Responsibilities: <ul><li>Be responsible GL and FA functions for middle-size legal entity</li><li>Prepare manual GL journal entries, review system generated journal entries and propose adjustment if necessary</li><li>Perform month-end closing activities, including closing checklist preparation, posting periods maintenance, and GL closing</li><li>Generate and review TB, BS and P&amp;L, prepare financial reports including statutory reports, Hyperion reports, etc.</li><li>Coordinate and perform monthly accounts reconciliation, follow up to resolve variances</li><li>Prepare ad-hoc reports and analysis as required</li><li>Prepare SOX documentation on GL related functions in order to ensure the documents represent the companys existing situation; and implement an action plan to address the SOX findings in order to ensure compliance with SOX regulations and other Corporate policies</li><li>Provide support in external and internal audits</li><li>Assist GL Supervisor to identify potential areas for improvement, support the implementation of the initiatives in order to drive continuous optimization</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>College degree or above, majoring in accounting, finance or a related field</li><li>More than 3 years’ working experience in GL, experience in multi-national company or shared service environment is preferred</li><li>Good knowledge of US GAAP, PRC accounting standards and related statutory regulations&nbsp;</li><li>Good communication (written and oral) skills in both English and Mandarin</li><li>Proficient in MS Office, SAP and Hyperion system experience is preferred</li><li>Integrity, accountability, proactive working attitude, customer-oriented, self-motivated, ability to work under pressure</li></ul>

Responsibilities: Audit Support: <ul><li>As part of the Annual Financial (external) audit process, the accounting department is requested by our external auditor to provide supporting documentation and audit evidence. In this role you are responsible for</li><li>preparation of audit schedules and collection of the supporting documents.</li></ul> Depending on the region (APR/EMEA) the audit support can include, but is not limited to: <ul><li>Collecting supporting documentation for the Order to Cash Process and the Procure to Pay Process.</li><li>Maintaining overview of the status of the requested supporting documentation and follow up on outstanding documents.</li><li>Reporting progress of the requested supporting documentation and escalate issues, to the accounting teams in EMEA and APR.</li><li>Liaise with and escalate to, in case of missing documents, with the logistics and customer services department in EMEA and APR.&nbsp;</li></ul> Accounting Support: <ul><li>Responsible for running repetitive transactions with some guidance, across a large number of legal entities, potentially regionally independent</li><li>Preparation and maintenance of assigned balance sheet accounts</li><li>Manage cash clearing and other in transit accounts</li><li>Preparation of accounts reconciliations</li><li>Calculation and preparation of standard and ad hoc journal entries such as , but not limited to accruals and prepayments</li><li>Any other transactional accounting tasks</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in accounting.</li><li>Looking for a candidate with minimum 2 - 5 years of accounting or auditing experience within a multinational company.</li><li>User knowledge of PC based and mainframe computer systems, preferably SAP R3 and Microsoft office.</li><li>Fluent in English both written and spoken.</li><li>Good interpersonal and communication skills.</li><li>A team player, being able to work independently, accurately and with tight deadlines.</li><li>Possess analytical and problem-solving skill sets, including the capacity to apply analyze accounting process for improvements in efficiency and effectiveness.</li><li>Has a "can-do" attitude, pro-active, flexible mind-set.</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Performing general accounting and reporting tasks, including processing journal entries, calculation of accruals, posting and process allocations.</li><li>Preparing financial statements in accordance with IGAAP / Ind AS.</li><li>Revenue &amp; Intercompany accompany accounting.</li><li>Management of month close process of accounting books, ensuring the books are closed on time and in good quality.</li><li>Cooperation and communication with external institutions, auditors and internal clients.</li><li>Experience in closure of Statutory and tax Audits.</li><li>Ensuring completeness and correctness of data in accounting / financial system during month end process.</li><li>Measurement of effectiveness and optimization of accounting processes.</li><li>Reporting of financial results in relevant systems.</li><li>Balance sheet reconciliation - analysis and review of the balance sheet items.</li><li>Preparing monthly / annual / quarterly reports and other documents required by the management team.</li><li>Perform accounting analyses and reporting to support decision-making purposes.</li><li>Maintenance and enhancement of ERP structure, in line with the business needs.</li><li>Maintaining fixed assets accounting.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Professional experience in the area of accounting / bookkeeping of General Ledger.</li><li>Chartered Accountant qualifications is a must.</li><li>Good understanding of General Ledger processes.</li><li>Experience with BlackLine or similar tools will be an advantage.</li><li>Practical knowledge of Ind AS and IGAAP.</li><li>Prior Experience in product based (FMCG) and service companies.</li><li>Very good command of spoken and written English.</li><li>Good knowledge of accounting systems (SAP mandatory).</li><li>Good knowledge of MS Office.</li><li>Methodical approach to work with a strong focus on accuracy, attention to details, consistency and quality.</li><li>Ability to work in a team.</li><li>Chartered Accountant</li></ul>

Responsibilities:The Quality Associate I, Operations is responsible for actively participating in “on the floor” Quality activities during product manufacturing and/or packaging.Quality activities include product sampling and inspection, area clearance to confirm process readiness, and non-conforming event support to resolve in-process issues.Communicates to multiple departments and supervision to provide timely process and issue updates.Identifies and escalates issues or problems to appropriate supervision. Responsibilities: You will ensure that the legal entity's financial reporting is prepared in a timely manner in accordance with both Company Accounting Standards and statutory requirements.Oversee the defined tasks in the month-end closing process executed by finance operations partner(s), Company Business Services, and the finance Global Process Owners (GPOs) are performed.Collaborate with the finance operations partner(s), Company Business Services, and finance on close activities, providing local business insight and supporting evidence on account movements.Review and approve key reconciliations journal entries and the bridge between Company Reporting (IFRS) and statutory reporting.Ensure that proper balance sheet reconciliation is prepared for the legal entity per the Company balance sheet reconciliation policy.Manage the timeliness, completeness, and accuracy of both legal entity and business line/unit results and forecasts in the organisation consolidation system (CPM Beacon) in collaboration with business controllers.SAP and CPM Beacon (SAP BPC) or similar application, working knowledge preferred.Knowledge of IFRS as well as local GAAP and other relevant local tax & legal legislation.Organize and run periodic financial performance and balance sheet reviews with the Finance Director, Business Controllers, Company Business Services, and finance operations partner(s).Ensure that statutory and tax reporting are filed in accordance with both, the local legislation and globally agreed timelines.Manage audit process ensuring that both group as well as statutory audits are conducted in accordance with globally defined schedules and scope.Continuous follow-up of local legislation and understanding of potential impacts on our business and financial reporting.
