Responsibilities: <ul><li>Lead a team of UK-based editors to create, maintain, and deliver exceptional analytical content for Legal and Tax Markets portfolios, as well as for Halsbury’s Laws of England and the Stair Memorial Encyclopaedia of the Laws of Scotland.</li><li>Lead adoption of AI as a core component of editorial workflows, guiding the team to leverage LLMs and AI-enabled tools to drive efficiency, scale, and content innovation; document and iterate prompts, and apply strong editorial judgment to validate, refine, and continuously improve outputs for publication and stakeholder use.</li><li>Set and elevate expectations for team performance and operational success; own, drive and articulate performance KPIs, manage metrics dashboards and production schedules; set and track productivity goals; and take decisive action to ensure content meets quality, timeliness, and completeness targets.</li><li>Support the development of an integrated global team, influencing stakeholders across regions to maximise operational value through shared best practices, tools, and the continuous improvement of digital and print workflows.</li><li>Develop a cross-trained team across UK analytical editorial operations functions, enabling flexibility to respond to changing priorities and workload demands within and across business units.</li><li>Conduct regular coaching sessions, mid-year reviews, and annual evaluations, building a high-performing, accountable team and fostering a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and innovation.</li><li>Collaborate closely with commercial (in-market) stakeholders and Global Operations and Global Tech teams, ensuring editorial operations are aligned to global priorities, customer needs, and product performance.&nbsp;</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelors degree in law preferred.</li><li>Candidate must reside in the United Kingdom.</li><li>6+ years of people management experience required.</li><li>Hands-on experience deploying AI in workflows (content/knowledge domain preferred), translating use cases into scalable operating models with a focus on measuring impact on quality, throughput, and risk.</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint; experience using project management software such as Monday.com or Asana; XML a plus.</li><li>Publishing or content experience preferred.</li><li>Change management experience preferred.</li></ul> Skills: <ul><li>Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills; ability to synthesise relevant information for Global Editorial Operations and commercial leaders and your team.</li><li>Collaborative management style with ability to lead cross-functional, team-based, deadline-intensive strategic initiatives and delivery.</li><li>Business/commercial acumen; data analysis.</li><li>Excellent organization/project planning and time management.</li><li>Strong process-orientation (developing consistent processes, documenting best practices, etc.).</li><li>Experience leading teams through organizational transformation, operating effectively in environments where priorities, processes, and ways of working continue to evolve.</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Partner with Account Executives / Strategic Account Managers to research prospects, shape pursuit strategies, and drive opportunities from qualification through close (new business and expansion), including positioning, objection handling, driving stakeholder alignment.</li><li>Engage managing partners, practice chairs, firm leadership, and senior in-house counsel to understand priorities and position us as a trusted partner in legal AI and workflow transformation.</li><li>Lead senior-level discovery and structured workflow analysis to diagnose challenges, map decision makers / champions, and identify value levers, inefficiencies, and measurable ROI opportunities.</li><li>Translate legal workflows into clear, commercially compelling use cases and solution strategies, aligned to practice areas and client strategic objectives.</li><li>Design and deliver tailored, insight-led demonstrations and high-impact presentations that connect workflow insight, product capability, and commercial outcomes across 1:1, small group, and large group settings.</li><li>Develop bespoke proof-of-concept engagements to validate value and build confidence; serve as the Voice of the Customer by partnering with product/engineering/marketing/strategy, informed by customer/competitor/market research, and represent us at industry events and executive briefings.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>For US-based employee, have a JD</li><li>For UK-based coverage, be a Qualified Solicitor (England &amp; Wales) with 3+ years PQE • 3+ years of experience in leading law firm (Top 50) or in-house experience in large corporation</li><li>Background in corporate, finance, disputes/litigation, or other complex practice areas with demonstrable client-facing experience (preferred).</li><li>Have experience establishing credibility with partners, firm leadership, and senior in house counsel through strong executive presence, legal expertise, and AI fluency.</li><li>Deliver persuasive, insight-led presentations and demonstrations that engage both legal and business stakeholders (including impromptu whiteboard-style and formal presentations/demos).</li><li>Demonstrate a deep understanding of legal workflows, legal service delivery models, and emerging legal technology trends - able to translate this into tailored, workflow-specific value narratives.</li><li>Demonstrate curiosity, intellectual enthusiasm, and conviction about how AI and legal technology can transform legal workflows and client delivery.</li><li>Operate effectively in a target-driven, revenue-accountable role with a clear commercial mindset (pipeline/revenue ownership).</li><li>Collaborate effectively across teams (sales, marketing, product, client success) to deliver unified client engagement strategies. Role Description: <ul><li>ICT has ambitious growth plans for our technology-based propositions and seeks a Technology Sales Director to drive the accomplishment of these plans. In this role, you will actively seek, develop, and close new business opportunities to achieve our technology sales goals in the P&amp;C and Life insurance markets.