Responsibilities: <ul><li>Experience in sales and marketing, specifically in the pharmaceutical and consumer goods sectors.</li><li>Key Account Management (KAM) experience, with a focus on product management and brand management.</li><li>Proven track record in sales and marketing within the Over-The-Counter (OTC) and consumer healthcare segments.</li><li>Expertise in managing teams, developing brands, and executing brand-building strategies.</li><li>Strong understanding of consumer health trends and the ability to drive marketing initiatives to align with market demands.</li><li>Ability to collaborate cross-functionally to support business growth and expand market presence.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).</li><li>7+ years of experience in sales and marketing within the pharmaceutical, OTC, or consumer goods industries.</li><li>Demonstrated experience in Key Account Management, product management, and brand management.</li><li>Proven ability to lead and manage teams, with experience in developing and executing brand-building strategies.</li><li>Strong understanding of the consumer healthcare sector and OTC products.</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>To develop and establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas and projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products in collaboration with marketing.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>To be responsible for sales objective set for OTC team and manage sales strategies to achieve sales target, improve market share and profitability for the business.&nbsp;</li><li>Propose and implement adequate plans to tackle business opportunities and to offset potential risks and challenges.&nbsp;</li><li>Provide regular reports to the management team on market / customer / sales / competition movements including market trends of new &amp; existing products.</li><li>To plan promotions and trade activities aligned to trade and shopper marketing strategy for brands.</li><li>To conduct joint business planning and maintain positive engagement with partners, building effective and strong working relationships with principals, pharmacies, and wholesalers.</li><li>To recruit, mentor and coach sales team/promoters and contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.</li><li>Provide monthly analysis and findings with plan of actions.</li><li>Responsible in managing trade activities and A&amp;P BTL expenditure within budget allocations.</li><li>Support on-going analysis and review of new products, category, market trends, promotional programs and competitive information as part of a situation assessment on brand performance and product pipelining.</li><li>Work with other cross-functional departments to ensure clients’ operational requirements are met.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Demonstrate basic understanding of clients industry/business/products.</li><li>Proven advanced numeracy and quantitative analysis.</li><li>Demonstrate proficiencies in office productivity tools (e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint).</li><li>Key account management experience working with modern trade partners (Guardian, Unity, and Watsons) for Consumer Health/FMCG products.</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Articulate a clear vision for the business unit based on company objectives.&nbsp;</li><li>Responsible to define the strategy of BU based on market opportunities, customer needs and therapeutic franchise goals.&nbsp;</li><li>Deliver BU objectives and build a solid Annual Brand Plans, including revenue growth and financial target, commercial execution, profitability, expense control, process optimization, productivity, employee development, and customer satisfaction.</li><li>Collaborate with the Commercial Excellence team for forecasting &amp; analytics to develop appropriate forecasts to drive commercial success and accuracy.</li><li>Improving result by monitoring key operational metrics, measurements, and targets.</li><li>Develop strategy to manage and engage Key Opinion Leaders and key customers of our products, maintenance strong relationship with them.&nbsp;</li><li>Provide leadership and support to team, establish and lead high-performance team which includes talent identification, development plans and succession plans.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>University Degree with Science education ( eg: pharmacy, medicine ). MBA is advantage.&nbsp;</li><li>A minimum 15 years successful sales and marketing experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, medical devices both sales and marketing with mixed local pharmaceutical and global pharmaceutical experiences. </li><li>At least 8 year must be in managerial position.&nbsp;</li><li>Extensive experience in portfolio of Cardiovascular &amp; Metabolic, or Gastrointestinal, or Ob&amp;Gyn or Respiratory, or Neuroscience or Paediatric or Medical Device.&nbsp;</li><li>Ensure compliance with appropriate SOP’s, policies and guidelines.</li><li>Preferable someone with close engagement with multi medical association including internal medicines, gastrohepatologist, endocrinologist, cardiologist, neurologist, obstetric and gynaecologist, and surgeon.&nbsp;</li><li>Possesses strong understanding of market and sales strategy. Responsibilities: <ul><li>Develops &amp; delivers Indonesia zone strategies for Medical Devices segment taking into account on competitive approaches and local market dynamics for technical and commercial inquiries by having regular direct engagement with Principals (Brand Owner).</li><li>Escalate each product specialist team’s activities and technician/service team also monitoring their progress.</li><li>Develops and manages regional collaboration and reference sites for the specific Medical Devices segment. Owns the relationship with KOL of their specialties in the Region.</li><li>Act as focal point for Sales team, identify customer satisfaction issues, assist in escalations, problem determination and specialty training requests.</li><li>Prepare go-to-market strategy of the respective Medical Devices portfolio, including, product positioning, e-catalogue activation, pricing, training, tender/pilot project support, adopting to market needs.</li><li>Work closely with appointed Channel Partners/Distributor for the Medical Devices product for product &amp; marketing materials related</li><li>Provides comprehensive and continuous sales training and collects detailed competitive intelligence information for effective objection handling.</li><li>Delivers high quality customer presentations that support the Medical Devices value propositions</li><li>Works closely with the Clinical/Medical Marketing, BD and Education team to generate relevant clinical evidence and marketing programs for the segment.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelor degree from a reputable university any discipline, majoring in management, marketing, pharmacy, medical doctor, or other related field with minimum of 3 - 5 years on Medical Devices sales, marketing, applications related.</li><li>Outstanding writing, presentation, commercial and communication skills.</li></ul>

Responsibilities: Understand and promote the TP&E products, solutions, standards, monitor adoption via appropriate communications, training, monitoring and continuous improvement initiatives. Collaborate with IT T&PE Indonesia Manager and CSI Transformation responsible to identify the business impact of their products, evaluate their added value proposition and keep Market IT and business teams informed about product portfolio and roadmap.Engage with business representatives to lead the technology component of business initiatives in the Karawang Factory as face of T&PE with IT T&PE Indonesia Manager supervision. Assess the factory technology requirements, business value and drive their prioritization accordingly. Recommend best T&PE product(s) to achieve the business strategy. Drive the feedback loop to keep T&PE Product Teams informed about factory plans, priorities, and challenges as well as collecting service improvement opportunities. Gather, guide, and collaborate with diverse members of the product teams to address specific challenges or problems the factory is facing and need immediate action, relying on his manager when necessary.Perform TP&E coordination role in local IT/Business projects. Actively participate in all local IT projects enforcing correct adoption of T&PE products, methodologies, standards, and guidelines, to ensure quality of delivered work and alignment to project requirements. Proactive follow-up of execution and communication to customers on project status and risks.Local TP&E budget planning and management, in collaboration with product teams and IT T&PE Indonesia Manager coordination with local T&PE vendors, contracts, and procurement management. Ensure IT expenditure, including capital expenditures, are properly documented, budgeted, and approved in line with local and requirements. Coordinate and perform hands on for last mile local activities (project and incidents) for infrastructure and End-user services aligned with the T&PE operational model. Support the management and coaching of local team members (contractors), supporting their successful performance and development in coordination with the IT T&PE Indonesia Manager. Ensure the standardized support model is deployed with the global vendors and keep a strong relationship with all support teams to achieve effective end-to-end service delivery, acting as escalation point for critical T&PE incidents.Requirements:Minimum 3 years of experience in Information Technology or Business Function.Fluent in English both written and verbalExperience working Office 365 Product and have deep knowledge about Network configuration
