Responsibilities:Responsible for the project management of localized TREX sets - new launches.Lead the TREX development process, manage the projects to be on time, on cost, on quality, with sustainability footprint.Plan, execute and oversee business about the project status, alert on the risk and deliver the industrial solution with flexibility.Collaborate with Brand/ Marketing teams to build TREX launch plans by incorporating profitability, scheduling, time to market (TTM), quality of execution, and achieving sustainability targets.Coordinate cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders to ensure flawless execution on project planning.Accountable for the artwork development of packaging, study with external supplier on industrial feasibility to meet with group compliance requirement and design targets.Verify and monitor the product quality by defining the packaging & finished goods (FG) specification.
