Як Комерційний Менеджер, ви будете співпрацювати з клієнтами компанії, зокрема з фермами та сільськогосподарськими підприємствами. Вашими завданнями буде: <ul><li>консультування клієнтів у сфері тваринництва;</li><li>розробка раціонів для тварин;</li><li>підтримка в ефективному використанні кормів і добавок, придбаних раніше;</li><li>рекомендації з догляду за здоров’ям тварин;</li><li>продаж товарів та послуг</li><li>залучення нових клієнтів</li><li>та інші завдання, спрямовані на підвищення продуктивності клієнтів.</li><li>Локація довільна, працювати можна з любої області України</li></ul> Вимоги: <ul><li>На цю позицію ми розглядаємо як початківців, так і досвідчених фахівців. Responsibilities: <ul><li>Perform inspection of finished or in process goods, analyze data and identify trends in defects or errors.</li><li>Conduct root cause analysis for defects, nonconformities or other quality failures.</li><li>Coordinate department functions that include continuous improvement processes, compliance to audits and assisting with customer specifications and quality issues.</li><li>Ensure environmental health and safety training and new procedure implementation are executed and completed timely and accurately.</li><li>Assist with related training development and scheduling.</li><li>Provide training, coaching and mentoring to team members.</li><li>Plan, coordinate and direct all regulatory compliance, laboratory, food and feed safety and quality programs within the location to ensure compliance with customer, supplier and government requirements and expectations.</li><li>Handle basic issues and problems under direct supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.</li><li>Take part in internal audits, external manufactories audits, suppliers audit.</li><li>Other duties as assigned.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>SAP experience,</li><li>1C system</li><li>HACCP, audit process and requirements</li><li>Moderate computer skills (word processing, spreadsheets, and database navigation)</li><li>Strong interpersonal skills</li><li>Attention to detail</li><li>Validated change management in an industrial setting</li><li>Experience in leading cross functional teams</li><li>Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience</li><li>Other minimum qualifications may apply</li></ul>
