Responsibilities: <ul><li>Review and confirm the test specification of new projects. Evaluate the test requirement of new projects.</li><li>Design and set up test systems for new projects.</li><li>Work with US team for test issues.</li><li>Control all testing equipment and fixtures for electrical lab.</li><li>Monitor all electrical testing process.</li><li>Prepare testing plan. Review test results.</li><li>Ensure test data integrity and proper reporting.</li><li>Solve problems on test.</li><li>Define test methods for new projects, deliver the new test methods to technicians and operators.</li><li>Get training from outside and deliver it inside.</li><li>Improve test process.</li><li>Support on lab management improvement. Develop the test capacity of the electrical test lab.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree, preferably major in electronic information technology or computer.</li><li>Adept in hardware test methodologies, especially for electrical and SI test.&nbsp;</li><li>Good experience in C#, Python or VB, can create software to do test/analysis easier.</li><li>Adept in test equipment: TDR (Time Domain Reflectometer), NA (Network Analyzer), Oscillograph, Data Timing Generator, LCR Meter, Hi-pot, Milliohm Meter, Microohm Meter, Megohm Meter, Thermal Chamber.</li><li>Adept in signal integrity test. Familiarity with the elements and testing methods of Insertion Loss, Impedance, Return Loss, Time Delay Skew, SCD21.......</li><li>Familiarity with the product verification testing. Good experience in setting up new test system, drafting test plans and documents.</li><li>Good measurement capability and analysis capability.&nbsp;</li><li>Familiarity with standards and products, such as QSFP, SFP+, PCI-E, DisplayPort, HDMI, SATA, Minis-SAS, USB…</li><li>Adept in MSA.</li><li>Fluent English both in verbal and written.</li><li>Strong PC skills. Adept in hardware and software. Adept in MS Office.</li></ul>

Responsibilities : <ul><li>Analysis of product and production systems to meet customer expectations.</li><li>Management of an engineering team of 8 people.</li><li>Training and motivating employees along the lines of quality efforts.</li><li>Perform quality control from materials to finished products.</li><li>Conducting quality audits and documenting their results.</li><li>Setting quality goals and coordinating measures to achieve them.</li><li>Preparation of reports and their analysis of internal processes.</li><li>Handling of complaints and blocking/issuance of products</li></ul> Requirements : <ul><li>Relevant college or university degree in a technical field.</li><li>Relevant experience in the automotive industry (5+ years): experience in customer and/or supplier quality matters.</li><li>Knowledge of quality assurance systems Knowledge of Core Tools (FMEA, Control Plan, MSA, PPAP, 8D, SPC).</li><li>Knowledge of IATF 16949.</li><li>VDA 6.3 process auditor qualification.</li><li>Strong computer skills, MS-Office tools (Power Point, Excel, Word and Outlook).</li><li>Fluent English and Hungarian language skills, spoken and written.</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Production area Key performance setting base on Quality strategy. To let each engineer clear understand own KPI and dedicate to quality improvement toward to corporate strategy.</li><li>Customer Complaint handling: Review 8D report, monitor customer complaint quantity, response time, 8D score, and improvement effectiveness.</li><li>COPQ Reduction: Direct and support to analysis the production data, find the quality improvement opportunity and lead team to determine the actions, follow up and verify the improvement result, take reaction base on the actual result.</li><li>People Management: Allocate work across direct reports; monitor and review their performance; mentor, coach and motivate them; and help resolve people/functional issues to achieve the targeted team performance and retain talent.</li><li>Promote continuance improvement culture through professional problem- solving tools to reduce quality cost and pursue 0PPM. In this process utilizing formal quality improvement methodologies and become a standard procedure.</li><li>Develop and implement a quality data analysis plan, monitor and evaluate data analysis results, and ensure that quality issues are effectively resolved.</li><li>Coordinate communication and cooperation with other departments, use data analysis results to guide the improvement and optimization of other business activities of the company.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Education: Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical, Electronics or relevant&nbsp;</li><li>Qualification &amp; Certification: GB certification: APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA certification</li><li>Experience: More than 8 years of working experience, and 3years at least in manager roles, automotive experience must be.</li></ul>

