Responsibilities: Risk Assessment and Control Design: <ul><li>Work with the Teams to develop sustainable policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local laws and Group referentials, strengthen internal controls and promote standardization of processes.&nbsp;</li><li>Leads the yearly Internal Control self-assessment campaign (SMART).&nbsp;</li><li>Identify the main control gaps and business partner with the process owners to formulate pragmatic, practical solutions and recommendations.&nbsp;</li><li>Defines and manages the Entity’s Internal Control roadmap.&nbsp;</li></ul> Testing and Monitoring: <ul><li>Review supporting documents submitted by process owners, challenge declarations/ratings and performs substantive tests to validate the accuracy of process owners’ self-assessments.&nbsp;</li><li>Perform routine checks as an independent reviewer of business processes to ensure the continuous operating effectiveness of key controls.&nbsp;</li><li>Document test findings and work with process owners to develop remediation plans for identified control deficiencies.&nbsp;</li></ul> Reporting and Communication: <ul><li>Prepare clear and concise presentations for senior management and relevant stakeholders on the status of internal controls, identified risks and remediation efforts.&nbsp;</li><li>Communicate and business partner effectively with all process owners to provide guidance on control implementations and improvements.&nbsp;</li></ul> Continuous Improvement: <ul><li>Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the internal control environment.&nbsp;</li><li>Actively contribute to process continuous improvement initiatives.&nbsp;</li></ul> Training and Support: <ul><li>Leverage the Group tools and referentials (e.g., charters, standards, and systems) to provide insights on critical issues to be taken in consideration.&nbsp;</li><li>Provide training and guidance to employees on internal control concepts, policies, and procedures.&nbsp;</li><li>Promote and activate a strong internal control culture across the Entity.&nbsp;</li><li>Shares initiatives with Group and Zone Internal Control Departments.&nbsp;</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>8+ years of relevant experience in financial or business roles with a focus on internal control, process reviews/improvement (e.g., Internal Control, Internal Audit, or a similar role).&nbsp;</li><li>Experience with Enterprise Risk Management would be an added advantage.</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.&nbsp;</li><li>Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence all levels in the Entity.&nbsp;</li><li>Systems oriented. Knowledge of SAP and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite is a plus.&nbsp;</li><li>Able to work independently and possesses a strong sense of responsibility and ownership</li></ul>

Responsibilities: Sourcing Standardization &amp; Alignment: <ul><li>Act as the expert for sourcing compliance, providing expert guidance, and resolving any discrepancies between Group guidelines and local realities.</li><li>Monitor compliance through KPIs that drive performance and results.</li><li>Partner with global excellence teams to tailor Group norms to the SAPMENA context, leveraging regional successes to enhance global standards.</li></ul> Process Optimization &amp; Innovation: <ul><li>Drive the simplification and optimization of sourcing processes, systems, and tools across the region, working in close partnership with Sourcing management.</li><li>Identify and champion the adoption of new technologies, like Generative AI, to further streamline workflows, automate tasks, and empower sourcing teams.</li><li>Continuously evaluate and improve the training programs for sourcing-related systems and tools.</li></ul> Sustainability &amp; Compliance Leadership: <ul><li>Embed sustainability and ethical sourcing practices as integral components of the SAPMENA sourcing landscape.</li><li>Collaborate with Sourcing teams to translate Group-level sustainability and compliance KPIs into tangible actions and guidelines for local implementation.</li><li>Provide ongoing support and guidance to local teams, empowering them to achieve and surpass ambitious sustainability and compliance targets.</li></ul> Data Integrity &amp; Transparency: <ul><li>Implement mechanisms to ensure the accuracy, consistency, and accessibility of sourcing data across all SAPMENA entities.</li><li>Develop and utilize insightful reporting dashboards to track key performance indicators, monitor progress towards targets, and identify areas for optimization.</li></ul> Best Practice Sharing &amp; Knowledge Management: <ul><li>Foster a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous improvement within the excellence community and represent SAPMENA in worldwide forums</li><li>Assess the sourcing teams knowledge and drive training initiatives to address the gaps</li><li>Launch engaging excellence campaigns that inspire and mobilize the organization to embrace and implement best-in-class sourcing practices.</li><li>Represent the Sourcing Excellence team in worldwide meetings, discussions and workshops.