Senior Product Development Manager

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Develop and drive the HVCA product portfolio strategy for the AMS region, ensuring scalable, profitable and above  market growth and long-term financial success.</li><li>Create product roadmaps and innovation strategies in collaboration with R&amp;D.</li><li>Work out efficient product supply strategies including stocking proposals according to market needs.</li><li>Translate global trends and local insights into actionable strategies, with a focus on understanding customer needs and competition.</li><li>Inspect parts for material defects and irregularities</li><li>Conduct tests with appropriate NDT technique(s)</li><li>Interpret, evaluate, and document results</li><li>Generate NDT report, organize report and evaluate data for disposition.</li><li>Support product &amp; process failure root cause analysis</li><li>Identify and resolve problems in a timely manner</li><li>Obtain and analyze information skillfully.</li><li>Provide support to manufacturing departmental Quality Control Inspectors, as necessary, to ensure that products&nbsp;</li><li>and processes comply with the relevant requirements of the quality management system.</li><li>Prepare QA reports as directed by the QA Manager.</li><li>Support the control of Non-conforming material process. Support Calibration of equipment.</li><li>Work with cross-functional teams to improve processes and to drive product quality.</li><li>Assist in the development of quality plans, implement established methods for new and existing products for&nbsp;</li><li>inspection and test procedures. Other appropriate duties as assigned.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Must be US citizen due to access to products and technology controlled under the ITAR &amp; EAR</li><li>Quality - demonstrates accuracy, thoroughness and monitors own work.</li><li>Safety - actively promotes safety procedures; use all equipment and materials properly.</li><li>Oral Communication - Speak clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations.</li></ul> Education &amp; Experience <ul><li>Prior certification as an NDT Level II inspector with two-year experience per SNT-TC1A standards.</li><li>Level II PT &amp; VT Certifications (Required)</li><li>Graduate of a specialized NDT technical program meeting SNT-TC1A cert.</li><li>24 Classroom hours in PT &amp; VT.</li><li>Associate degree (High School + 2 yrs.)</li><li>ITAR &amp; EAR Compliance a Plus!&nbsp;</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Incorporate best practices in developing, implementing, and executing processes related to recruiting, onboarding, policy administration, employee relations, performance management, payroll and benefits administration, employee development, and regulatory compliance, primarily for the Operations division.</li><li>Support performance management life cycle to include goal setting, mid-year, and annual performance reviews.</li><li>Consult with employees and plant leadership to raise and resolve minor workplace issues. Regularly assess the plant climate and employee engagement.</li><li>Make recommendations to improve and ensure a vibrant culture and good work environment.</li><li>Administrative HR duties include answering general employee questions, maintaining employee files, data entry, managing job descriptions, unemployment claims, employment verifications, and creating KPI dashboards/reports.</li><li>Respond to employee HR-related questions regarding benefits, paychecks, leave of absence, PTO, etc.&nbsp;</li><li>Coordinate onboarding for new employees, including temporary plant employees.</li><li>Create and conduct HR-related presentations such as supervisor training, Code of Conduct training, goal setting, and new hire orientation.</li><li>Led the Leave Administrative Process for our client regarding FMLA, Worker’s Comp, Personal leaves, military leaves, STD, and LTD; initiated leave cases and serve as a liaison between the company, employee, and our third-party leave administrator.</li><li>Assists with recruiting functions such as scheduling interviews, reviewing job openings, and reviewing resumes with hiring managers.</li><li>Reviews, maintains, and inputs employee data into UKG and runs regular reports to validate data entered into the system.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Minimum of five years of recent work experience as an HR Generalist, including two years in a manufacturing environment working with an hourly population</li><li>Strong knowledge of FMLA and workers comp laws</li><li>Bilingual fluency (English and Spanish) - Ability to read, write and speak</li><li>Proficient in PC skills, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint</li><li>Ability to travel as needed to support business client groups (Approximately 25% domestic travel, which may require overnight stays)</li></ul> Education: <ul><li>BS or BA degree in human resources, business, or related field</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Lead and manage a team of product managers within a specific product category to execute business growth objectives and align on strategic positioning</li><li>Own product life cycles, including road maps, line reviews, SWOT, and SKU harmonization/rationalization</li><li>Execute product development initiatives. Develop product specifications, timelines, and financial models detailing CAPEX, ROI, etc., for crucial product activities</li><li>Collaborate with sales, marketing, and contractors to develop, ideate, and execute product initiatives that drive differentiation and additional sales</li><li>Collaborate with marketing to commercialize new products and optimize our client brand, product, and packaging position</li><li>Work with engineering, purchasing, and manufacturing to optimize the product offering</li><li>Evaluate Intellectual Property to identify and execute IP strategies</li><li>Align strategy and deliverables within the Product Strategy and Management team</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related degree</li><li>5+ years working in a Product Marketing or Product Management role, with a passion for customer experience and an ability to demonstrate a proven track record of identifying new opportunities or solving pain points based on customer insight and data.</li><li>1+ years working in a people manager role (handling crucial conversations, performance management, etc)</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft 365, specifically Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams</li><li>Must be available for at least 20% of travel</li></ul>
