Cloud Engineer

Responsibilities: Technical Communication/Presentation: <ul><li>Creatively develops tools, visual aids and other original content to support the understanding/education of complex and technical information (e.g., legal, operational risk, and regulatory data).</li><li>Utilizes of the organization’s business model and operations to drive high impact projects and complex analyses that support the organization’s mission.</li><li>Leverages deep understanding of the policies, practices, trends and information that impact the organization and its customers to plan for future projects.</li><li>Utilizes of the business and financial impact of decisions/solutions to drive high-impact projects that support the organization and contribute to financial performance.</li></ul> Industry Knowledge: <ul><li>Demonstrates advanced understanding of the industry and its performance by remaining current on leading trends and interacting with industry stakeholders.</li><li>Serves as an expert on industry issues, including trends and challenges or concepts; provides guidance and expertise on unique situations.</li><li>Guides customers and key stakeholders on selection and application of industry products/services, enabling them with the proper tools, resources and for successful implementation.</li></ul> Stakeholder Engagement: <ul><li>Identifies and manages key business partner relationships, listens to and understands their needs and expectations, maintains open two-way communication and delivers value to business partner.&nbsp;</li><li>Maintains, facilitates, and improves upon those relationships and demonstrates accountability for results. </li><li>Develops trust and influence among key business partners.&nbsp;Is available and consistently communicates with business partners to reach desired goals in a timely manner, showing flexibility when needed.</li></ul> IT Network Management: <ul><li>Plans and determines resources for network management projects and provides suggestions to enhance capabilities and performance.</li></ul> Technical Communication/Presentation: <ul><li>Creatively develops tools, visual aids and other original content to support the understanding/education of complex and technical information (e.g., legal, operational risk, and regulatory data).</li><li>Guides others on the best practices and approaches for creating clear, concise and organized communication materials to convey technical concepts in a user-friendly way.</li><li>Challenges others to bring fresh and creative perspective to differentiating technical communications and ensuring comprehension and ease-of-use for various audiences.</li></ul> Emerging Technology Trends and Practices: <ul><li>Applies of emerging technology trends and best practices to show the potential business application of technology improvements.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Experience range 12 to 16 years</li><li>Communicates effectively</li><li>Leverages data purposefully&nbsp;</li><li>Manages detail and complexity</li><li>Ability to troubleshoot complex cloud infrastructure and application issues.</li><li>Familiarity with DevOps principles and how cloud engineering ties into the larger DevOps ecosystem.</li></ul>