Responsibilities:&nbsp; <ul><li>Ensure mass production and quality during sample production to mass production, quality planning for early-stage projects.&nbsp;</li><li>Collaborate with project engineers, product engineers, and process engineers for new project development.&nbsp;</li><li>Focus on internal quality and reliability analysis and control, early-stage quality planning, and sampling frequency.</li><li>Provides technical support in evaluating products from a quality and reliability standpoint.</li><li>Leads cross-functional problem-solving teams to investigate quality issues, minimize customer impact, PPM, and cost of poor quality, and drive timely resolution.</li><li>Responsible for coordinating and ensuring completion of customer quality requested activities across design and manufacturing. This includes coordinating globally for all sites, factories, and associated team</li><li>Manage quality issues or inquiries for parts in assigned Global Product Lines. The parts may be made at a facility or a sub-tier supplier.</li></ul> Requirements:&nbsp; <ul><li>Age 35 and under, no gender preference.&nbsp;</li><li>5-8 years of work experience, looking for young and highly adaptable candidates.&nbsp;</li><li>Bachelors degree or higher.&nbsp;</li><li>Preference for candidates with management experience in the automotive electronics industry, and those who have participated in the entire process from start to finish.</li><li>Familiarity with APQP, PPAP processes, and quality management tools (like 8D, 5I, MSA).</li><li>Familiar with APQP/PPAP processes for early-stage project quality development.</li><li>Utilization of 8D/5I analysis methods for quality issues.</li><li>Proficient in the five major quality tools.</li><li>Familiar with manufacturing processes of connector assembly module products.</li><li>Familiar with TS16949 system.</li><li>Experience in the automotive electronics industry is preferred.</li><li>New project VOC quantity, PPAP audit metrics, front-end quality design, early-stage quality planning, stability and yield improvement.</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Organize and facilitate Design Review (DR) and Design Failure Modes &amp; Effects Analysis (DFMEA) reviews.&nbsp;</li><li>Implement quality planning and controls for prototype and/or sample builds and manage build te</li><li>Complete measurement system analysis for inspection systems and gages to be utilized for the project.</li><li>Review and analyze samples, quality issues and improvement actions during developing stage.&nbsp;</li><li>Involve and drive for design verification before design freeze and product qualification testing before Gate5 of project.</li><li>Conduct and analyze process capability studies in support of Final Tool Approval (FTAR) for all tools and production lines associated with the project using the Comprehensive Tool Approval Report (CTAR).&nbsp;</li><li>Implement quality controls and documentation needed for production shop floor.</li><li>Monitor process capability and oversee ongoing corrective actions as required.</li><li>Review and approve the measurement and cosmetic inspection.</li><li>Support the customer and quality system audit as required</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>At least Bachelor degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or related field</li><li>Quality control experience in cable assembly / connector / Socket or relevant industry.</li><li>Good written and oral English communication.</li><li>Understand ISO9001 quality system.</li><li>Be good at SPC, FMEA, MSA, and 7-QC tools.</li><li>Experienced in Statistical Process control techniques.&nbsp;</li><li>Understand Model Based Dimensioing (MBD) and requirements</li><li>Understand GD&amp;T definition and requirements.</li><li>Be good at APQP procedure and requirements.</li><li>Be familiar with EIA-364 test procedures.</li><li>Ability to foster teamwork and internal and external relationships.</li><li>Excellent organizational habits and priority management</li><li>Customer focused with a commitment to quality.</li><li>Internal / External Auditor</li><li>Six Sigma (preferred Black Belt)</li><li>Design of Experiments</li><li>Uplevel Communication</li><li>Strategic Planning</li><li>Skilled in using software (Mini Tab / JMP)</li><li>Quality Leader</li></ul>