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelors degree required (MBA preferable); a focus on Finance is a plus.</li><li>Minimum of 10 years of proven experience in Sourcing, Internal Control, and/or project management related to tool implementation , process optimization or sustainability.</li><li>Experience in regional or global roles is highly desirable.</li><li>Excellent analytical skills, with a demonstrated ability to gather, analyze, and interpret complex data to drive strategic decisions.</li><li>Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively conveying information and building strong relationships with both corporate stakeholders and country teams.&nbsp;</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Define the strategic directions and marketing plan, guide portfolio priorities (new launches, pillar products’ renewal and animation of core catalogue)&nbsp;</li><li>Define clear messages to present to top management and accompany the teams in the preparation of meetings</li><li>Steer the collection and analysis of consumer and market insights, share findings with Travel Retail Zone to ensure the consistency of new product development with Travel Retail APAC needs (Travel Retail Exclusive Sets development for Chinese PAX)</li><li>Take ownership of international launches to create the right angle of attack locally to build integrated, engaging consumer brand experiences in the Travel Retail channel.</li><li>Supervise the entire development process and the respect of deadlines&nbsp;</li><li>Lead the marketing mix strategies (IMC/360/Digital/Retail) and the adaptation of communication (imagery, digital, point of sales)&nbsp;</li><li>Mobilise other departments (sales, logistic, education, etc.) and partner agencies to develop a broader business strategy&nbsp;</li><li>Ensure perfect execution in store of the marketing and retail strategy (Merchandising, planogram, quality of service) in the Point of sales</li><li>Manage the budget (sales forecast; price strategy, profitability of the brand, P&amp;L, etc.)&nbsp;</li><li>Build, develop and manage your team, train them and develop their marketing expertise and know-how&nbsp;</li><li>Recruit, develop and manage team. Responsibilities: <ul><li>This role supports the Legal &amp; Privacy Head’s daily functions and is a strong ambassador to the trusted ‘gate-keeper’ objectives across sales, marketing, operations, purchasing and other business stakeholders.&nbsp;</li><li>The activities include handling the day-to-day legal team administration linked to business needs.</li><li>Co-ordinate the roll-out of legal / compliance training across all regional hub offices with key focus across commercial, purchasing, and regulatory forms related to the distribution of consumer goods globally in Chinese and English.&nbsp;</li><li>Knowledge of the travel retail distribution channel an advantage.</li><li>Multi-task and be organised across various delegations, ‘ad-hoc’ administrative tasks and assignments.</li><li>Take part in developing internal control initiatives whilst anticipating legal and reputational risks, actively listening, reviewing, and drafting forms, as required.</li><li>Develop and roll-out contract life cycle processes with company stakeholders to finalise forms externally.&nbsp;</li><li>Constructively challenging the status-quo and breaking barriers for effective ‘ways-of-working’.</li><li>Facilitate various projects through the co-ordination, drafting forms and checking thoroughly the processes for compliance.</li><li>Have attention to detail with a proven ability to optimise limited business resources, work collaboratively with different cultures and adapt to agile ways-of-working.</li></ul>&nbsp;Requirements: <ul><li>2 to 4 years of work experience with relevant university qualifications in Law.&nbsp;</li><li>Additional qualifications in business, political science, tax, compliance, languages and communications, will be highly regarded.</li><li>Mandarin Chinese (written + spoken, preferably) to assist in China Hub local form review and staff training.</li><li>Detail-oriented, self-starter and comfortable working independently (in a small team setting) with relevant private practice training and in-house work experience, having proven stakeholder management with a ‘can-do’ mindset.</li><li>Strong awareness and interest in the business of luxury and FMCG brands. Has an entrepreneurial mindset with curiosity across all aspects of B-2-B retail and the end-consumer journeys. Knowledge of the digital marketing and social platform space (i.e., AliPay, Douyin, WeChat, Weibo, Ctrip, etc.) is an advantage.</li><li>Displaying strong awareness over legal issues and curiosity on global consumer trends in the Asia-Pacific region (i.e., digital retail, data-privacy protections, competition, bribery/corruption, customs/trade, etc.).</li><li>Direct mentorship opportunities from daily business interactions across the organisation as well as continuous professional development offered on various topics (i.e., business, soft-skills, etc.)</li></ul>
