Job Description: <ul><li>The Customer Service and Admin (CS&amp;A) Team Lead is responsible for the Customer Service and Admin Organization in the Frontline comprising of the Customer Service (callouts, inbound queries and outbound surveys and core 3 nurturing), Customer Service Admin and Workplace teams.</li><li>CS&amp;A Team Lead actively drives customer centricity in the entire organization, develops the CS&amp;A team and ensures operational excellence in the CS&amp;A teams.</li></ul>&nbsp;Responsibilities: <ul><li>Lead, manages, evaluates, and develops Customer Service and Admin Organization to ensure that the organization’s customer service and administration strategy is implemented effectively, consistently, and according to the established guidelines and budgets</li><li>Assures that daily work performed follows generally stated objectives as well as cost-effectiveness and competitiveness and is completed with quality, on time and within budget.</li><li>Manages general communication and collaboration with FL representatives (e.g. Maintenance Operations Excellence Manager, Offering and Sales Development Managers) and with Shared Service Centers (SSC)</li><li>Distributes tasks and levels the daily workload, if needed</li><li>Manages directly special requests from the FL or helps Customer Service and Admin Organization workforce to answer</li><li>Coaches and drives competence development in the team and makes sure there is a career path for all team members</li><li>Drives Behavior to represent as one team towards the customer</li><li>Uses Customer Service data to bring forward ideas to improve customer experience</li><li>Balances between operational and long-term developments</li><li>Manages FL CS&amp;A operations</li><li>Responsible for managing the customer service and administration activities within budget</li><li>Ensure processes are followed according to defined global processes</li><li>Responsible to implement and ensure proper working of new tools / processes / systems</li><li>Responsible to meet KPI targets</li><li>Create a friendly and desirable working environment to minimize turnover rate</li><li>Responsible to ensure that customers’ and internal queries and complaints are promptly replied and followed up</li></ul>&nbsp;Requirements: <ul><li>University degree in commercial or technical sciences or similar through experience</li><li>Good spoken and written English and local languages</li><li>Basic skills with MS Office tools and applications</li><li>Preferably at least 2 years of experience on leadership</li><li>People Management skills</li><li>Leadership experience</li><li>Solid communication skills (written + spoken)</li><li>Previous work experience in customer service and administration and/or strong understanding of customer needs from a relevant industry</li><li>Experience: 3 to 5 years in customer service and admin team lead position, preferably with one company. Responsibilities: Goal Setting <ul><li>Production area Key performance setting base on Quality strategy</li><li>To let each engineer clear understand own KPI and dedicate to quality improvement toward to corporate strategy</li></ul> Customer Complaint handling <ul><li>Review 8D report, monitor customer complaint quantity, response time, 8D score, and improvement effectiveness.</li><li>To improve customer satisfaction and compliance the strategy to ECE</li></ul> COPQ Reduction <ul><li>Direct and support to analysis the production data, find the quality improvement opportunity and lead team to determine the actions, follow up and verify the improvement result, take</li><li>reaction base on the actual result.</li><li>To control scrap cost and continue improvement process quality to contribute cost saving.</li></ul> CIP <ul><li>Review historical data to identify CIP projects, and follow up the progress.</li><li>To continual reduce COPQ and prevent customer complaint as well as efficiency improvement.</li></ul> Audit supports <ul><li>Coordinate and support external and internal audits, communicate about audit findings and lead the corrective actions where appropriate to ensure that audits are completed in a timely</li><li>manner</li></ul> People Management <ul><li>Allocate work across direct reports; monitor and review their performance; mentor, coach and motivate them; and help resolve people/functional issues to achieve the targeted team</li><li>performance and retain talent</li></ul> Lesson learn <ul><li>Share experience with team to prevent potential quality risk.</li></ul> Requirements: Education:&nbsp; <ul><li>Bachelor degree or above in Mechanical, Electronics or relevant&nbsp;</li></ul> Qualification &amp; Certification: <ul><li>APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA certification;</li></ul> Experience: <ul><li>More than 5 years of working experience in quality process management, Automotive experience must be.&nbsp;</li></ul> Technical Skill &amp; Competencies: <ul><li>Master APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA,8D.&nbsp;</li><li>Process audit and product audit skills</li><li>Familiar with ISO9001, IATF16949</li><li>Familiar with 8D method</li><li>Familiar with special characteristic symbol requirements</li><li>Proficient in written and oral English</li><li>Good communication skill, integrity, accountability, logical, self-motivated, ability to work under pressure</li><li>Good interpersonal skill</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Be part of the IT support team works in manufacturing environment and handles IT tickets</li><li>Attend to tickets for incidents, service requests and alerts or problems with IT system.</li><li>Maintain ownership of issues until resolution and ensure close timely.</li><li>Collaborate and work closely with global teams, application teams and third party vendors to resolve issue and minimal downtime.</li><li>Log tickets and set priority in ticketing tool and escalate for next level support if needed.&nbsp;</li><li>Contribute ideas to enhance application to minimize repeating support issues.</li><li>Work on IT enhancement projects and deliver as per schedule.&nbsp;</li><li>Work as part of a global team to support manufacturing environment.</li><li>Provide after-hours support for manufacturing related emergencies.</li><li>Monitor IT incident tickets trending and ensure KPI is achieved.</li></ul> ﻿Requirements: <ul><li>Working knowledge of IT Hardware and basic understanding of network concept.</li><li>At least 3 years of experience supporting endpoints</li><li>Ability to learn and master applications used in manufacturing.</li><li>Willing to work on 12-hour shift patterns</li><li>At least 3 years of working experience in clean room environment.</li><li>Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skill.&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to manage and meet customer expectation and high customer orientation.</li><li>Excellent communication and logical thinking mind set.</li><li>Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related fields.</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>According to product drawings and project requirements, make and submit project-related plan information.</li><li>According to the NPI project progress plan, design the plating process flow, complete the production of plating samples, and submit to FAA.</li><li>Coordinate the design review, changes and improvements related to the project and correct the defects and deficiencies in the design.</li><li>Tackle the technical problems of equipment and fixtures in the production process and make suggestions for improvement.</li><li>Complete the relevant documents and operating specifications required for mass production to meet the guiding conditions required for formal production.</li><li>Lead the improvement of the existing process technology and actively promote the lean management model to ensure the department can achieve KPI indicators.</li><li>Analyze and control production parameters and material consumption and provide relevant technical support for various improvements.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree or above, applied chemical engineering or chemical engineering related major.</li><li>More than three years of working experience in plating process.</li><li>Have good communication skills, teamwork spirit and analysis ability of difficult problems.</li><li>English CET-4 or above</li></ul>
