Responsibilities: <ul><li>Manage and guide the security team responsible for infrastructure and network security.</li><li>Monitors network performance, troubleshoots issues and deploys solutions</li><li>Manage front-line technical support to end users on various technical issues and problems regarding their Access</li><li>Perform SME role and work on complex technical issues in Firewall, VPN and Proxy.</li><li>Familiarity with Service Management tools (eg:ISM/ Service Now/BMC remedy) for the logging and tracking of incidents, and service requests</li><li>Implement and manage continuous security monitoring solutions for infrastructure and network components</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>10-13+ years of Cyber security for Firewall, Proxy, VPN IPS</li><li>Working experience, having played roles as VPN end-to-end implementation.</li><li>Strong reliability and high quality and security awareness.</li><li>Knowledge of web and application servers (Apache/IIS/Tomcat/Websphere)</li><li>Perform SME role and work on complex technical issues in Firewall, VPN and Proxy.</li><li>Candidate should have experience in Zscaler private Access (ZPA) VPN end-to-end implementation.</li><li>Experience in Deep troubleshooting experience with Zscaler VPN and other Firewalls.</li><li>Knowledge of ITIL incident and problem management.</li><li>Knowledge of Security Incident Event Management ( IBM QRader SIEM) is a add on</li><li>Must be familiar with Network Protocol Analyzers (tcpdump, Wireshark)</li><li>Must have deep understanding of network protocols and network security TCP/IP, UDP, DHCP, FTP, SFTP, SNMP, SMTP, SSH, SSL, DNS, RDP, HTTP and HTTPS.</li><li>The network security SME possesses the technical hand on capability and experience to assess current network security posture, document current/future state, provide roadmap/gap analysis for implementation activities</li><li>Good understanding of financial domain and Security IT.</li><li>Good to have experience with other security solutions like Firewall – Checkpoint or Palo Alto etc. Knowledge of Linux and web application servers (Apache/IIS/Tomcat)</li><li>Hands on experience on Firewall (Palo Alto, CISCO), VPN (Zscaler), Proxy (forward, Reverse, Transparent and Web 2.0), SSL interception/MITM &amp; Data leakage space, Security Analytics. Implementation, customization, coding, Support.</li></ul>

Role Description: <ul><li>The AI Solution Architect will oversee the architecture for AI solution teams, focusing on modifying existing products and creating new ones.</li><li>The ideal candidate should be passionate about designing, building, implementing, and maintaining AI/ML/Generative AI applications.</li><li>Leadership skills are essential to implement the latest AI techniques and architectures and to continuously improve the AI/ML development, delivery, and operations process.</li><li>The role involves adhering to best practices from Software Engineering, DevOps, MLOps, and LLMOps.</li><li>The AI Solution Architect will also be responsible for translating project requirements into strategic architecture solutions, ensuring the integration of cloud-native tools from major hyperscalers and machine learning to create chatbots, optimizations, and cognitive services.</li><li>This role requires a blend of technical expertise and the ability to bridge the gap between intricate business challenges and transformative AI solutions, making it a strategically crucial position.</li></ul> Responsibilities: <ul><li>Define and oversee the AI/ML/GenAI technical direction and architectural vision, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and digital transformation efforts.</li><li>Data Analysis, Tool and Framework selection, Model Development, Testing and Deployment.</li><li>Key contributor in architecting a comprehensive AI Engineering framework that supports the deployment, evaluation, and management of ML models &amp; GenAI solutions.</li><li>Select appropriate technologies from a pool of open-source and commercial offerings, considering deployment models and integration with existing tools.</li><li>Understand and contribute to MLOps and LLMOps focusing on operational capabilities and infrastructure to deploy and manage machine learning models and large language models.</li><li>Collaborate with Enterprise, Application, Data &amp; DevOps Architects, Data scientists, Machine Learning &amp; GenAI Engineers, and Business teams to pilot use cases and discuss architectural design.</li><li>Develop and maintain contact with top decision makers, lead proposal development, and contribute to pricing strategies.</li><li>Audit AI tools and practices across data, models and software engineering focusing on continuous improvement and feedback mechanisms.</li><li>Help AI product managers and business stakeholders understand the potential and limitations of AI when planning new products.</li><li>Own all communication and collaboration channels pertaining to assigned projects, including regular stakeholder review meetings and cross team alignments.</li><li>Work closely with the business, segment analytics, IT teams and partners to deliver the outcome and help drive adoption.&nbsp;</li><li>Hands-on prototyping of new technology solutions by working with cross teams</li></ul>&nbsp;Requirements: <ul><li>15+ Years of Experience operating on AWS Cloud or other cloud hyperscalers with building Data and AI Solutions</li><li>15+ Years of Experience Data Warehouses, Data Lakes and Data Modelling techniques</li><li>15 + years of experience in Data Science, Statistics, and Machine Learning</li><li>15+ years of experience in machine learning model development, natural language processing, and data analysis;</li><li>Experienced in Supervised and Unsupervised learning, feature engineering, model training, and deployment.</li><li>15+ years of experience in implementing cloud-based AI/ML workloads on any cloud hyperscalers (AWS, Google or Azure).</li><li>Good understanding and implementation experience on GenAI models available with Cloud hyperscalers. Responsibilities: <ul><li>Configure SuccessFactors Platform module to solve complex problems within defined deadlines.</li><li>Design prototypes, implement and test configurations and troubleshoot software applications.</li><li>Analyze organizational needs, end user requirements and requests and existing software structures to identify and create new features that will increase efficiency and optimize</li><li>functionality.</li><li>Perform tests to determine usability and catch defects before releasing the application toother internal users.</li><li>Systemize and coordinate upgrades and updates to minimize downtime, allow for continuous integration and ensure the highest priority issues are being addressed.</li><li>Provide subject matter expertise to design and build models and implement new application functionality that aligns with overall corporate objectives.</li><li>Collaborate with end users to assess system performance, acquire feedback and identify areas where improvements are necessary and incorporate user feedback into forthcoming</li><li>initiatives to guarantee an optimal user experience.</li><li>Independently handle complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating only the most complex issues to appropriate staff.</li><li>Collaborate with IT teams to manage integrations between SuccessFactors and other HR systems or third-party applications.</li><li>Other duties as assigned</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience</li><li>Certification in SuccessFactors Platform</li><li>Demonstrated understanding of software design and principles</li><li>Experience in designing and building modern SF platform experiences including mobile and security.</li><li>Minimum of four years of related work experience</li><li>Other minimum qualifications may apply</li></ul>
