Responsibilities: <ul><li>Responsible for the day-to-day operations and longer term planning for manufacturing functions, including manufacturing, production control, engineering, inventory control, purchasing and shipping/receiving activities. Defines goals, improves technologies, and resolves problems.&nbsp;</li><li>Translates customer requirements into state-of-the-art manufacturing strategies and processes, resulting in cost effective processing and profitable manufacturing of company products. Develops operations-related plans, budgets, and policies and procedures. Responsibilities: <ul><li>Provide centralized engineering support for all NAWCOD operations.</li><li>Ensure well intervention requirements are technically and operationally feasible and can be conducted safely.</li><li>Ensure all well interventions and testing equipment being used in NAWCOD meet jobs safety and technical requirement.&nbsp;Liaise with Production Engineering to prepare activity level forecasts.</li><li>Initiate, facilitate and evaluate trial tests of new technologies.</li><li>Conduct well intervention operation audits, including service providers and personnel competency performance, to ensure compliance with the best in class practices. Evaluate offshore vessels (Jack up Barges) needs for well services operations for safety compliance and technical needs.
