Digital Architect

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Provide L2 helpdesk and onsite support to users on desktop, laptop, mobile and peripherals</li><li>Update software patches periodically</li><li>Provide services for all iMac, Deskside Break Fix support for end user devices and peripherals including delivery processing in accordance with Service Level by location</li><li>Provide and/or oversee, as appropriate all installations and de-installations</li><li>Provide and/or oversee cascades, moves, additions, refurbishments and operational changes for all in-scope equipment software, and related services at designated customer sites</li><li>Coordinate, plan and schedule iMac in support of office changes, staff onboarding/offboarding with all IT functions and/or third-party vendors to minimise operational interruption or disturbance to customers</li><li>Prepare and be on standby for video conference and meeting room A/V</li><li>Assist in any IT-related projects, activities and events</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Candidates with work rights in Singapore i.e Singapore Citizen and/or Singapore Permanent Resident due to nature of role</li><li>Relevant technical certification in end-user computing</li><li>At least 3 years in a role of similar capacity</li></ul> Preferred Requirements: <ul><li>Knowledge and hands-on experience with Microsoft end-user technology</li><li>Knowledge and hands-on experience with iOS end-user technology</li><li>ITIL-certified</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Leading and work together with a team of 3rd party service contractors on site; Provide day to day IT support and resolution services to users for technical assistance and support; troubleshoot PC operations which will enable end-users to operate daily business efficiently.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Be Accountable, manages and owns all IT asset management, inventory and financials related to the IWPS domain&nbsp;</li><li>The incumbent should possess an excellent understanding of service desk procedures as well as an understanding of desktop software, hardware, and communications.</li><li>Action critical controls: User account management in windows based Active Directory systems</li><li>Responsible for service requests logging, the prioritization and escalation of all services related Service Desk calls within company Thailand</li><li>Works closely with all levels of function leaders to communicate and resolve systems issues in each functional area</li><li>Proactively manage and/or participate in various IT-related projects&nbsp;</li><li>Perform periodic system (performance, usage, traffic, reliability, fault &amp; failure, backup status, DR status, patch, security violation and so on) &amp; inventory assessment to provide periodic management reporting and quickly communicate issues and recommendations when necessary&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Complete action plans for their recommendations in a timely manner</li><li>Trouble and recover the issues of network, firewall, servers, and security</li><li>Possess a detailed understanding of business processes and procedures and how Information Technology is supporting the business within functional business units</li><li>Make sure all IT related work is done in compliance with company’s policy.</li><li>Maintain IT Policies, Procedures Manual, IT Operational Procedures, System Risk Assessment, and IT DR plan.&nbsp;</li><li>Implement &amp; monitor access control approved by Data Security.</li><li>Recommend hardware/ software/ services expenditures and evaluate IT vendors’ service provided.</li><li>Maintain contracts/ documents with IT service vendors.</li><li>Manage compliance with agreed IT support processes and standards and escalates issues regarding non-compliance to the Regional IT Infrastructure Team.</li><li>Works as part of project team to deliver infrastructure elements of projects as directed by the Project Manager and / or the Regional IT Infrastructure Team.</li><li>Leads any local infrastructure upgrade projects with support and guidance from regional IT Infrastructure Managers.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in an appropriate discipline (preferably Computer Sciences, MIS or Information System) with at least 3 years of IT infrastructure/End user support experience. CPG Industry is a plus but not a must.</li><li>Significant computer literacy including understanding of information services related technologies and ITIL lifecycle.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Possess broad knowledge of business principles and must be able to apply them to technological solutions and business situations.</li><li>Strong leadership skills and ownership mindset to be able to manage multiple projects and tasks concurrently and ensure the result delivered on time and on budget.</li><li>Solid interpersonal skills, communication skills, problem solving, planning, analytical skills and project management skills.</li><li>Able to communicate effectively in English (both oral and written) and other languages will be an advantage.</li><li>Base Technical Skill:</li><li>Windows 10 &amp; 11</li><li>Windows Server 2012 and newer&nbsp;</li><li>Microsoft 365 suite</li><li>Symantec Backup and Antivirus Technologies</li><li>Cisco Network Technologies&nbsp;</li><li>Microsoft Enterprise and collaboration tools such as Teams &amp; SharePoint Online</li><li>Android OS based Scan Gun Technology</li><li>Microsoft Teams Meeting Room VC Solution</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>You can work full-time in your field of “Cloud Operations” - from scripting to strategy - and represent our department internally in training courses and international communities of practice and optionally also externally in lectures.</li><li>As a DevOps Engineer (m/f/d) you will also work closely with product managers, product owners, system architects and other roles to support the development goals in the individual applications on the platform.</li><li>With us, you will take responsibility for the automation of all aspects of configuration, monitoring and deployment of our cloud applications</li><li>The support of the operation of our Azure IaaS and PaaS production and development systems is part of your varied area of ​​responsibility</li><li>You work in the local DevOps team and are a competent contact for developers, product owners and the global IT functions (e.g. Business Continuity Management and Information Security)</li><li>International coordination of experiences and best practices with Enterprise Architects in the Group</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Several years of experience with Microsoft Azure, ideally in a hybrid IaaS/PaaS solution</li><li>Very good knowledge of professional and technical issues of provisioning and operation (ITIL, IaC etc.)</li><li>Passion for automating the entire software lifecycle</li><li>Solid knowledge of Powershell or bash, Linux-based operating systems, networks, security and protocols</li><li>Infrastructure as Code with Ansible, ARM, Bicep or terraform/terragrunt and Azure DevOps CI/CD</li><li>High availability and disaster recovery of various Azure-based services</li><li>Ideally experience in hosting PostgreSQL</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Tactical problem solving and strategic planning of the Digital infrastructure through platform technology roadmaps</li><li>You may be asked to lead or manage a small team of infrastructure architects</li><li>Clear problem and requirement identification ties to business case/value definition</li><li>Design, construct, test and implement process and technology services and systems while adhering to established standards and architecture via leading established methodologies including Agile and Waterfall</li><li>Ensure appropriate documentation is developed in support of value realization</li><li>Plans tasks and estimates the required research and volume of activities to complete work</li><li>Researches issues, develops recommendations and actively participates on project teams to develop solutions to business problems related to a broad range of business and product issues</li><li>Responsible for creating and reviewing Application Architecture for Digital Applications and provide technical leadership in the evaluation of Digital solutions to satisfy business and technical requirements</li><li>Support Solution Architects in development of solution architectures that touches Digital solutions including evaluation, selection and integration of necessary technical components</li><li>Collaborate with Delivery Manager and is able to oversee the entire project life cycle</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Qualifications for a job description may include education, certification, and experience.</li><li>List any licenses or certifications required by the position: TOGAF, ITIL, CPE, AWS, ACE, MCSE, ECM, AIIM, SSL, GCP</li><li>Typically a job would require a certain level of education.</li><li>Employers hiring for the digital architect job most commonly would prefer for their future employee to have a relevant degree such as Bachelors and Masters Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Technical, Information Technology, Education, Business, Technology, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Mathematics</li></ul>
