Role Description: <ul><li>Assistant Manager, Finance and Accounting, IndiaOver</li><li>The Assistant Accounting Manager, India is the key Finance &amp; Accounting contact for all operations in India.&nbsp;</li><li>Key responsibilities will include compliance with all local financial regulation, preparation and delivery of the&nbsp;statutory accounts for the India entity, filing of VAT submissions, income tax filings, managing statutory and&nbsp;other audits etc.</li><li>This role will be based in India, and will report directly to the Controller, EMEA and Asia/Pacific&nbsp;Regions</li><li>The Assistant Accounting Manager will also be responsible for all contacts with local authorities, both for Finance as&nbsp;well as tax matters and other (statistical/Central bank reporting etc).</li><li>He/she will work in close collaboration with the&nbsp;external auditors and the tax team to this effect but will also have a direct connect with the Finance&nbsp;</li><li>Organization including treasury and AR/AP support where necessary.</li><li>With a sound understanding of the local entity underlying business, he/she will support an effective control environment and have a key role in the delivery of all controllership activities relative to the legal entity under his/her responsibility.</li><li>This includes Financial Accounting, Reporting and InternalControls.</li></ul> Responsibilities: <ul><li>Main country contact for Finance and Accounting in India</li><li>Key business partner for regional leadership where necessary</li><li>Main contact to local authorities re. different financial matters, including tax and treasury related matters.</li><li>Support the Finance organization during month-end closing activities</li><li>Analysis of Balance Sheet and Income Statement for entities under responsibility</li><li>Other compliance matters (e.g. Statistical/Central bank reporting)</li><li>Provide support for accounting matters related to projects with implications for the entities under responsibility</li><li>Support execution and maintenance of effective Internal Controls in line with the internal policies</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance</li><li>5+ years of progressive accounting experience</li><li>Strong knowledge of statuary tax fillings and financial reporting requirements</li><li>Experience working in a manufacturing or chemical industry preferred</li><li>Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Excel and SAP software (S4 HANA)</li><li>Based in Vadodara, Gujarat&nbsp;</li></ul>

Role Description: <ul><li>The AD&amp;M business unit is seeking a Product Data Manager to document and improve SAP Master Data</li><li>across the areas of Supply Chain, Procurement, Quality and Plant Sap data.&nbsp;</li><li>This role will create Current State SAP Data Map, propose solutions including required resources and document Future State and associated Standard Work.&nbsp;</li><li>Ultimately this role will be responsible for Managing all Manufacturing SAP data.</li></ul> Responsibilities: <ul><li>Creation of Current State Map for each Plant, including how critical data is entered and by whom.</li><li>Create a Future State Map that identifies Best Practices for methods of entry and maintenance.</li><li>Define Resource Plan required to Execute and Maintain Future State Solution.</li><li>Work closely with Procurement, Supply Chain, Quality and Plant Engineering Functions to ensure timely and accurate data.</li><li>Champion process and procedure changes through Lean activities to effect improvements in Data Integrity, Business Process throughput and data error proofing.</li><li>Develop and Mentor a team of Engineers, in all of the before mentioned activities.</li><li>Assist in ERP system data accuracy including but not limited to: routers, Bills of material, item master data, to enable flawless execution of production.</li><li>Work with other disciplines within the plant to maintain accurate specifications and documentation to support new product introduction</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelors Degree in Engineering or Engineering Technology, or equivalent experience</li><li>8+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment supporting SAP systems.</li><li>Individual should be a self-starter with the ability to work in a fast change, high paced environment</li><li>Must have experience with SAP system set up and use.</li><li>This position requires access to information which is subject to stringent controls under the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) or Export Administration Regulations (EAR).&nbsp;</li><li class="ql-align-justify">Applicants must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. lawful permanent resident.&nbsp;</li></ul>

