The RoleFinance Strategic Projects is responsible for leading strategic finance and SSC projects focused on driving and executing strategic initiatives, such as technology implementations, standardisation and centralisation of back office transactional processes and identify continuous improvements opportunities. Responsibilities: <ul><li>Lead and manage the relationship with business leaders for Payroll-related applications and Time &amp; Attendance systems, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and priorities</li><li>Collaborate closely with HR and Payroll teams to gather business requirements and translate them into detailed technical specifications for Payroll and Time &amp; Attendance modules.</li><li>Prioritize and oversee the customization and configuration of Time &amp; Attendance modules, including designing and implementing time and leave policies, accruals, carryovers, and other business rules, ensuring they meet organizational needs.</li><li>Drive the delivery of system testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing for Time &amp; Attendance modules, ensuring accurate functionality and successful deployment.</li><li>Provide hands-on technical support, troubleshooting and resolving issues related to Time &amp; Attendance modules, and ensuring timely solutions for end-users.</li><li>Lead cross-functional collaboration to ensure seamless integration between Payroll, Time &amp; Attendance, and HR systems, driving efficiency and data consistency across platforms.</li><li>Stay hands-on and up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SAP EC Payroll, SAP WorkForce Software, and related technologies, ensuring that the team leverages cutting-edge solutions.</li><li>Experience building reports using Tableau, SAP WorkForce Software or related reporting tools</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent); advanced degree preferred.&nbsp;</li><li>7+ years of experience configuring and implementing Payroll and Time &amp; Attendance modules</li><li>Has experience playing a lead role in implementation and support projects</li><li>Strong Techno functional knowledge of the payroll processing and Time &amp; Attendance modules</li><li>Proficiency in payroll processes, payroll clusters, off-cycle payments, 3rd party remittance, benefits, and process models.&nbsp;</li><li>Experience in time recording, management &amp; evaluation desired (Workforce Software, Kronos, or equivalent.)&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to communicate recommendations and solutions to non-technical clients and end users.&nbsp;</li><li>Experience building and executing test scripts for HR information system upgrades and enhancements.&nbsp;</li><li>Advanced proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.</li></ul>

Responsibilities:&nbsp; <ul><li>Develop the vision, strategy, and roadmap for future investments in developer products</li><li>Interact with developers and translate their needs into product requirements</li><li>Define key product indicators and success metrics for developer products&nbsp;</li><li>Partner closely with the User Experience team to build robust experiences and bring strong UX acumen.</li><li>Partner closely with the User Research team to help define and test hypotheses to uncover the developer journey and pain points</li><li>Manage stakeholders through communication strategies&nbsp;</li><li>Partner with cross-functional teams such as Product Marketing, Platform Engineering, User Experience, and User Research teams to define and ship developer products</li><li>Partner with the engineering team to ship functionality that delights users, has the right balance of impact vs engineering cost and makes a measurable impact on the business</li><li>Validate experiences and product prototypes with early adopters&nbsp;</li><li>Work closely with developer relations &amp; product marketing to launch new features and drive product awareness and adoption</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Deep empathy for developers and care about challenges a developer may face during their journey to build the right product strategy.</li><li>Experience delivering low-code solutions with self-service capabilities for developers</li><li>Knowledgeable of the tools and processes development teams use to develop, build, and, test integrations</li><li>Map a developer’s journey, translate challenges into a roadmap, and execute with precision and transparency</li><li>Understand how SDKs, and APIs are used to integrate products in sandbox and production environments&nbsp;</li><li>Cultivate a strong understanding of developer needs by being part of the developer community&nbsp;</li><li>Ship functionality after you’ve personally test driven it and you can edit technical documentation required for product releases</li><li>You enjoy using social media to interact directly with developers for feedback</li><li>You care about feedback from internal and external stakeholders</li><li>You engage with a cross-section of developers and/or internal developer facing teams to build a business case to continuously evolve the build/upgrade integration experience.&nbsp;</li><li>Provide the right level of support and direction to keep the engineering team working efficiently and aligned with the overall product strategy.&nbsp;</li><li>Engage with teams (Sales, Marketing, Professional Services) across to help Pilot and Launch enhancements/improvements to improve adoption.&nbsp;</li></ul> Preferred Qualifications: <ul><li>Bachelor’s in Computer Science or related technical field</li><li>6+ years of Product Management experience</li><li>Fluency in English</li><li>Links to your blog or your profile in online communities like GitHub, Stack Overflow etc are a plus&nbsp;</li></ul>