&nbsp;</li><li>The role holder will be a senior colleague responsible for driving revenue growth in the South-West European division through strategic technology sales pursuits, partnerships, and client engagement.&nbsp;</li></ul> Responsibilities: Your main areas of focus will be:&nbsp; <ul><li>Engage as a market-maker across SWE focussed on large and strategic technology opportunities in which you will work collaboratively with regional, divisional and local teams to help seek, develop, and close new sales pursuits.&nbsp;</li><li>Take accountability for client retention and actively collaborate with client relationship managers.&nbsp;</li><li>Develop and maintain c-suite relationships, especially CTO/CIOs within select technology clients.&nbsp;</li><li>Support and mentor fellow consultants, other technology sales colleagues, and regional proposition teams to help achieve ICT’s overall growth plans within the EMEA region.&nbsp;</li><li>Align technology capabilities with insurer requirements ensuring value and return on investment is maximized for success.&nbsp;</li></ul> Pipeline and Sales:&nbsp; <ul><li>Develop and manage a qualified pipeline through seeking out prospects, calling on potential clients and building upon existing client relationships.&nbsp;</li><li>Collaborate with the senior consultants to leverage existing relationships and technology footprint in the market.&nbsp;</li><li>Identify and conduct initial triage of client needs, and develop ideas for meeting those needs, presenting information on our client capabilities, strategically cross-selling ICT and other our client businesses solutions aligned with client needs and introducing subject matter experts, as required, to win the business.&nbsp;</li><li>Promote our client as a leader in the market with superior industry knowledge, insights, and solutions.&nbsp;</li><li>Design and lead execution of go-to-market sales strategies and campaigns focused on new and existing clients.&nbsp;</li><li>Engage directly with prospects to showcase our client capabilities and provide customized solutions that address their unique challenges.&nbsp;</li><li>Collaborate with marketing and proposition leadership to create sales messages, product collateral, and increase overall market awareness.&nbsp;</li><li>Obtain referral leads from existing clients.&nbsp;</li><li>Identify and pursue cross-selling opportunities.&nbsp;</li><li>Develop new relationships with individuals responsible for making or influencing decisions in areas relevant to our solutions.&nbsp;</li></ul> Client Management:&nbsp; <ul><li>Proven success in senior client management and/or sales roles with revenue targets.&nbsp;</li><li>Minimum of 10 years of industry experience.&nbsp;</li><li>In addition to English, at least one of Italian, Franch or Spanish is required.&nbsp;</li><li>Proven track record of successful pipeline development, delivery of effective sales strategies and reputation as a client-centric sales professional.&nbsp;</li><li>Extensive understanding of and experience in insurance underwriting, actuarial (product development, valuation, financial reporting, modelling, experience studies, assumption setting), risk (including economic capital) and finance functions and related technology&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to learn new technology solutions and demonstrate these solutions to clients at a high level.&nbsp;</li><li>Meticulous and analytical, confident in problem solving and decision making.&nbsp;</li><li>Good team player with ability to influence without authority in a matrix organisation.&nbsp;</li><li>Ambition to help insurers succeed.&nbsp;</li><li>Excellent communication (written, verbal and oral) skills and interpersonal skills and ability to forge relationships at senior levels of organisations.&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to work in a client-centric strategic and decisive manner according to tight deadlines.&nbsp;</li><li>Availability to travel on an as needed basis including client visits, conferences, internal meetings, etc.&nbsp;</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Provide application L1/L2 support and system checks (CPU, disk usage, logs, services)</li><li>Troubleshoot and resolve system and application issues, and provide on-site technical support to ensure timely resolution and minimal disruption to business operations</li><li>Monitor application health and system alerts, escalating issues as needed</li><li>Log incidents and service requests in the ticketing system, ensuring timely resolution</li><li>Coordinate with L3 teams and vendors for issue escalation and follow-up</li><li>Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as application updates, patching, and backups</li><li>Maintain clear documentation of issues, fixes, and procedures</li><li>Participate in system testing, deployment, and post-deployment support activities</li><li>Assist in user access management and configuration </li><li>Requirements:</li><li>Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Communications Engineering or equivalent</li><li>Minimum 2 years in application maintenance, support or server infrastructure setup</li><li>Experience participating in Kubernetes cluster projects, with proficiency in using relevant commands to check application logs</li><li>Experience with at least two of the following Virtualization Technology/Platforms: VMware, Xen, KVM, OpenStack, Cloud Stack, Azure Stack</li><li>Experience with cloud orchestration, configuration management and auto-scaling techniques</li><li>Thorough knowledge of networking, routers, switches, and WiFi setup</li><li>Hands on experience in deploying ceph using different file system such as object storage, rbd, cephfs storage</li><li>Good knowledge of storage technologies, such as NAS, SAN, SDS</li><li>Experience with automation tools such as Salt/Chef/Puppet/Ansible</li><li>Experience with load balancing setup for TCP/IP, HTTP, DNS, routings.</li><li>Experience in using software version control</li><li>Knowledge of IT security standards, for instance from CIS or IM8.</li><li>Experience in IT security policy management and enforcing IT security</li><li>Knowledge of computer hardware components and ability to restore faulty servers to working condition.</li><li>Experience in coding or scripting languages such as bash, windows batch script, powershell, perl, python, etc.&nbsp;</li></ul>