Role Description: <ul><li>Our Smart Grid/Grid Monitoring Solutions Product Management team is looking for a Product Specialist to help support the growth of smart grid solutions in the Americas market.&nbsp;</li><li>This role reports to the Product manager of Grid Solutions Americas Region and is under the Smart Grid /Grid Monitoring Solutions segment, Energy business unit.&nbsp;</li><li>This role’s goals will be aligned with the product management team goals. Responsibilities: <ul><li>Coordinates the End of Month Financial closing processes including the full consolidation of subsidiaries and branch activities and maintain documentation and analysis for audit and compliance purposes.</li><li>Prepare auditor-reviewed quarterly consolidated financials for the group of entities under mandate.</li><li>Prepare the statutory financial statement of multiple entities and perform the consolidation as applicable in conformity with applicable standards.</li><li>Manage the audit of multiple entities with external auditors and local managements of respective entities.</li><li>Draft the Directors Report and coordinate the collection of required information from internal stakeholders.</li><li>Support periodic preparation of financial and management reporting to management and stakeholders at the parent.</li><li>Align with Tax Unit for tax compliance activities and supporting the maintenance of the Tax Control Framework.</li><li>In alignment with Compliance, ensure external compliance with regard to chamber of commerce and Tax reporting.</li><li>Collaborate and coordinate with other Finance teams in relation to End of Month Financial closing processes (i.e. Treasury, Debt Management, IPM, Operations, GRC).</li><li>Maintain the General Ledger, Chart of Accounts, and manage changes in line with policy.</li><li>Review detailed procedures and guidelines, these include conducting review of company finance and accounting guidelines and office manual.</li><li>Perform technical accounting analysis and develop memos for documentation and collaboration of informed decision making.</li><li>Enforce procedure compliance throughout AOC and coordinate internal and external audits on behalf of the Finance Unit.</li><li>Advise the Finance Supervisor on complex finance issues.</li><li>Assist with the coordination of Internal Audit.</li><li>Maintain Internal Control documentation in the best order.</li><li>Maintain and ensure compliance with regulatory reporting requirements in local jurisdictions.</li><li>Prepare CBS reporting documentation and coordinate monthly and quarterly reports in line with the timeline</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelor (/Master) degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics or related field.</li><li>Combination of Big 4 and industry experience is a must.</li><li>Must be able to communicate and comprehend accurately in English (Dutch is a plus).</li><li>Minimum of 9 years of progressive technical work experience in external audit, financial reporting, consolidation, financial statement preparation.</li><li>Strong understanding of IFRS standards and its application.</li><li>Strong working knowledge of MS Office, S4/HANA, SAP Central Finance, advanced skills in Excel.</li><li>Experience with BPC is a plus.</li><li>Good communication and problem-solving skills.</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Technical communication to customer, confirm customer application and technical requirement;</li><li>Translate customer’s requirement into engineering specification and provide new product design solution in time;</li><li>Responsible for part list/BOM building, 3D models and 2D drawings, GD&amp;T, product specifications, application specifications, DFMEA, DVPR, SC/CC list etc.</li><li>Lead the design review for compliance with engineering principles, high voltage standards, customer contract requirements, verification and related specifications;</li><li>Lead design review with cross functional teams to confirm the manufacturing and quality control feasibility;</li><li>Leads DV/PV test, responsible for resolving product design and test problems;</li><li>Responsible for FAI review, work with project team to release product in time.</li><li>Interacts with customers, vendors, marketing and sales personnel, and other engineering areas during the pre-production stages of new products.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelor level degree majored in Engineering, or above;</li><li>More than 10 years mechanical design experience in Automotive industry. Independently new product development experience is plus.</li><li>Knowledge of connector fundamentals, capable of connector component and terminal design,&nbsp;</li><li>Familiar with GD&amp;T, mechanics of plastic/metal materials, and basic knowledge in injection molding, stamping.</li><li>Familiar with automotive product development, automotive products development process like APQP and PPAP.</li><li>Skilled in at least one 3D Software: Creo or Pro/E or Catia or UG. Mastery of office software such as Word, Excel, PPT, etc.</li><li>Proficient in writing and reading English. Good Oral English is plus.</li><li>Good communication skills, High team work spirit and team work experience, ability to work with multicultural engineering teams and cross functional environments.</li><li>Effective problem solving skills, to be innovative, willingness/ability to deal with multiple product and assigned tasks.</li></ul>
