Responsibilities: <ul><li>Providing leadership to both APAC and EMEA rate audit/invoice verification teams.&nbsp;</li><li>Ensure that the optimal workload is assigned to each resource and the day to day services are delivered without compromising quality.&nbsp;</li><li>Process accurate and timely payment through review and audit of out of tolerance supplier invoices.&nbsp;</li><li>Reduce invoice that are out of tolerance by performing analysis to determine solution recommendations.&nbsp;</li><li>Correspond effectively and responsively with suppliers regarding their invoice status.&nbsp;</li><li>This position will require that the applicant have the ability to work across time-zones with other company offices. Responsibilities: <ul><li>Maintain hazard classification, safety assessments and/or other relevant changes of EMN dossier submissions in IUCLID to ECHA (European Chemicals Agency),&nbsp;official External Use bodies of individual EU Member States PCN (Poison Centers) and SCIP in accordance with the CLP Regulation.&nbsp;</li><li>Perform, interpret, and communicate EU regulatory impact assessments for all business units.</li><li>Help manage all incoming messages and actions for all company Legal Entities set up in REACH IT</li><li>Communicate relevant information to the Global PSRA team, relevant stakeholders, or authorities for ALL registration of company products in EU, Turkey,&nbsp;China, Korea etc.</li><li>Communicate new and changed tonnages of EMN registrations to Global Compliance Systems Data Management (GCSDM) for SVT tracking.</li><li>Submit relevant information for the notification of company products under the UK REACH.</li><li>Support in proper risk management measures on chemical risk assessments of EMN registrations.</li><li>Manage communications with consortia management/consultants on EMN registrations.</li><li>Support on Exposure Scenarios of mixtures and provide the Hazard Communication Department with the relevant information for the preparation of extended&nbsp;Safety Data Sheets</li><li>Assist Product Stewardship Inquiries team in answering REACH related questions.</li><li>Any other Product stewardship and regulatory affairs related tasks that may be assigned.</li><li>Expected to have a general overview of what’s happening in all EMN business units.</li><li>Develop SOPs, new tools, and initiatives to improve overall efficiency of the teams’ processes.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>A minimum of a college/university bachelor’s degree in/related to science</li><li>Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience</li></ul>

Role Description:&nbsp; <ul><li>A PML Programmer will be responsible for the administration, configuration, and support of the AVEVA E3D software platform.&nbsp;</li><li>The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in PML, C#, and Python, with additional programming languages being advantageous if the candidate is proficient in them. In addition, experience in macro generation and customization of the user interface is preferred.</li></ul> Responsibilities:&nbsp; <ul><li>Development: Design, develop, and maintain applications using PML, C# coding, including Aveva E3D, Aveva Engineering, Aveva Instrumentation, Aveva P&amp;ID and other related software.</li><li>Customization: Customize Aveva applications to meet specific project requirements, including the development of macros, scripts, and plugins.</li><li>Integration: Integrate Aveva tools with other enterprise systems and software, ensuring seamless data flow and interoperability.</li><li>Support: Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Aveva applications, resolving issues promptly to minimize downtime.</li><li>Documentation: Create and maintain detailed technical documentation for developed solutions, including user manuals, technical specifications, and workflow diagrams.</li><li>Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements, provide status updates, and ensure successful project delivery.</li><li>Training: Conduct training sessions for end-users and team members on Aveva tools and developed solutions.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Engineering or a related field</li><li>Proven experience in developing and customizing applications using PML 1 &amp; 2, PMLNET, C#, .NET Framework. (Must Have)</li><li>Experience with Aveva E3D, Aveva Engineering, Aveva Instrumentation, Aveva P&amp;ID, TEKLA and other related software.</li><li>Experience with SQL databases and writing complex queries.</li><li>Experience with CAD software and 3D modeling.</li></ul> Other Requirements: <ul><li>Object Oriented design and development. (Must have)</li><li>Microsoft .NET Framework 4.5+, WPF, WCF. (Must have)</li><li>Expert in creation of Standalone application to do scheduled tasks combination of SQL, SAP data and Dabacon database. Role Description: <ul><li>The Product Steward is the key link between Companys Advanced Materials segments (Specialty Plastics, Advanced Interlayers, and Performance Films) and the larger Global Product Stewardship &amp; Regulatory Affairs (PSRA) team. </li><li>The successful candidate is responsible for developing /maintaining relationships with the SBUs Product, Marketing, and Technology teams, and providing them with comprehensive regulatory support, insights, threats/opportunities, and recommendations. </li><li>The role involves a deep understanding of the market segments and company’s product offerings and a hands-on approach to identify and obtain the necessary registrations, third-party certifications, and other regulatory clearances required to enable continued/extended market access for existing products and new product launches in the business strategies.</li></ul> Responsibilities: <ul><li>Relationship Management: Build close relationships with business and technology personnel, Global Product Stewardship &amp; Regulatory Affairs colleagues, Trade Associations and/or NGOs.</li><li>Project Leadership: Develop product regulatory clearance and/or third-party certification strategies and implementation plans by working closely with Product Management, PSRA regulatory experts and regional PSRA personnel, as appropriate.</li><li>Regulatory Insights: Monitor and communicate international and regional regulations in addition to proposed regulations that are relevant to the business organizations and other assigned expert area.</li><li>Customer Inquiries and Communication: Facilitate external communication of regulatory topics by answering specific regulatory questions to our customers via Company’s Customer Inquiry Management system, and business and technology partners.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelor of Science degree in chemistry, polymer science, or related technical degree with Chemistry</li><li>2+ years of experience in the chemical industry.</li><li>Excellent written and oral communication skills</li><li>Proficient in English (written and oral)</li><li>Able to translate regulatory information clearly and concisely throughout all levels of the organization</li><li>Strong affinity for sustainability-related topics.</li><li>Manages time independently and work proactively with peers, management, and external stakeholders</li><li>Strong team player, results-orientated and self-motivated</li></ul> Preferred Qualifications: <ul><li>1+ year(s) of experience in Chemical Product Regulatory and/or Product Stewardship role(s).</li><li>Industry experience in automotive, building &amp; construction, and/or plastic packaging preferred</li><li>Project management or project leader experience</li></ul>
