Responsibilities: Supply Chain Strategy &amp; Management: <ul><li>Develop and implement regional supply chain strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance service delivery across all export markets.</li><li>Monitor, evaluate, and improve the end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, transportation, warehousing, and inventory management, ensuring smooth export processes.</li><li>Oversee the management of regional distribution centers (Singapore and Malaysia) and logistics partners to ensure timely and cost-effective deliveries to international customers.</li></ul> Export Management &amp; Compliance: <ul><li>Manage all aspects of export operations, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations, export documentation requirements, and customs procedures.</li><li>Liaise with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and regulatory bodies to ensure shipments are cleared promptly and efficiently.</li><li>Stay current on global export laws, tariffs, and trade restrictions, advising senior management on potential impacts to the supply chain.</li></ul> Vendor &amp; Stakeholder Management: <ul><li>Build and maintain relationships with key suppliers, shipping partners, and third-party logistics providers to ensure service excellence and cost-effective solutions.</li><li>Collaborate with internal departments (sales, finance, production, etc.) to align supply chain operations with business goals and customer requirements.</li></ul> Inventory &amp; Demand Planning: <ul><li>Ensure that regional inventory levels are optimized to meet customer demand while minimizing excess stock.</li><li>Work closely with demand planning and sales teams to forecast export demand accurately and plan supply accordingly.</li><li>Manage inventory distribution to various international markets to balance supply and demand while minimizing transportation costs.</li></ul> Performance Monitoring &amp; Reporting: <ul><li>Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to supply chain operations, including delivery lead times, export compliance, and cost efficiency.</li><li>Provide regular reports and insights to senior management, identifying opportunities for improvement and addressing any supply chain disruptions.</li><li>Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance regional supply chain performance.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, International Business, Logistics, or a related field.</li><li>Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in supply chain management with a focus on export operations, international logistics, and trade compliance.</li><li>Proven expertise in managing the complexities of export logistics, including customs clearance, freight forwarding, and export documentation.</li><li>Strong understanding of global trade regulations, including import/export restrictions, tariffs, and international shipping standards.</li><li>Experience in managing cross-functional teams and working with external partners to drive efficiency and cost reduction.</li><li>Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.</li><li>Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.</li></ul> Key Competencies: <ul><li>Leadership and team management</li><li>Problem-solving and decision-making</li><li>Cross-cultural awareness and sensitivity</li><li>Negotiation and relationship-building</li><li>Strong attention to detail</li><li>Project management skills</li></ul>
