Overview: <ul><li>The Talent Management Specialist role focuses on talent management within the organization, primarily overseeing activities related to leadership development, promotion management, and identifying high-potential employees.&nbsp;</li><li>This role will also include some responsibilities related to HR business partnering for indirect labour employees.</li></ul> Responsibilities: Lead talent management initiatives, including:&nbsp; <ul><li>Designing leadership courses and development programs.</li><li>Managing promotion processes and staff development.</li><li>Reviewing talent with the leadership team.</li><li>Engage in HRBP activities for indirect labour employees (approx. 20% of the role).</li><li>Drive employee engagement strategies and L&amp;D initiatives.</li></ul> Requirements: Experience:&nbsp; <ul><li>Minimum of 8 years in talent management or a related field.</li><li>Experience in multinational companies is preferred.</li></ul> Education:&nbsp; <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree required.</li></ul> Skills:&nbsp; <ul><li>Fluent in English with strong presentation and communication skills.</li><li>Proficient in PowerPoint and other MS software.</li></ul> Diversity Focus:&nbsp; <ul><li>Preference for female candidates to promote diversity in leadership roles.</li></ul> Team Structure: <ul><li>The candidate will report directly to the Head of HR.</li><li>The team includes three HR business partners focused on plant HR and C&amp;B tasks.</li></ul>

Responsibilities :&nbsp;<ul><li>Pressure-test and approve all regional strategies for the category.</li><li>Monitor strategy implementation, measure and track internal performance (KPIs) within each spend category.</li><li>Drive annual productivity improvements in each spend category.</li><li>Develop expertise in spend categories.</li><li>Serve as an escalation point for cross-functional issues.</li><li>Work with regional strategic sourcing managers to develop long-term strategies for their groups of categories.</li><li>Responsible for delivery of budget and financial targets</li><li>Direct the sustainability and responsible sourcing strategy for indirect spend.</li><li>Activating CAPA process together with Quality and follow up the non-conformity resolution with suppliers.</li><li>Comply with the process flow for Supplier Verification Prerequisite program, effectively support the initial approval and annual evaluation processes.</li><li>Meet the requirements of the approved supplier program for chemicals PRP program and to ensure the completion of quality &amp; ISG approvals for new chemicals.</li><li>Manage contract and approval processes with suppliers for the Waste Management program.</li><li>Ensuring compliance with legal requirements. </li><li>Ensure R&amp;D and Quality required changes are communicated and implemented with relevant suppliers.</li><li>Supporting actions that will affect QFS parameters and ensuring that the actions are carried out on time.</li><li>Ensuring team prioritizes and monitors actions on urgent matters due to OHS and QFS requirements and ensuring that this culture is transferred to the team.</li><li>Work with KWS Lead for cost optimization projects and be a member at LDS COE, QFS COE.</li><li>Attract, develop and retain talent.</li></ul>&nbsp;Requirements: &nbsp;<ul><li>University graduate with minimum 7 years track record within Procurement, with min 2 years people management experience</li><li>Advanced sourcing toolkit and proven supply base management</li><li>Strong analytical skills</li><li>Strong negotiating skills</li><li>World class supplier relationship skills</li><li>Visionary leader and critical thinker</li><li>Strong people leadership</li><li>Strong relationship building skills</li><li>High level English knowledge (reading, writing, speaking)</li><li>Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)</li><li>Knowledge in SAP is preferable</li></ul>

Role Description: <ul><li>As the Purchasing Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the procurement of various indirect categories critical to the success of our business.</li><li>The key sourcing categories for this role include marketing, media, retail, logistics, and other services.</li></ul> Responsibilities: <ul><li>Drive the development and implementation of sourcing strategies for the key procurement categories in close collaboration with local and regional stakeholders to achieve cost savings, process efficiencies, and supplier performance improvements.</li><li>Lead, mentor, and manage a team of procurement professionals to ensure their continued growth and the success of the Indirect Procurement function.</li><li>Develop deep knowledge of purchasing needs, expectations, priorities, and goals of companywide stakeholders to drive relevant and cost-effective purchasing solutions.</li><li>Drive sustainability initiatives within “L’Oréal For The Future” sustainability program in the procurement process, considering eco-friendly and ethical sourcing practices.</li><li>Participate in the company budget creation by identifying and quantifying purchasing savings.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards in all procurement activities.</li><li>Build and effectively maintain relationships within all organizational levels, including the C-Suite and assure alignment between business priorities and achievement of overall savings targets</li><li>Collaborate with suppliers to negotiate favorable terms and establish long-term partnerships that drive value and innovation.</li><li>Continuously monitor market trends, supplier capabilities, and industry best practices to stay at the forefront of indirect procurement excellence.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Minimum of 10 years of experience in sourcing, with a minimum of 3 years in Indirect Sourcing within FMCG sector.</li><li>Proven track record in team management, demonstrating the ability to lead, coach, and develop a high-performing procurement team.</li><li>Strong ability to build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders both up and down the organization, showcasing exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.</li><li>Adept at influencing decision-makers without direct authority, while effectively managing vendor relationships.</li><li>Experience and ownership of the sourcing budget process and accountability for delivery.</li><li>In-depth knowledge of industry standards and best practices for indirect procurement, including market dynamics and supplier management.</li><li>Exceptional negotiation skills and experience in contract management.</li><li>Experience in project management and change management and oriented towards the user experience.</li><li>Bachelors degree in a related field; a relevant professional certification is a plus.</li><li>Strong analytical skills and proficiency in procurement software and tools.</li><li>Endless curiosity and ability to work in an ever changing &amp; demanding environment.</li><li class="ql-align-justify">Demonstrated commitment to sustainability and ethical sourcing practices.</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>As a Tax Manager in our team, you will work as a business partner and provide support in areas such as:</li><li>Manage and support preparation of annual corporate income tax return, VAT, economic substance reporting etc.</li><li>Oversee preparation of transfer pricing documentation in collaboration with external advisor and Tax Director</li><li>Ensure robust tax compliance processes are in place across the countries in the region</li><li>Ensures effective and timely reporting to internal stakeholders</li><li>Support with the periodic and annual direct and indirect tax reporting to the authorities</li><li>Support with the periodic and annual reporting to the Group Tax department.</li><li>Closely monitor changes to tax legislation across the region and advise on the impact of the new legislation on the Business</li><li>Support with identifying opportunities to optimize tax positions and to mitigate tax risks</li><li>Support with the management and response to Tax audits initiated by the tax authorities</li><li>Support with the implementation of relevant tax updates</li><li>Interacts effectively and works closely with the Tax community as well as other functions (accountants, controllers, legal, IT etc.)</li><li>Provide training as needed to relevant stakeholders within Finance, Accounting, Internal Control and other departments.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>A Masters degree in Tax Law, international Business Law, CPA, CTA or ACCA is preferred.</li><li>7+ years of relevant working experience within Big 4 or international Business environment (FMCG experience is preferred).</li><li>Extensive knowledge of GCC and international tax legislations is required</li><li>Exposure to Direct Tax, Indirect Tax, Transfer pricing is required</li><li>Knowledge of import, export procedures and Free zones schemes</li><li>Proactive attitude toward problem-solving</li><li>Excellent analytical and communication skills both verbal and written</li><li>Fluent communication in English. Arabic is highly preferred, enabling you to seamlessly interact with stakeholders across the GCC.</li></ul>
