business intelligence and business process analysis.</li><li>3-5+ years of demonstrated leadership experience building cross-organizational consensus with exposure to technology providers and/or business clients.</li><li>5+ years of demonstrated experience in liaising with middle and senior management.&nbsp;</li><li>The following experience is considered desirable but not mandatory:</li><li>3-5+ years of experience working in the Manufacturing / Hi-Tech industry.</li><li>3-5+ years of experience in managing external IT service providers.</li><li>3-5+ years of experience managing the risk and cost implications of IT contracts or contract negotiations.</li><li>Membership of professional organizations, trade or user groups and a pattern of regular attendance at industry conferences to enhance knowledge of current technology.</li></ul> Education and Training <ul><li>An undergraduate or postgraduate degree in computer science, engineering, business management or a related field</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>The Brand Manager will be managing a portfolio of DTC consumer health products.</li><li>Key responsibility includes developing annual brand marketing plan and launch plan in line with strategy, budget and targets of company.</li><li>Lead the development of launch plans and tactics, engaging in activities such as Brand Strategy, Strategic/Operational Planning and Execution.</li><li>This position covers the Philippine market.</li><li>The Product Manager will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams both internally and externally - sales, finance, supply chain and third-party agency partners.</li></ul> Major activities <ul><li>Lead in go to market strategy, launch execution, activation, advertising and promotion for deployment of Brand Marketing Plan.</li><li>Drive the brand by working cross functionally and tracking development of all product initiatives to ensure timely launch of NPD within objectives and timeline.</li><li>Provide monthly analysis and findings with plan of actions using market share and available data.</li><li>Responsible in managing brand budget. Monitor and control A&amp;P expenditure within budget allocations.</li><li>Lead on-going analysis and review of new products, category, market trends, promotional programs and competitive information as part of a situation assessment on brand performance and product pipelining.</li><li>Involved in the S&amp;OP process, which involves monthly inventory sales forecast and monitoring as well as the interface between supplier and partners.</li><li>Knowledgeable in product lifecycle management</li><li>Familiar with digital and social media platforms.</li><li>Familiar and comply to advertisement compliance for healthcare products</li><li>Familiar with business to business (corporate) marketing</li></ul> Integrity &amp; Compliance: <ul><li>Works within Integrity &amp; Compliance policies and all company policies and ensures those around him/her do the same.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Degree in Business/Marketing preferred.</li><li>Good understanding of the latest marketing trends and techniques.</li><li>Understand consumer sales journey and familiar with social media platforms.</li><li>Good analytical skills, evaluate data and provide insights to improve sales.</li><li>Min 3 years of brand management and trade marketing experience from Consumer Health/FMCG products.</li><li>Customer focused with strong interpersonal skills and able to illustrate agility to work and manage cross-functional teams.&nbsp;</li><li>Able to demonstrate new pilots in the areas of digital and analytics</li><li>Detail oriented and having the ability to actively listen.</li><li>Solid communication skills including presentation, verbal and written abilities.
